Our client care department was in contact with this client on August 8th, The Client Care Director spoke with this client in efforts to resolve the client’s disputeUnfortunately, we have been unable to come to a mutually agreeable resolutionWe here at Stange Law Firm take customer complaints very seriously and we try all that we can in our efforts to resolve any disputes that a client may haveUnfortunately, we cannot agree with every client’s requestThe services that were rendered to this client were all in accordance with our fee agreementWe wish that we could have come to a mutually agreeable resolution with this client, but at this time we have been unable to do so

I am rejecting this response because: I have previously reached out to client care multiple times. Client Care has not responded back to meIn fact *** the director of Client Care was suppose to call me back and blew me off. Also, Stange must not have even read my complaint because I started off with Client Care right from the beginning in my initial complaint. The response Stange Law Firm gave is standardized and is identical to every response they have given to every other complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: Again, There response is to call there customer care departmentThat department IS the reason I have been Fired and Refuses to help me in anyway, they (***) the only person that will talk to me apparently has no boss or supervisor, and is the reason we have a complaint to begin with. The customer care department has never helped, us and is the reason for ALL the problems we have had with this law firmThey are dodging our complaints, by trying to send us back to the same placeALSO now the customer care unit is refusing to give me MY legal file.

I am rejecting this response because we while I did have a conversation with the Stange Law Firm on Monday, March 28th, I have not received the refund due to me as of today, March 31st.  Just reading the response from them doesn't provide me the comfort that the agreement is being taken seriously by the firm.  Therefore, I will not commit to a satisfactory response until the payment is received and the issue has been completely rectified.

I only signed one piece of paper however they are copying my signature onto other forms. I am still not interested in paying for someone else legal fees.  They never mailed me anything. They emailed me which I could not open which was a problem to begin with. I have not received paperwork in the mail. This is not resolved and I want my money back that they took out of the trust to pay for someone else services.

do not know if I can accept this response at this time because:
Today, I just emailed my disputed charges, of now $1970.50, to Stange Law Firms' Client Care Department (as requested by them) and do not know if all charges will be refunded to me at the present.  I was told they would take a look at my billing disputes and will they would let me know what they could do.  So I apologize to say that I do not know if I am satisfied with their resolution of this matter.  I have only paid $1500.00 with my retainer.  Thank you very much for being so prompt in your response and I appreciate all of your assistance with this matter.

I tried to talk to client-care about the QDROS not being finished and ex threatening to take me to court for contemp. She did not get back with me until the complaint was filed. She left a message to call, I did not. I have believed in them and trusted them way to long! The only reason I stayed with them as long as I did was I had invested too much money to start over. They assigned me 3 lawyers during this process and each of them assured me this was almost over. I now find out through a threat of contemp of court that they did not file the QDRO for my stock account. I had even called a meeting with my lawyer, myself, my ex and his lawyer to sit down and discuss and sign all papers need to get this over. The papers were all laid out on the table and ex and his lawyer called that they would be 30 minutes late. My lawyer suggest that I sign the papers that were needed and I left. He called me after they left and assured me all work was signed. This case should have been over in 6 months, yet it took over a year, over $20,000 dollars. I now find out that all Qdros weren't submitted. The first 2 lawyers left the firm before my case was closed and the one that I worked with last has also left. I was billed over and over for the same work. This law firm cares nothing about their clients! The care about billing! I suppose I am going to have to get a lawyer to finish what the said they did and what I paid for. Will also let the lawyer go over my file and my expenses from this law firm. They suggest I call client- care, ( the second one since my case started) I have been there and done that for way too long.

We here at Stange Law Firm take client concerns very seriously. We have a fully staffed Client Care Department at our firm that works with clients specifically to assist them in hearing their concerns and assisting in resolving those concerns in a timely fashion. A lawyer's duty to keep client confidences has few expectations and in an abundance of caution we do not feel at liberty to respond in a point-by-point fashion in this forum to  a potential client complaint. However, we always encourage our clients to reach out to our Client Care Department at any time to see if we can remedy our clients’ concerns through the Client Care process

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] from Stange law firm called me the day after I made this complaint with the Revdex.com and told me he was sorry my account had not been closed yet and he was going to take care of closing my account and was going to return to me the $1700 remaining in my account and was also going to speak with his superviser about also returning to me another $450 that was not used in my account and would return my call to let me know what the decision was. I never heard back from him again, which has been his pattern during this whole process, not returning phone calls. And if there was $1700 still sitting in my account, why has it not been returned to me already?
