Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Taking me off their call list is hardly a resolution to my complaint My complaint was that the sales associate was lying to consumers about what rate they were currently being charged When I asked "***" where he obtained this bogus information, she said they were checking on that or some such excuse Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As expressed to Starion Energy, I will not consider this matter resolved until I have received the check for at least $ Based on my review of other complaints filed with the Revdex.com against Starion, Starion has promised checks to other individuals who never actually received a check Regarding Starion's inability to "confirm the customer's allegation" that they were illegally charging me for the past two years - this is ridiculous First, I have an email from a Starion representative confirming that service should have never been initiated in Secondly, I have billing statements from *** showing Starion as the service provider for over the past two years I will notify the Revdex.com if/when I receive a check from Starion Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am very disappointed with Starions response If I misunderstood their recording (that if I responded a certain way the sales person would come back on the line and tell me that I needed to respond differently) so I called Starion on Aug 11th after receipt of the confirmation letter and spoke with *** (when I saw I was going to be charged $which was news to me) he told me that would replace the transmission charge from [redacted] *** Pointing out it was still a better deal If Starion did try to contact me on October 14th, I do not have an answering machine but was home at 2:and home all night and never got a call So, no of course they did not get a return call In conclusion, if I misunderstood their recordings and responses to those questions, that is on me, but when I spoke with a customer service person to clarify the charge that I was not told about and he nicely explained it to me.....clearly misrepresenting information so I would not cancel right then ( which was my intent)....then that is on them This is probably why they have these recordings so they can respond feeling they have their bases coveredMy issue is with when I spoke with [redacted] and his lies I am very disappointed that Starion did not look deeper into this, nor did I expect them to admit to wrong doing In the future maybe they should add a recorded question "and you are aware that signing up with Staion Energy will add $a moth fee to your electric bill" [redacted] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]
