Fab response 11pm at night with a toilet emergency. They couldn’t have been more responsive from the first call to the goodbye out the door. Thorough and super quality work by Aldon (sp?). Followed all CDC refs for COVID19 too! Explained everything. Billing TOTALLY fair given men day weekend emergency call during covid. Thanks Moana (sp, phone) too, and the young woman who answered with a cheery voice late Saturday night. Bravo

Wasn’t pleased that my initial appt had to be changed to the next day but everything else went very well. The technician showed up on time and explained our problem and the work that needed to be done thoroughly. Our problem was fixed and we know what to watch out for in the future.

Pilar came and methodically found the source of the leak in our ceiling. He cleaned the area of the leak, repaired it and alerted us to additional problems with our electrical wiring due to rats chewing through the lines. He was very thorough in his job. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Steve’s Plumbing and have been very satisfied with the service.

They scheduled my appointment within hours and Craig was able to help with my slow tub drain issue. They initially only charge a dispatch fee and explained the cost of the fix prior to starting any work, which I found reasonable. Friendly and knowledgeable service.

The plumber was scheduled to arrive between 12-3 pm. This appointment was scheduled the week prior. At around 10:30 am, I received a called stating that the plumber was on his way to my residence. At that time I was with my daughter doing some last minute Mother’s Day shopping and I told the dispatch that I was not home because my appointment was not for an hour and a half. The dispatch told me that I had to reschedule to the next day (Mother’s Day). I told the lady that I had plans for Mother’s Day, and I needed someone there on the day of my scheduled appointment. After a few minutes on hold she told me that a plumber would be there between 3-6pm. Which we had planned activities for. Nevertheless, we canceled our plans and scheduled the new time. The gentleman showed up after 5pm, and he seemed in a hurry to go home. He was not able to fix anything, nor did he have intentions to. Additionally, I never received a quote.
I will never use this service again and I recommend you look elsewhere for a plumber, they have not respect for your personal time.

Excellent service from beginning to the end. Customer service was very courteous and comforting. Hector our plumber did a great job from start to finish. Listened to my problem and complaints. Explained everything that he was going to do and how it would help. Did a great job and corrected the psi from 110 to 70. Now I also have a main isolation control valve on my outside water faucet. I would recommend Steves Plumbing to everyone. They came out to my house within an hour on a Friday. I called another Plumbing company and had an appointment for Wednesday at 10am.(I couldn’t wait a few more days). Steve’s gets it done!

Called Steve's Plumbing in the morning for an estimate with SAME DAY SERVICE!!! Chris dispatched the PROFESSIONAL and MOST KNOWLEDGABLE team (Lyle and Kyle) to provide an estimate. They were prompt, even arrived earlier than the appointed time, were friendly, and professional, and explained in detail my reasonable estimate to replace my aged leaking solar heater.
After Kyle completed his assessment, I was astonished to hear when Lyle said parts are available and we can perform and complete the job that day!!!!!
Audie and Tanner arrived in a marked clean company vehicle, looking very professional with their uniforms and company issued name tags, in a friendly trustworthy manner. They successfully completed a job well done. Very clean, very quiet, and very efficient.
