I am rejecting this response because:
It's plain and simple, your site is advertising the watch, you clearly show a blue watch, and send out a dull gray watch

A few months ago I purchased their new Magnificent II watch.The retail Price so they say was $399,yours form $87.50.They have advertised in every magazine and on their web site it cost them thousands of dollars for Swiss equipment to produce this watch.When I received it the date setting would not work sent it back and received another one.It has been three months and the gold color fused to the outer case wore off and exposes a brass color metal.I have yet to hear from them.About five years ago I purchased the same type of watch and I must say the fused 18KT that was put on the case has yet to wear off.Stauer is giving advertisement and the Revdex.com folks need to go after them.The cost of Gold is to high for them to put on their new so called Magnificent II

We have refunded in full both and memberships for $each. The annual auto renewal has also been removed from both memberships. We have left multiple messages for customer to contact us to confirm the actions taken and get no response from him. We will continue to try
to contact to advise resolution

Stauer advertises products in multiple magazines I recently purchased a men's watch that is advertised showing a brilliant blue face Magazines and their catalog show pictures of this brilliant blue-faced watch I ordered the product and it came with a midnight blue (very dark) face This was not the watch advertised When I called their customer service the representative was not able to satisfy an alternative (she wasn't even pleasant to talk with) and gave me instructions for returning the watch and the sunglasses (which were included free for the order) which should have been mine to keep While it's 100% satisfaction, this company advertises it's product, keeps the shipping and handling charges plus does not honor "keep the free...(sunglasses in this case)"

This review is an overall review of Stauer from my own buying experience with this company. Over all they would be in my top for customer service ordering to delivery to repair and refunds out of a possible 10 I would provide a score of 9
Through several years I have been a member of stauer I have purchased close to 30 Time Pieces maybe more the quality of the time pieces I have purchased are amazing the pictures do not provide a true reflection of the Time Pieces, I have had no problems with any of these keeping time. Nor have I had to do any returns. I will provide a score of 10 out of 10 on the time pieces.
Pricing now this is where things get a little bit complicated we know with inflation everything goes up in price so that’s perfectly understood, Some of the Time Pieces I have purchased are now priced at 599.00 being the highest and the low being 79.00. Here is what I do not like as a consumer you can well purchase a Time Piece at its original pricing and then find stauer has reduced the price anywhere from 20% to 80% this is quite a savings on the more expensive watches that go on these “fast sales” I would highly suggest the following before you purchase. Give it some time to see if doesn’t go on sale. Become a Stauer member savings are more for members than nonmembers and you get your money right back with loads of savings and special sales just for members. I have my eye on two time pieces right now I have been waiting to see them go on sales. The pricing score is still better then what others are asking for similar Time pieces based on that fact I will provide a score of 7 on pricing.
Out of a possible score of 30 they received from my own experience a score of 26 over all Stauer is a Keeper..
