I was not receiving a code to sign into ID ME. Ihave called ID ME numerous times and nothing. I have called tech support 2 times, after waiting for over 30mins Iwas told the rep could not help me. The second time, again waiting aprox 30 mins I finally talked to a rep.He guided me through to video chat.I waited for over 1hr and finally gave up. I wonder if that is what they want. Definitely not how we as veterans should be treated. Very disappointed. Get your act together please.
