and place new Hog Ties along the tension wire along the bottom and Zip Tied the fence to the top rail where Ties should have been placed to keep the fencing tight to the poles.

I spoke with [redacted], who said the roof was completely finished,and the ceiling damage was caused by water getting under the roof shingles from a recent storm. Mr Rosa went to the home as a courtesy he applied Kilz to water spots,and left the consumers with double color match paint to repaint the...

This project has now been completed, the delay was due to delivery of windows.

The owner of our firm spoke with this client last week. Per that discussion, they should be expecting a meeting Monday, November 20th to address and rectify any concerns.

Custom screening has been ordered by our service department. It will be completed soon by our vendor and our client will be contacted immediately for installation.

Our service department has met with our client to discuss his concerns, what is covered and agree upon a remedy. Materials are being ordered and we will resolve as soon as possible.

progress. Like I said before this deck has be completed since the end of August or beginning of September and they have failed to pull permits when it was being built or even since the deck has been built.

The custom window for this client has been ordered. We have been waiting on the manufacturer for delivery. We will contact the consumer the moment it arrives and make installation arrangements. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused.

I am rejecting this response because:
This was supposedly the plan in the first place and the clips sent were wrong per the installer.Also the business implies that there was nothing wrong with the first set of screens. The implication here is that our dissatisfaction is the problem. The screens bowed out and would not stay in place. The installer thought they were unacceptable too. This response confirms my fears that Joyce would stall and make it out that it was our fault and that somehow we were being unreasonable. Please be advised we have filed a complaint to the Attorney General of Missouri and are going to submit supporting documentation including photos of the screens that are too large, bow out and will not stay in place without packing tape.

This consumer's deposit refund was mailed to them weeks ago. If they have not received it, they need to call our office at (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

The owner gave Mrs. [redacted] a discount and the windows should be in this Friday. Ms. [redacted] is happy with that resolution.

Our craftsman has informed us that the issue here is not with our workmanship on the project, rather with existing loose/bad fascia boards. He is going to help this client on his own in a gesture of goodwill.
