I recently completed a term with SC&C which ended with a successful result. Besides being very professional, well prepared and fully stocked with useful tools I'd like to single out an individual - referred to as a "coach" - who was awesome! [redacted] was reliable, prompt, positive, helpful, experienced and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate the relationship and give her an A+.

I would recommend Stewart Cooper and Cn to help anyone seeking a new position. They are process driven and this keeps you on task, with many marketing tools to connect with the hidden market. I thought the resume evaluation and LinkedIn guides were extremely useful. They have many different tools and resources to help you stay organized. I found the monthly activity report, which keeps you accountable and extremely motivated to keep working your plan. This is critical after several months when you have no leads and no opportunities. Thank you SCC and your entire team for supporting me during this process.

I have been in the midst of a job search, when I was contacted by Stewart Cooper and Cn. I responded to the email, and filled out the online form. I was contacted by one of their sales people, [redacted]. We had an initial call of about 15 mins where he guided me to some items on their website he wanted me to review, asked me some questions so he could better advise me, and then we set up another phone call for a longer period of time. The second call was for a bit over a half hour, and it was a hard/pressure sales call to get me to use their services. He then said he would send me a proposal with their costs. I received those, and found that the money back guarantee option cost more. This struck me as odd. I was unable to attend a third call with him, which was two days after the last call, due to a family emergency. I received an email from Mr. [redacted] stating I had to make a decision quickly. Unfortunately, running around and taking care of my family took priority over Mr. [redacted]'s ability to meet his sales quota. His demeanor, and arrogance, was a real turn-off for my ever wanting to use this company. I also do not appreciate high pressure, you have to buy this now or it will go-away tactics. That usually tells me that something is wrong, especially if it costs more for a money back guarantee. Something just didn't smell right. I would not recommend them, and I have moved on to another company that I think is more in line with my needs.

Stewart Cooper Cn is a very reputable company. They do what they say they will do and they work hard for their clients. I am a current client and I am pleased with the efforts that they are making on my behalf.

I recently had a question but they fixed it immediately and were very fair in their response. I would highly recommend this firm if you are lucky enough to be selected as one of their clients.

Review: SC&C sold me an organized process in which they promise to make specific introductions that will allow me to secure interviews for an executive position. They indicated to me their process is custom designed to meet my objective of changing careers. In my case, from logistics to health care administration. SC&C stated to me that they have a vast array of databases and resources, including contact information of companies, millions of active job openings, contact information for the “right” recruiters, aggregated job boards, posting and distribution boards, access to their private recruiting network, the hidden job market, and their exclusive SC&C Job Search Briefcase ©. No contacts or leads were ever received.

In the beginning, I identified 4 employment opportunities and asked them to provide assistance with pursuing these opportunities. I continued to bring up these opportunities at various times with NO results. SC&C advertise 100% satisfaction. They have not provided any of the services indicated above.Desired Settlement: Full Refund on the contract and be reimbursed for all my expenses incurred attending their "Phoenix" program.

This company contacted me and sold themselves as a service that would vastly expand my network and provide me with services that would assist my job search.

They exaggerated their benefits. The real services are resume writing and some light coaching. Not close to being worth thousands of dollars. I suggest buying a good book and you will most likely get the same results. Save your money.

