Standard Heating & Air Conditioning

I used Alabama Concrete's services at my residence this week for a small patio pour. They priced my job fairly and delivered the mix in less than two hours. I was not kept waiting! Best yet, the driver was very polite and weaved the truck between our trees, house and patio with precision. The pour went perfectly with his assistance and patience. No attempt was made to up-charge.

I will definitely be back to Alabama Concrete for my next project!

Bad. We installed a brand new, 4 thousand dollar AC unit which broke less than a month later. It took them all day to resolve the problem. They advertise 24/7 emergency service but when our heating stopped working and we called to get service due to the fact that we have a newborn baby in the house they told us that no one was available.

New air conditioning installation was done in a very efficient and professional manner. I am a long time customer of standard heating and air conditioning because of their qualified service professionals. I rely on them totally for my heating and air conditioning problems.

We noticed ur funrace was not running about 8:00 AM. We called Standard Heating to ask for their assistance to get it working. The customer service person who answered the phone (yes, you actually talk to person rather than going through multiple voice prompts) located we had Standard Heating do some service (9 years ago) and asked how they could help. She scheduled a service tech to be at our house between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The service tech, Jeff, called at 9:40 saying he would be at house in 20-30 minutes. Jeff arrived on time and asked about the issue we were experiencing with the furnace. Jeff promptly diagnosed the issue. He quoted the options for the repair. We agreed to the repair he quoted. Jeff had the part needed in his truck. Within 45 minutes of his arrival the furnace was fixed. At the end of the service call Jeff explained the payment options. He recommended a service maintenance plan due to the age of the furnace. We would recommend Standard Heating and in particular service tech Jeff to anyone needing furnace service or repair.

The employees of Standard are all exceptionally positive and friendly. All with whom we've spoken have been very good communicators. Their work is outstanding and they let us know our options at each step. We had a unit that was not meeting our needs and they are making it all work at no additional expense - no arguing or conflict.

I had a furnace, humidifier, and water heater serviced and tuned up by Chris and Kevin (Kevin was assisting) January 10th at 5712 Continental Dr. They were right on time and were very professional. Technicians from Standard Heating have been coming each year for the 22 years we have lived in St. Paul. They clean and service our a/c and furnace unit. Four years ago they put in a new energy unit which has saved us money each month, and we had them put in a new thermostat which has also saved us money. We appreciate the helpful and courteous services they provide.

I am a 2nd generation Standard Heating customer. My parents bought their house in 1956 and were Standard Heating customers for over 50 years. I have had a new heating system and central A/C installed by this company. My heating system is now 15 years old, and the techs have been able to replace a part and keep it going with good, regular maintenance.
I strongly recommend this company for their honesty and their good record keeping (they know when parts are under warranty and if so, will not charge you for replacement).
