New drawings are being submitted to the city by our craftsman for review. After the permit is issued, we will deliver to our client.

At no time was our client asked enter in to a “fraudulent” relationship with their approved lender. Financing must be procured and established before any project can be released to our production team to order. At that time the project is placed in a queue and installed in the order of purchase....

Deck and Fencing projects are extremely popular at the time of this particular agreement. Our clients are made aware of an approximate installation date based on their place in the queue and kept informed based on unforeseen weather conditions that may prohibit us from our routine schedule. Often, a payment for a project may occur before the installation due to these factors. Our installer had numerous projects in their municipality at the time of this order and thought he had applied for permits on this project along with others. There is no problem obtaining them for this client as we have already received the deck permit and are waiting on notification to pick up fencing permit as well.

We met with this client yesterday. We have her scheduled to build a beautiful fence!

Our client has already picked up her complimentary screen repair.

A service ticket was fulfilled for our client on Saturday, December 10th. If they have any future needs, we hope they will contact our office.

Our service tech has already left the office and is on his way to address.

This was an internal error -- we have two different customers with the same name and communicated to the wrong one. This has been cleared up as of this morning.

We have an appointment to meet this client Monday, November 6th to address any of their concerns.

We anticipate an easy fix to this client's service issue & is scheduled with our craftsman for repair.

They came today and fixed unsightly irregular roof edge where shingles were not cut evenly, installed missing drip edge, removed price sticker from chimney flashing. They also repaired two holes in facia which were not part of original scope of work. Thank you!

We are going to rebuild to satisfy our client.

I would like the company to notify me when the check is ready and I will come to their office and pick it up. I would like them to provide a date that my refund will by ready as I gave them the money in September 2015.

Our client lives in a beautiful home that is over 100 years old. Because of its age, all the openings in the residence are out of "square" and are unlevel. We have removed and replaced the door in question more than once in an effort to get it...

to operate properly. We will do that once again upon receipt of materials we have on order. The unseasonal rain this summer has everyone in our industry behind on installations/repairs. We have been forthright with our client about our intentions and the predicament in scheduling. We are confident we will get this resolved to her satisfaction.

While Joyce Factory Direct continues to tell me that they will resolve the issue of fixing the window screens they damaged in the...

siding replacement, the bottom line is that JFD has failed to meet their repeated agreement to return my repaired screens.  It has been well over 3 months now--all the while JFD has made and broken repeated promises to return my repaired window screens.

Our client may not understand the contract as written. Her project was constructed exactly to the specifications listed in her agreement.  At no time during the building of her project were “used” or substandard materials on her job site.

They have resolved matter by issuing a check saying the first was "lost in the mail"

I received a full refund from Joyce Factory Direct, (13 Aug 2015). This issue is fully resolved.

Our production manager has been in touch with our client & we are scheduled for Saturday, December 17th to address any concerns.
