Keep Collective is very aggressive in the number of emails they send When you are tired of receiving their emails and try to unsubscribe well, here is where they are very UNresponsive I have clicked 'unsubscribe' on every email I receive from them for the past month There has been NO Reduction in the SPAM they send to me

I ordered a pretty little bracelet for my sister through this company's designer, who I work withShe worked eagerly with me and I found a nice designWhen it was shipped to me, it was in cheap plastic baggies, all the pieces separated and I couldn't believe I paid *** for what......all these pieces? I thought it would come all together and in a nice box for my sisterSo, I decided it was NOT worth the *** I was charged and wanted to return it, as a card inside the packaging said they would gladly refund any customer who was not happy with the product, which I clearly wasn'tSo, I contacted the company, or tried toI received nothing but a run aroundThe designer at work who so eagerly helped to sell me this item, barely would talk to me, so I called the company, and was hung up onI finally sent the item back to the company, with tracking showing delivery, and still......they will NOT return my emails or callsI would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT dealing with this company!!!!!!

On behalf of our company, Stella & Dot LLC, we are reaching out in regard to complaint ID: filed by Vy T Le
MsLe first contacted our Customer Service center on 11/10/stating that she thought she had cancelled her account previously, but had recently been charged her account
renewal fee ($on 11/08/2017) and requested a refund
On 11/18/she was sent our Voluntary Cancellation (Self Termination) form, which is needed to close an account and was advised that upon her account being closed she may request a refund, but that it was not guaranteedMsLe sent the completed form on 11/20/and her cancellation was successfully processed that day by our Field (Stylist) Relations departmentShe received an email confirmation for the cancellation the same day
MsLe contacted the Customer Service Department again on 11/22/to request her refund as it was not processed in conjunction with her cancellation as originally requested to our Customer Service Department on 11/10/The customer service agent who attended to the request, saw her previous contact in which Stylist Relations completed her cancellation and noted that it was a duplicate contact and mistakenly closed this inquiryOn 2/2/MsLe contacted a final time regarding her previous refund request that was denied to her by the Stylist Relations departmentThe refund was not denied by the Stylist Relations department, however, we do acknowledge there was a miscommunication between our two departments in handling the refund request and offer our sincere apologies to MsLe for the confusion and inconvenience
We contacted MsLe on 2/8/by phone and email to express our apologies and to inform her that we had refunded the account renewal fee of $originally requested on 11/10/
It is our position that the complaint was resolved and that the customer received the requested outcome

Hello, my best friend as a surprise bought for me from Stella and Dot ( two ) Getaway Totes $*** each plus shipping Getaway totes: Multi-Ikat $*** Indigo I Kat$*** They were a birthday gift, I have had them a month and both zipper are brokenStella and Dot will not allow me to return even after I complied and supplied the email address of the rep that sold them as they will not except returns or exchanges without an order # or rep email addressI hesitant at first for I didn't want to hurt my best friends feelings that very expensive bags she bought for me for my birthday ( because my son had a stroke ) and knew I was down in the dumps had both broken within a month of useSo they forced me to get email address which I did and supplied it to them so I can just ship the bags back and get new ones , I am not looking for money or to exchange for something differentThey said the email I provided hadn't placed an order since *** and would not allow exchangeI explained maybe she

I was given a Locket for Christmas by my mother in law after I show her the picture, the locket came defective, it did not close, so I call Costumer Service to have it replace, they send me a new one, the new one came broke as well, with the same issue, at this point I did not want to have it anymore, they said that they would give me the credit to get something else when I think my mother in law should of got her money back, but of course they can do that, so I left it at that, I try to contact them to get something I like again from the webside and when I contact it costumer service they said I do not have any credit, so now I don't have anything, and lost around $my mother in law spend on me!

The best customer service I have seen with any company and very high quality products! The only promote and deliver the best

I purchase a leather handbag for about $ I have use it for one year and three months The strappy handles fell apart and the leather split, therefore, it is not fixable When I contacted the company I was told that they could not find my order history and even if they could they would not be willing to help me in any way since the bag is over a year old And seriously....they could not find my order history? What legitimate company has this issue? I feel that this is an an EXTREMELY inferior and defective product The customer service is horrible I would caution anyone considering purchasing a Stella and Dot product, not to I couldn't be more disappointed in this company A quality leather handbag should last years

Apologies for the delay. This issue has been resolved with credit provided for the starter kit

Only certain items for the KEEP Collective Black Friday sale were discounted 50%, those items were clearly marked when a customer clicked on the email flier, which took prospective shoppers to the webpage with all the discounting productsItems that were not part of the Black Friday sales were
not displayed and were only available through the regular purchasing site and when transferring these items to the cart, they would have not shown the discount amount. The other email flier was a host marketing offer and discount applied only when you agreed to be a hostess for a KEEP Collective Design session

I am trying to assist a client in getting a repair of jewelry purchased I could not find the information I needed the employee portal so I called The wait time was over minutes! Then I submitted an email and was told they would get back to me in days I do not find this acceptable nor customer service driven as they cla to be

I received an expensive necklace as a gift two years ago The chain on the jewelry has turned dark in places and since it is a silver chain looks terrible and I am unable to wear it Below is the response I received from customer service:

I purchased a bracelet and it began to fall apart after wearing twiceI contacted Stella and Dot's rep who sold it to meAfter a week I responded and another week later received a return authorizationI returned the bracelet and then received a replacement that I did not order and that was not the same braceletOn the return I stated I didn't want the bracelet, I wanted the originalWaited another days and was told that I could sell it, or re-gift it by another repI was given no choice for refund or the replacementThis was extremely poor service and insulting, after I purchased over $worth of their productsThey lost a customer and didn't respond to my emails
