I ordered from them during COVID pandemic so expected so delays but I placed my order on April 23, 2020 it its currently May 19, 2020 and my order has not even been fully processed and been shipped of yet. It was supposed to be here May 1, 2020. I ordered my labels in plenty of time to fulfill my own personal orders for my business but I didn't receive my labels even after 10 days of waiting past the date they said they would be delivered. I finally messaged them requesting information on my order and they responded that my order was more than halfway printed and that I could not get a refund at this point. Which was on May 11, 2020. (so they said my order was more than halfway done printing and still hasn't shipped off 8 days later) I responded that I needed a refund so that I could find someone local to print my labels to fulfill my own orders for my business. They told me that if I wanted my refund I would need to send the unopened envelope back to them as soon as I received my order. Which makes zero sense because I'm not going to send back custom ordered labels when I would need them at some point for my business. They costed me a extra $80 to purchase labels I shouldn't have had to buy because my order wasn't ready when they said it would be.

Desired Outcome

I'd like a refund for my inconvenience and the labels canceled.

Ordered sticker sheet. Due to a glitch in their software it did not use transparency and instead randomly assigned a background messing up the sheet.
Did not even even offer to redo it. Waste of time and money.

I rush ordered custom stickers for my business and paid for delivery by Nov 30th. It is December 3rd and I still have not re dived my order nor have I received a response to my query.

Desired Outcome

Either send me my order ASAP or contact me *** so I can find someone who is capable of co playing this simple job.

Made an order with StickerYou.com on the 21st of September. I immediately emailed them to say that I had made a mistake and would like to cancel my order for a refund. Their website says that in order to get a refund you must contact them as soon as possible because your order goes automatically to print. I emailed them 5 minutes after I had placed my order asking for the refund. 2 days later I received a an email bavk telling me that they could not offer a refund because my order had already printed and was being prepared to ship. I answered back saying that was unacceptable because I had emailed them in timely manner asking for the refund. It wasn't my fault they took 2 days to answer the email. I received an email bavk stating that if I wanted my refund I would need to send the unopened envelope back to them as soon as I received my order. The email receipt said that I should receive the order by October 1st. On October 3rd I emailed them back asking where my order is? I have yet to receive a reply from that message but today (Oct 4th) I get a new receipt saying my order has shipped! This time there is no expected delivery date on the receipt.

I've had past experiences with Sticker.You. Product is always good quality. The negative is their shipping. *** I spent 14.99 extra to have it rushed to my address. It's now been close to 3 weeks and still nothing. Although, they did refund my shipping cost, it has still been not worth the hassle anymore for a simple vinyl logo for my business truck. It seems to always be a quality control issue they say. Not buying it! (No pun intended... Maybe!)

ON Sep 12, 2018 I placed an order (Order #XXXXXXXX) with stickeryou.com for 8 pages of 2.5" x 2.5" removable stickers. The estimated arrival date for this order was today, September 24. The stickers have not arrived so I went into my order history to check on when they had shipped and the order shows they are still "in progress". There is no update on the order nor is that a tracking number attached to the order, meaning they have yet to ship. The total cost of this order was $50.32 paid by credit card. I have tried to contact this company by email and phone (had to leave a voicemail message), and have not received any response either by email or phone. The live chat feature on their email is unavailable at all times. No one will return my call or email, and no one will pick up the phone when I call. I absolutely have to have these stickers by Thursday, September 27 as they are for an event. They will be useless to me after that date and since I can't get a response from the company on my order, I just want my money back so I can go and order them from a reputable company.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund for product and shipping cost from this company.

