Apologies for the delay This issue has been resolved with credit provided for the starter kit

Only certain items for the KEEP Collective Black Friday sale were discounted 50%, those items were clearly marked when a customer clicked on the email flier, which took prospective shoppers to the webpage with all the discounting productsItems that were not part of the Black Friday sales were not displayed and were only available through the regular purchasing site and when transferring these items to the cart, they would have not shown the discount amount The other email flier was a host marketing offer and discount applied only when you agreed to be a hostess for a KEEP Collective Design session

I ordered a sales person kit for [redacted] from Keep collective in June I have not received this first kit, my Credit card was chargedI was told I would receive a mentorI never herd from a mentor , I have numerous emails to the company asking where my kit was and then on june I finally received a response that they were ordering another kit, NO information was given to where the first kit went, NUMEROUS emails I resigned from selling since I never herd from the mentor, never got my kit, and STILL have no kit even though they told me it would be here July I have NO KIT for [redacted] NO tracking information nothingI have no reason to believe except this is a scam that there is NO kit and nothing would be arriving I have contacted the company from July 1- JULY and not received any responsei also paid extra for shipping

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I did receive credit, but was charged for a return label which I never used PLUS never reimbursed for the [redacted] it cost meThe seller claims they did not receive the items back for a while, which is also very untrueJust totally unhappy with the whole transaction with this company I purchase many items online and through many businesses, and the customer service here was a nightmareUnfriendly, I was hung up on and very disrespectful and rude.Sincerely, [redacted]

I decided to cancel my designer agreement with keep collectivei mailed back my unused merchandise and supplies to the company at the address they provided me and it arrived in [redacted] on [redacted] (provided keep with tracking number)keep collective's buyback policy states I would receive my refund within weeks of receipt of the unused merchandiseit has been five weeks and I have yet to see refundthere has been no status update or communication regarding my return - nothingi am seeking my eligible refund from keep regarding my unused merchandise and supplies that was received by keep on [redacted]

I was given a Locket for Christmas by my mother in law after I show her the picture, the locket came defective, it did not close, so I call Costumer Service to have it replace, they send me a new one, the new one came broke as well, with the same issue, at this point I did not want to have it anymore, they said that they would give me the credit to get something else when I think my mother in law should of got her money back, but of course they can do that, so I left it at that, I try to contact them to get something I like again from the webside and when I contact it costumer service they said I do not have any credit, so now I don't have anything, and lost around $my mother in law spend on me! horrible company, horrible costumer service, horrible quality control (because you think they would of check the second one they send me)

Stella & Dot Customer Service provided a return label to the customer, however customer chose to send product back using her own method of delivery, S&D did not charge her the [redacted] return cost Unfortunately because S&D didn't have a way to track the return it took a bit longer to provide a refund, but once customer provided the tracking number, the package was located and refund provided

I wish I had searched for reviews before wasting my money My d-i-l had a party and I bought a necklace that cost way over $(For costume jewelry! The only reason I let myself get sucked in was being nice to d-i-l), she bought me a necklace that was about $and a bracelet that was about $ This is a ridiculous price for costume jewelry and when you see how it holds up you know you have been ripped off The gold paint on the necklaces started wearing off right away The silver paint on the inside of the bracelet wore off after a few wearings and some of the bangle beads fell off I felt badly for my d-i-l and didn't say anything until years later she brought up the jewelry and since it had been laying useless in my jewelry box I told her how shoddy it was and that I couldn't wear it after a few times Then I learned or was reminded they only have a year warranty (show how proud this company is of their product) She agreed to bring up the poor quality of these pieces to her representative but as I understand it, the rep doesn't care, the year warranty is up What a waste

I received an expensive necklace as a gift two years ago The chain on the jewelry has turned dark in places and since it is a silver chain looks terrible and I am unable to wear it Below is the response I received from customer service: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a return or replacement for the item due to the length of time since the original purchaseSome items may experience wear and tear over timeI do not expect jewelry that is this expensive to tarnish after two yearsI do not recommend buying jewelry from Stella and Dot

I became a designer for KEEP in July My original intent was to just use my discount and not sell until after the new year since we are in the process of a military move from Hawaii to ColoradoI quickly changed my mind and began sellingI was the first seller in HawaiiEven though my sponsor was thousands of miles away in Georgia, she offered me such genuine support and encouragementI never felt pressured to sellIt was all up to meI earned back the money I spent on my starter kit very quickly, and I continue to make salesAlthough I am still not where I want to be as far as sales, I know that as long as I continue to grow and work hard, the potential is thereAny time I have contacted the KEEP delight center, they have been quick and efficient in their responses and solutionsThey are always running great sales and specials too which helps me as a sellerAnd I have NEVER had a problem with any product and neither have any of my customersThis speaks volumes to their quality control as well as valueThanks S&D and KEEP for being so amazing!