After 20+ years working at executive level position in Direct to Consumer businesses, my position was eliminated and I found myself looking for a job for the first time in 20+ years. I thought I could figure out how to do that by myself and was personally embarrassed to find myself in this position, so felt uncomfortable staying in touch with other peers still employed. After more than 6 months of going it alone, I came across Stewart, Cooper & Cn after a direct reach out from a remarkable person, Oliver Cornell. Mr. Cornell was instrumental in gaining my trust in working with an organization such as Stewart, Cooper & Cn and provided some positive affirmation as to my ongoing value in the business marketplace. I began a very well choreographed process of providing my experience and accomplishments in a manner that would allow them to be configured into an impressive marketing piece to make myself more competitive in the job market. The process in Stewart, Cooper & Cn included lengthy efforts with a very patient, experience sage advisor, one Bill Temple, who helped me regain some of my lost self confidence while helping me to craft a "web folio" version of my skills, accomplishments and "stories" about accomplishments in a succinct format that would be easy to view in a graphical view or drill down option for more detailed view. That use of technology was a giant leap away from the "sending of resume" process that I had been trying to no avail. In addition, SC&C took me through an extensive interviewing process with videotape and feedback to better prepare me to market myself in today's environment. They also walked me through the analytics of how most people in my position actually end up finding their next position. After months of following their recommendations , learning to believe in myself more and working the tools they had put at my disposal, I did end up finding a new position that not only puts me back at the executive level that I was at previously, but ends up putting me into a business opportunity with equity that provides so much more reward than the "person behind the desk" positions that I had held previously. I will be forever grateful and have long since let go of the "surprise" that I felt as I watched their recommendations and efforts craft a significantly "new and improved" version of myself much better ready to compete in today's business environment. They have an effective, impressive and successful business operation that yielded excellent results in my case.

Stewart Cooper & Cn is by far the best resource I have ever used relative to career coaching, career transition or career search. SCC, in my experience, is clearly the leader because of an amazing process that is backed up by the best professionals in the industry. From day one, my experience with the organization has been perfect, SCC delivered on every expectation of mine throughout the program. From initial contact with Dennis J to campaign coaching, insight and preparation with Barbara L, every strategy and question was expertly handled. (As a side note, my weekly strategy calls with Barbara contained some of the best industry and process insight I have ever received in my professional career.) As a result, my career search and placement went far better than I expected. The process of organizing my career achievements, SHARE stories, work experiences and WebFolio through SCC was the clear differentiator between me and every candidate that I competed against in the marketplace.

I attended a transition course provided by SC&C, taught by Sue T[redacted]. She also recommended I buy Fred C[redacted] book for more in-depth guidance. The course was fantastic and truly got me headed in the right direction. The book provided the reference material needed as I went through my transition and job search. I initially did not follow all of Fred's and the program's recommendations and plan. But, I found that every time I ignored the advice given, I fell into the traps Fred had predicted. I would not have been so successful if it was not for Sue and Fred...the program changed my life and provided a minimally stressed transition.

I have been working with Stewart, Cooper, & Cn for the past 3 months. They have a great program oriented towards getting to core competencies and highlighting the benefits I can bring to an employer at an executive level. [redacted] has been great to work with and extremely helpful whenever I have a question. Searching for a job is a marketing task - and SC&C specializes in marketing people to companies!

An exceptionally valuable experience both personally and professionally. Everyone associated with this organization was professional, competent, and motivated to help me help myself be successful. I found myself unemployed after a 30 year successful career. After 6 months of an unsuccessful job search, I connected with Stewart Cooper & Cn. The company has an extremely professional staff and all the tools to assist a job seeker. I probably used 75% of the tools however the most impactful part of the process was the coaching provided. My coach, Valerie, wasn't an easy task master. She kept me focused, on track and moving in the right direction. She was always supportive and had great insights and perspectives. She was readily accessible for interview preparation and debriefing and always offered good constructive feedback. Lisa, assisted me by contacting target companies I identified on my behalf. She was also very proactive, timely and kept me informed of all of her activity. In the end, it was Lisa's persistence with a company that I sent several resumes that helped me obtain and interview and a job offer. I am confident that the webfolio (which required a tremendous amount of work on my part ) prepared me for tough interviews and played a significant role in my success. I was able to walk through my previous positions and articulate significant accomplishments throughout my career, many of which I may not have recalled without this process. I also came to understand that that this is work I needed to do for my own satisfaction and was glad Valerie and the staff held me accountable for moving through their process. I felt the financial investment was money well spent!

At this time I passed on continuing with their program as I have decided on a totally different career path and am heading back to school full-time.

I would recommend investing at least an hour on the phone with him and hearing what he and the company have to offer.
