Determining my graduation or lack of graduation is the very definition of your job Figure out a way to do it I personally ordered copies of my education history today with no trouble at all Hopefully I will keep my new job until they arrive This was your job to do and the reason my company hired you It is not my job to provide you with copies of my education history, you should be able to get those because you are a company that professes to conduct background checks Take a look at your Revdex.com rating There is a reason it has that rating

Hello *** ***, I have confirmed that your background check is complete. When we search the courts we do not reuse information and pull a new report for each inquiry. With criminal records there are various methods we use to fulfill these searches. In some cases we are
required to send our researchers to the court house and give the clerk a list of names for them to search. Many court houses will place a limit on each researcher on how many searches they will perform for the researcher. Unfortunately this does delay our results. Thank you Adam N***

I have reached out to the business, Sterling BackCheck, namely Adam N*** who responded to the Revdex.com correspondenceHe informed me he would reach out to someone to see if this can be resolvedAt the present time, the issue has not been fixed, therefore I cannot mark this as "resolved".My position is a customer should not have to purchase multiple background checks, when the company performing the background check has the correct information alreadyIt defies logic, not to mention is a wasteof time and moneyIf either company (***/Sterling BackCheck) wishes to run the check again, that's fine, but not at the consumer's expense.In closing, I am hoping that ***, as well as their vendor, work in tandem to get this matter resolved forthwithI have had the same social security number for decades, have never changed my name, have numerous credit cards in my name, etcIt makes little sense why they can't verify an existing social security number

contain your Social Security Number in the database that we use for that search. Dear [redacted],. Sterling Infosystems is a consumer reporting agency regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The typical turnaround time for background checks can be from two days to over a month depending on the services that we are performing. In order to search criminal record information,...

Sterling must contact local, state and federal courts. As a result, Sterling is dependent on the courts to provide the information. Turnaround times can vary from a few hours to a few weeks to obtain the results. Also, depending on the court, Sterling may send someone to the court to access a public terminal, obtain court documents, or need the assistance of the clerk. With a service such as employment verification or the verification of a person’s education we are depending on the applicant's employers or schools to respond to our phone calls and emails. I do see in our records that your order does have a rush on it unfortunately we need to send someone to the court house in this jurisdiction. Once at the court house our employees do not have direct access to this information, we must request the court clerk to obtain this information, unfortunately they do not put these requests as a priority and instead do the day to day clerk work first and will only search records for us if they have time..  Please let me know if you need further information and feel free to contact me at the number below.Thank youAdam N[redacted]

I have received the request to retest on May [redacted], 2016 from the prospective employer and submitted a new specimen that same day. The turn around time was once again out of the 48 to 72 hour window as indicated. I was then contacted by a Medical Review person from Sterling on May [redacted] and asked if I am being treated for conditions indicated for my medication at which time I said yes, I provided the usual information off of the prescription bottle as requested at this time. Mind you the previous time I had to fax my RX history from the pharmacy so the protocol has now changed. I was then told by the lady at Sterling that she would now have to call and speak directly to the Pharmacist. This was a red flag because I have not signed a release for the pharmacy to provide any information to Sterling and if they did it would be a HIPPA violation. The only other way for them to attempt to obtain this information would be for them to misrepresent themselves as me.On June * in the am the lady from Sterling MRO called and left a message that I needed to call because the pharmacist was not available, I called back and Chris at 12:30pm the same day said that the specimen was indeterminable and unverifiable and that I would have to retest a third time and to contact the potential employer. I have NEVER seen anything such as this. I have since taken a drug test with the same Quest lab but for another employer and another Screening company and provided the information for my prescription and spoke to an actual Nurse and Doctor and have been cleared and begun orientation. I feel unjustly singled out and discriminated against, demeaned and violated. I have called and tried to reach an actual MD at Sterling and have not been able to get anyone with a medical background. I want answers from the person with the authority to know who is liable as I move forward with my complaints.

This individual initially contact us to request that we contact the court directly due to a situation with his background check that has happened previously.  We did so which is what delayed the turnaround time.  Unfortunately the initial estimate of the time that it would take to resolve...

his issue was longer than expected.  He also placed a review with the Revdex.com previously and I responded that his report was complete.  That unfortunately was my error as it was still pending.  At this time his report is complete.  If [redacted] thinks anything is incorrect, we can file a dispute on his behalf.  We have contacted Switzerland county and have confirmed his information as requested.  Sterling Infosystems has offices throughout the world while maintaining our information on servers in the United States.   Thank you

who use their service and denied or reneged on my employment due to the false
reporting they supplied, I need to update their information with each and every
company that used their service to check my back ground. I contact must of the potential
employers to dispute the information and they are currently waiting for and up

There was no delay in set-up or in the performance of the background screening by Sterling.  The issue is that we were not informed that a drug test was required until 12 days after the account documents were submitted.  We set-up the original account as asked, and then set-up the drug...

testing program upon the new request on 9/**  in the standard time frame as well which is 7-10 days.  This time frame was agreed upon via phone.  The $300.00 charge was an initial set up fee, and then a yearly maintenance fee in 2016.  Due to the time period and as a good faith effort we credited one $300.00 fee.

Dear [redacted], Thank you for taking my call this afternoon.  I apologize that I said that we had located your report when we did not, that was a different [redacted] and not in your State.  Regarding the alternate name on your report.  That is from the social security trace which is a database compiled of credit header data, utility bills, subscription information etc.  This data is then used with a mathematical algorithm to find possible alternate names and addresses that the person may have used.  This does not mean that you have used this name or that your identity has been stolen.  If you are worried about your identity, I would advise you to check your credit reports at annual [redacted]  As I mentioned, if you rerun your report it may also show up again.  If you do have any issues please let me know and I can go on a call with your potential employer to explain what it is.  I have included my direct contact information below should you need it.Thank you,[redacted]###-###-####[redacted]
