Review: Purchased a 09 Infiniti G37x S from sales person [redacted] at Star Nissan on July [redacted]. At the time of purchase I still have two months left on a 11 Camry lease. [redacted] told me I can return the lease early to Star Nissan and I WILL NOT have to worry about the damage (dings and dents) on the Camry as well as the last two lease payments on it. It was very convenient for me the way this deal was set up so I was willing to pay for the convenience. I paid $24,780 for the G37x S with just under 25k miles on it. It's NOT cheap! Sure enough after I picked up the G37 and returned the Camry I was happy and everything with the new ride. Then Toyota Financial Service comes chasing me for the last two payments on the Camry which I have already returned! Then I called up [redacted] at Star Nissan and sure enough I was then told: "the deal was to only cover the damages on the Camry and not the last two lease payments. You did not purchase a new car but only a used car so there's no way we will cover the remaining lease payment on the Camry. I apologize that this was not made clear to you and the misunderstanding" I don't need your apologies and it was not a misunderstanding. My lesson learned since it was not written on a piece of paper. Frankly it's not a huge amount of money we're talking about here but this lying game about "we will take care of it" then all of a sudden it's not part of the deal crap just [redacted] me off. On the day of purchase I went with a friend who used to be an auto sales person and happened to worked with a person who knows [redacted] and he still managed to pull this one off on us. A verbal agreement is still an agreement but they failed to honor this agreement and made it sound like it never happened.Desired Settlement: Refund for the last two payment ($420.30) that I now STILL have to make to Toyota Financial Service and at least 1 full year of maintenance for the G37x S I purchased free of charge.

Review: I am requesting a deposit refund back from the sales. My family decides to buy the similar model with the other dealer with better terms and service. This first dealer got really nasty, and refused to refund me. The general manger is called [redacted]. His attitude was very dis-respectful. He wouldn't tell me his full name at the beginning. When I asked for his name. He told me his name is [redacted]. When I told him that I will file complaints, he replied mockingly, "Go ahead, file complaints, file a thousand complaints if you want!" As a consumer, I feel I was being mistreated with nasty attitudes.Desired Settlement: $500 and compensation of time wasted getting the refund.

Review: I put my debit card to hold while they were trying to get a car I wanted. After two days, they didn't have the car. I no longer wanted to wait so I went and got the car from a dealership that had the car I wanted and a better payment in stock. This dealership charged my debit card for a amount of 597.00 for a first payment and registration fees. I never signed a contract or anything. They are refusing to give me a refund.Desired Settlement: The resolution I want is to get a refund. At no time did I sign a contract and I feel as a consumer I should have the right to change my mind if I come across a better deal before I sign a contract.

Review: I purchased a used 2011 Ford Mustang from this dealer in [redacted] and as part of the contract they were to put an alarm in my vehicle which I paid for in the loan of the vehicle,I purchased this car on Feb [redacted] and was told to come back with vehicle on Thursday Feb [redacted] to get the alarm installed and because of there mechanics incompetence of not knowing how to install alarms I was told by the [redacted]"and the [redacted]" that they would be sending me a check for the alarm that I paid for $538.00 that was on Thursday 2/**/2014. I was told it was sent out on 2/**/2014 by the [redacted] . After not receiving the check by 3/*/2014 I called the dealership and I was told by a [redacted] that the check still has not gone out, and quiet frankly these people lie so much I dont know when or if this check will ever see the mailbox.... I notified a lawyer and the bank that I was financed through that if I dont get a check that I will be returning the car because Star Nissan has not completed the sale of this car...Desired Settlement: Either I get the money owed to me in the next two days or I was told by my attorney to return the car as Star Nissan has not paid me my refund...and has not lived up to the contract