I have called left messages, sent several emails, and they claim they have a live chat, but they do not. They are affecting my wedding and making this process very stressful

I placed my order on July 19, 2018 for an event on July 30, 2018. I chose "Rush" for shipping which states 4-7 business days (this was the fastest option). Anything more than that, I would never have placed this order. After ordering, I received the confirmation e-mail which stated an estimated delivery of the 31st. I contacted customer service and I got the following response: "The only way to make changes is for me to cancel your order and then for you to remake the order with upgraded shipping. As our production process is automated, unfortunately, we cannot manually make any changes, such as changing the quantities, the materials, art or cancel orders once they have been sent to print." Clearly, they didn't look at my order because I had already gotten the upgraded shipping. The patches were received on August 9. I have NO use for these patches, though they look to be of pretty good quality.

We requested a sample on one order, never heard a response back. We emailed regarding this sample, never heard anything. We submitted an order on another product. We never heard anything. We called and the call went straight to voicemail. We never heard anything. The order went past "in hands" date, and we still have not heard a word from this company. They are a will make your company look bad.

I have had an incredibly negative experience. I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. Told them the date I needed my order. Once I saw the timing, I tried to cancel. They assured me the delivery would be "well in time" (4 days early). Needless to say, it didn't happen. Nobody ever answers their phone during their 9-5 business hours. I have left numerous messages and have never received a call back. Order did not make it in time (after being told by 5 different people on their customer service email that it would). Every person was wrong or simply chose not to be truthful.

It's funny if you go on their website that the have 5 star reviews, however on all other sites they have 1 or 2 accross the board. I make my own products and used this site off of a recommendation. The first red flag should have been the expedited shipping for $50 with an estimated shipping date. ***. Second red flag was that my order was ready and sat for two days before it shipped. I will say the only good thing is that my order arrived in time for my event, I was launching my new product line and that is the only good thing I will say. My stickers where on clear vinyl with white ink and some color. The color showed on all of the them but the white didn't. It was either missing all together or blotching like the printer was running out of ink. They actually sent me to sheets of stickers that were completely blank. The second huge problem was the over 75% of my stickers were not cut all the way through. So upon peeling the up, the either ripped or I had to take a scissors to them.

Now starts my experience with customer service. They have replied to my emails. There excuss is exactly this...
"With thin design/fonts, especially on our vinyl material, we can have trouble printing it. Due to our printing processes set up on large format processes, they are not able to print such fine dtail. This seems to have occurred with your order. We can certainly re-print, but we would need the text/designs that did not print well to be enlarged/thickended to at least the size of the smallest text printed.'

So basically they're telling me that they allowed me to place an order for items on their site that they know they can't fulfill. They offer small fonts, texts, and sizes, so why offer them if they can't do them. What they have failed to see in making this excuss is that everything in color regardless of the size or font printed without any problem. The issue was with the white ink that I printed from font size 14-22. They are asking me to change things that I can't change due to the product container size. They also never addressed the issue with not cutting the stickers.

Where was the quality control in this order, they should've contacted me if they knew that nothing would print. But instead they printed and sent me half-*** work or completely blank work and charged me for it. Now they're fighting me on returning my money.

Ordered stickers (and a few magnets with the same design) TWELVE days ago for a wedding that is now next week. The date Sticker You estimated I would receive the order is now only one day away, and my order has still not even been shipped. I've contacted customer service more than once. No idea what kind of quality the stickers will be, since I have nothing in hand. However, the fact that almost two weeks later my order has not even been fulfilled is ridiculous. I'd have done it myself on my home computer had I known in advance the process would be such a headache.

. I re-ordered patches from StickerYou. It's simple, you just click re-order item. I had a question about the item so I left it in my cart. A few days later I figured I would just order it and not wait for the response. I was on a deadline. While I waited for a response the order went through. I specifically wrote in the special instructions to hold until I approve the order. Long story short I accidentally made 2 orders. The day after the order was placed I wanted to check the cost. Thats when I noticed 2 orders were charged to my credit card. I immediately sent an email. The response I received was "once something is in production we cannot stop it." OUCH!! I did't need so much but I figured I would let it go. When the 1st half of the 2 orders arrived (yes they sent the separately) they sizes and shapes were different. I sent them an email. They responded that I made the size error. I asked how could I do that when all that was needed from me was for me to push "re-order" and pay?? Finally after several emails they said they would accept the return and refund me however shipping would not be included. This just added insult to injury. They said it is a one time courtesy. Courtesy?? They messed up the order!

