The work is nice, I'm happy with my labels. What I'm not happy with is their "customer service" or lack thereof. There is never anyone available on their 'Live Chat' and sometimes you just need an actual human to answer your detailed questions. Also, there is no library to organize your labels. The preview is so small I'm constantly crossing my fingers that I'm ordering the correct version.
Also, if there is an issue with artwork they send an email letting you know that your order is on hold. If you miss the ONE email they send, your order is CANCELLED in 48 hours. Most adults are bombarded with emails and dealing with multiple email accounts, it's easy to miss.
How about picking up the phone and calling when you see there is a problem with a rush order? Or, better yet, how about an immediate notification in the editor if the artwork is too small? I know it's possible.
And you will never receive your order by the date they quote, rush or otherwise.
Bottom line, nice labels but I will be searching for an American based business that offers the courtesy and convenience of a phone team to deal with concerns.

When your order is placed, it will be put on hold by our art team while they check it for any print quality issues. Should there be any problems with your image or your order, they will reach out to you directly & if no response is received within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled as we do not want to print and ship orders that are low quality. We take our quality control very seriously! There is in fact an option in the editing platform that shows you if it's too low resolution, but sometimes the software can miss this so this is why we have the graphic designers to help! I ordered a clear, die cut logo for indoor use. What I recieved was a white, non-die cut peel and stick label I wouldn't place on anything, let alone the wall of my business. I had trouble logging onto my account and emailed them, only to discover my order was "in process" for days and days...but could I actually see my order? No. There was nothing there to warn me they were mucking things up. I'll be re-ordering from a business which actually reads their order forms. If I could give stickeryou less than 1 star, I would.
