The consultants and staff at Stewart, Cooper and Cn are top notch professionals. Although I was somewhat skeptical of the services they offer, I quickly changed my mind. My coach was knowledgeable, professional, and quite personable. It was like being mentored by a good friend.

My coach helped me recognize the weaknesses in my presentation and showed me how to strengthen it and really 'sell' myself.

I was able to secure a great six-figure job (using what I was taught, I was able to get an additional $10,000 plus another week of vacation). Value well worth the cost!

I am a senior business professional who lost a great job due to a corporate re-organization. I initially tried to go it alone and, using methods and processes that had worked for me in the past, spent about 6 months trying to find a new opportunity. Given my age and compensation package I was hitting a brick wall...I generated a number of phone screens and face-to-face interviews but kept getting rejected because I was "over-qualified" (read as "too old") and/or I was rejected because of my compensation history even though I clearly communicated that I was willing to negotiate salary and had at least 10 years of service left before retirement.

In short, working with SCC is an investment in your future and I would recommend them to anyone who is serious about taking their career to the next level.

Stewart Cooper & Cn was invaluable with assisting/accelerating my search process. The approach was positive, in-depth and informative. The company did what it promised and then some. The company has an extremely professional staff and all the tools to assist a job seeker. I probably used 75% of the tools however the most impactful part of the process was the coaching provided. My coach, Valerie, wasn't an easy task master. She kept me focused, on track and moving in the right direction. She was always supportive and had great insights and perspectives. She was readily accessible for interview preparation and debriefing and always offered good constructive feedback. Lisa, assisted me by contacting target companies I identified on my behalf. She was also very proactive, timely and kept me informed of all of her activity. In the end, it was Lisa's persistence with a company that I sent several resumes that helped me obtain and interview and a job offer. I am confident that the webfolio (which required a tremendous amount of work on my part ) prepared me for tough interviews and played a significant role in my success. I was able to walk through my previous positions and articulate significant accomplishments throughout my career, many of which I may not have recalled without this process. I also came to understand that that this is work I needed to do for my own satisfaction and was glad Valerie and the staff held me accountable for moving through their process. I felt the financial investment was money well spent!

This company contacted me and sold themselves as a service that would vastly expand my network and provide me with services that would assist my job search.

They exaggerated their benefits. The real services are resume writing and some light coaching. Not close to being worth thousands of dollars. I suggest buying a good book and you will most likely get the same results. Save your money.

I recently completed a term with SC&C which ended with a successful result. Besides being very professional, well prepared and fully stocked with useful tools I'd like to single out an individual - referred to as a "coach" - who was awesome! [redacted] was very knowledgeable and outlined what they could and could not do. More important he was good at understanding my individual situation. The breadth of their offering and the professional of people like [redacted] is a powerful combination.

I have been in the midst of a job search, when I was contacted by Stewart Cooper and Cn. I responded to the email, and filled out the online form. I was contacted by one of their sales people, [redacted]. We had an initial call of about 15 mins where he guided me to some items on their website he wanted me to review, asked me some questions so he could better advise me, and then we set up another phone call for a longer period of time. The second call was for a bit over a half hour, and it was a hard/pressure sales call to get me to use their services. He then said he would send me a proposal with their costs. I received those, and found that the money back guarantee option cost more. This struck me as odd. I was unable to attend a third call with him, which was two days after the last call, due to a family emergency. I received an email from Mr. [redacted] stating I had to make a decision quickly. Unfortunately, running around and taking care of my family took priority over Mr. [redacted]'s ability to meet his sales quota. His demeanor, and arrogance, was a real turn-off for my ever wanting to use this company. I also do not appreciate high pressure, you have to buy this now or it will go-away tactics. That usually tells me that something is wrong, especially if it costs more for a money back guarantee. Something just didn't smell right. I would not recommend them, and I have moved on to another company that I think is more in line with my needs.

My experience with Stewart, Cooper & Cn was extremely positive. There are a number of highly skilled individuals to work with. They are professional, positive and direct. I felt very supported as I worked through my resume production and felt their insights in interviewing were incredibly impactful.

There is nobody better than Bill T[redacted] in terms of helping prep you for an important interview. Bill's insights as far as the whole interviewing process goes was invaluable. And Kelly S[redacted] truly helped me appreciate how important it was to establish a strong online web presence, and helped facilitate my use of sites such as LinkedIn to such a degree that it became an invaluable marketing tool. With a mere 30 minutes' conversation, she was able to help me establish a formidable internet presence that helped me tremendously in terms of advancing my career prospects.

The level of professionalism and comprehensive executive search services provided by Stewart Cooper & Cn was exemplary for me. From my initial experience with the sales representative, my engagement with the marketing specialist, and mostly with my campaign director with whom I worked intimately for over 5 months; the journey that positioned me to eventually be offered a position at a reputable company was extremely productive. Having worked with a few other firms in the past, what seemed to set SCC head and shoulders above their competition was the knowledge and experience each individual had with whom I worked. Every time there was a decision or tactic to employ, my campaign director seemed to not only have the knowledge, but also had countless examples to make me feel comfortable with her recommended action. Although this engagement did result in a desirable position in 5 months, my opinion on the relationship and effort expended by the SCC team would not have been any different had I not gotten a position by the end of my contract period. I would recommend SCC to anyone seeking the next step in their career to secure a desirable position.

Review: Hired SC&C to find me a job. They sold me a package that they would find and secure me interviews with several companies that I could choose to interview with and be placed with. I am a busy Sr. Director and travel extensively with a limited amount of time to find a career on my own, hence the hiring of SC&C. I paid $5,500 to have me take surveys, write a resume and cover letter and produce all the needed information for them. Then I was to choose 25 companies I would like to work for....not them find me a position with a company. I chose 25 and they hired a person to call and introduce me. Of all 25 companies, not even a phone interview was secured. They assigned me a project coordinator who is a really nice person but every phone call was what I was doing to find a job and not what SC&C was doing to find me a job. In short, I was lied to in the sales process. I paid for access to a very old website to complete their resume, cover letter and web folio. That is pretty expensive for the poor quality they churned out for me. I am 10 months in with them and my contract is up and I have not even secured one phone interview by this firm. I would NOT recommend SC&C as a viable option to securing a position with any company.Desired Settlement: I'd like for SC&C to understand that they are selling something they do not deliver on. I would like a refund of my funds back.

Your team of coaches ensure you place all of your efforts in the right direction. The feedback I received from the company I got hired on with on my resume and interview skills was very positive. In fact, as a retiring E-9 I was hired on in the same position as a retiring O-6. This team helped me find the right job the first time. If you are concerned about the cost consider this, I received over 25% more pay for the perfect job than the best offer I had at another company prior to using their service. In a nutshell, "WORTH EVERY PENNY, AND THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR CAREER AND FAMILY!"

I can only say great things about my experience with Stewart Cooper & Cs and the partnership I had with the entire team assigned to my campaign. I was fortunate to have Jo Ann M[redacted] as my Campaign Director who did an outstanding job keeping my focus on the tasks that provided the greatest impact to my career transition.

The early stages or tasks where I was required to provide my past experience and accomplishments seemed time consuming and in all honesty on several occasions I felt it was a waste of my time. However as a result to all that perpetration, today I am able to go back 20 years of my career and communicate my accomplishments with great confidence. During my visit to Phoenix I had the opportunity to learn and master skills that I now use in my every day communication.

As a result within 6 months of joining SC&C I started receiving calls from recruiters and executives interested in discussing their needs with me, resulting in multiple job offers. I was taught skills to effectively negotiate your total compensation package so you do not leave money on the table.

Hands down the best investment in myself and career.