I placed an order a month ago. It arrived pretty much on time but it was the wrong order. I immediately tried to contact them. No one answers the phone. I've tried to reach out via their form/email. It's been over 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from them. In the meantime, I'm about to miss a key date for a work initiative I needed this order for.

I ordered three sheets of stickers and they were such low quality - completely flimsy and cheap. The stickers were only half cut out from the backing paper and the black areas came out blotchy and grey. All the details of my images were blurred or invisible. I had to throw the whole thing away because they were too embarrassing to even use on my exterior mail packaging.

The customer service was terrible and after much back and forth asking for photos, etc. they refused to give me a refund unless I returned the item with trackable shipping. From Australia to Canada, this would cost almost as much as the actual stickers and I wouldn't even trust me to refund the money if I did ship it!

. I have spend thousands of dollars with this company because obviously they do good work when its done right.
I design custom things for weddings and got a contract to do a bridal shower of the daughter of an elected city official. I simply requested the name of each bridesmaid on each label. 5 in total. This company has sent me THE SAME NAME on every single label I kid you not around 6 times. I missed the bridal shower which had the bride infuriated, but she still wanted the candles she paid for. They STILL havent sent the right labels. I dont know what is wrong with these people. There is no customer service number at all. Its horrible. I have never met people so incompetent in all of my life. Its the most simple request and they dont even bother to check the quality of what they are doing. I lost out on two potential jobs because of what they did with this bridal shower and I am looking into legal options.

I ordered stickers on March 12th 2018. I contacted them and spoke to a lady named *** and she stated it was going to be delivered on the 22nd or early this week. It ended up coming on the 22nd and they did NOT send me an email stating my item was delivered (LIKE EVERY COMPANY DOES). So I walked to the mailbox with my boyfriend and we saw this letter from the post office stating it has been sent back to the post office. Today, I called the post office and they needed a tracking number to do a re delivery but they do not send a tracking number supposedly because it is standard shipping which is absolutely ridiculous. So now the post office might send my stickers back because I CANNOT provide a tracking number!!!! *** stated she was going to send a request to have someone from the post office to contact me and told me she cannot guarantee a time they can contact me and I am available during lunch time which is 11:15am or 6:30 pm. So now I think my stickers that I PAID FOR are gonna get sent back. I either want my money back, or have my stickers sent to me TODAY!!!

THEY BETTER SEND ME MY STICKERS EITHER TODAY OR BY FRIDAY!!!! I DONT CARE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cool start-up, and good people. Talked to Customer Service and Sales on a project and they were helpful with all my questions. Visited their office when I was in the area and saw their machines, etc. Neat stuff. Using their roll labels currently and will continue to use. Good price points, would recommend.

I've been printing stickers with StickerYou! for about 4 years now-- it has definitely had it's ups and downs! Through it all, however, they are the only ones I trust with my artwork, and have consistently proven that if something goes wrong with the order, they'll do what they can to make it right. In the past my orders have been shipped late-- but I would be comp'd faster shipping! If I received the wrong amount of sheets, they would overnight the corrections. Wrong colors due to their printer? Free reprint of the order! Their print quality has been unparalleled by all other printers I've tried to use-- in the past I've looked hard for a local printer, but no one can match StickerYou!'s color game!

That being said, in the past year, I've definitely seen a huge improvement. Turnaround times are much more accurate, and my orders have been coming perfect! My orders are rather large, and sometimes complicated, and I order 2-3 times a year, so instead of submitting to the website, I email a sales rep directly (which I would recommend for any order, it's so much easier and less room for error!). My rep for the past two years has been Georgio, and he's the ABSOLUTE BEST! Personable, fun, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and, best of all, on top of all the sale and coupons! ;) You really can't ask for a better rep!
