Clayton T was a great service technician when he came to my home for plumbing repairs. He thoroughly explained all the levels of accommodations and gave me options that would fit my budget. There was no pressure involved but professionalism and a courteous disposition. I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend his expertise.

I had a leak in my bathroom, and the shut-off valve was bypassing. I called Steve's Plumbing, when I realized the job was too big for me to do, myself, and they sent out Ken that day! He quickly and efficiently fixed the problem in no time. He was very professional, assessed the situation, and reviewed all of my options. I couldn't be happier, and will call them, again!

We just had plumbing repair to our sink, toilet, and diagnosis of a worrisome shower leak. Thiago and Jacob did great work for us. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and smart. We highly recommend Steve's and will be sure to call them again if need help.

My parent's plumbing was messed up so I started contacting numerous plumbers. Out of the 4 that I contacted Steve's Plumbing Service agreed to come in the afternoon. They ended up arriving 2 hrs early which worked out perfect. We were contacted prior to the technicians arriving. James & Iosefa did an excellent job. They explained what they were going to do. They also showed me pictures of the corroded pipe. I was very happy with the workmanship. I plan on calling them again for future work that needs to be done.

Had a water " shut off " for my condo today, called to schedule for service on Sunday. Usually the water shuts off at 8:30 am to whenever. Lucy told me 930am and Clay T was at my door , in the condo, at 930am sharp. Waterline shut off valve, overhauled my probably the original 1973 hot and cold valves, and augered my toilet , because of a freak accident, all by 1130 am. Had to wait for water to be turned back on to check for leaks. After another job Clay was back to wrap it up. Professional, Quality service. Thank you.
