The technician was prompt, friendly and very professionalHe gave me several options for how to address the problem and made a suggestion as to what he felt was best--which was not the most expensive optionWe were very pleased with the service and experience and will definitely use them again!

The service was greatWe had a furnace issue and a technician was out the same day and got our furnace up to speed He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he found and what he recommended to correct the issue

Two technicians from Standard Heating and Air Conditioning arrived at my house on time and in a friendly professional clear manner set out to diagnose the problem with the air conditioner, which they did and explained to me the problem then went about fixing it! Excellent! Couldn't have gone better

I had Standard install a furnace in the fall of and an air conditioner in the spring of During the time between now and then, I have had many problems with both unitsI know that Standard does not manufacture the units, but ultimately it does reflect poorly upon the companyIf I were to go to a Chevy dealership and have the car break down, it would reflect poorly on the dealerFirst, the furnace had it's circuit board go out in the middle of the winterSecond, the air conditioner has had several issues, starting with the fan speed and most recently, with a defect in the Bryant conditioner itself (involving a 3rd party part degrading)

Shortly after moving to Minneapolis in 2009, I purchased a home in South Minneapolis and contracted with Standard Heating & Air for routine maintenance of the central heat and air unit. From time to time I have had to call on them for repairs and eventual replacement of the unit. Everyone they send out is professional and well trained. I highly recommend their service and the rates are reasonable also.
