Created 500 Foil Stickers for LED lights my company is selling. The word "certified" was spelled correctly on my online template. Received first order with the word spelled "cerytified" Sent in request for correction, 2nd set has the same issue. They are now telling me to resubmit my template which took me 2 hours to make. I am unable to reach them by phone and their online chat person has NO ABLITY to resolve the issue. They should not be in business! Obviously they are using overseas support for their online business and not empowering them to get the job correct. They will not answer their phone!

Desired Outcome

I want my original order and a set of replacement stickers previously ordered in 2017 for free. My time is valuable and StickerYou needs to provide some compensation for my lost orders and hassle.

After the second set of stickers showed up with the spelling of "certified" spelled "cerytified", StickYou instructed me to RECREATE my sticker (even though original template had correct spelling). I then spent my valuable time recreating the template on-line from SCRATCH because this was the ONLY option StickerYou provided for me. They could not just fix the spelling error THEY CREATED? No!The fact that this company ONLY USES WEB-CHAT and EMAIL to communicate even after striking out 3 times shows me that as customer, I DO NOT MATTER! They will not talk on the phone! A company with a customer service department worth 2 cents, would definitely pick up the phone and talk to a frustrated customer that has been more than patient with their complete lack of customer service. Hiding behind the false idea that their business is more streamline without the use of a telephone is .Finally, I gave StickerYou the opportunity to KEEP me as a customer, since my first order of a different sticker went well and I too have been on their side of customer service. Sometimes things go wrong, and wrong again, and even again! I understand this. So, since I need more of these first stickers (not the "certified" ones) I asked for 60% discount on my next order. I would have settled for less but the most they would provide is 25%. This is after MONTHS of time and hours and hours of work and frustration. If you are fortunate enough to read this BEFORE doing business with StickerYou, I suggest you REALLY think it over! Other options should be considered.

I've been ordering from StickerYou for the last few years and I've never had a late shipment (even living in the US) or a shipment of the incorrect products. They do way more than just stickers and my favorite are probably the temporary tattoos I order of my own art for my business. Every time I've asked them a question the team there has gotten back to me super fast and been really helpful.

This is literally just a slick site with a poorly trained, inefficient team running it behind the scenes.Literally takes them days to contact you but have no issue charging your credit card right away. I'm waiting for a refund now on an order I've been trying to print for two weeks. I go to another site and literally get the same thing done within one day.

Submit your e-mail and get 25% off! the StickerYou website site said.
Never received the offer.

Online conversation with customer service rep: "Offer is on its way!"
Never happened.

Received e-mail: "Extra savings inside..." Oh yeah? Where exactly are the savings? There's not a single promotion listed...

You can only *** to potential customers for so long until they are no longer your potential customers.

I'm here to speak illy of stickeryou... I have an order that's not been mailed since Dec.28ish... they will not refund my money and they've promised 3 2xs that they'd send my order. haven't even sent my promotional order that was apologic. Have I received anything??? no. So my mission is to get my money worth helping others not experience the same loss

I've ordered a few times thinking it would get better but it just got worst. Question are never answered in a timely fashion or plainly not answered at all. Last interaction that drew the last straw was customer service not honoring their their free shipping promo. I specifically ordered the required $ amount needed to qualify for the free shipping promo, forgot to input the promo, and then contacted support for assistance. Unfortunately, they do not value their returning customers or great customer service. Their first email statement, "Unfortunately we cannot apply promo codes retroactively. " and then a second statement, "As our production process is automated, unfortunately, we cannot manually make any changes, such as changing the quantities, the materials, art or cancel orders once they have been sent to print". As a business owner, I know for a fact that one can always make changes and or cancel orders. Would they have told me that I couldn't add more products to my order...? I highly doubt they would have turned that down...

- completely failed to provide product on time, ducked emails and phone calls, and then lied about the product shipping when it clearly didn't. No chance to contact them to check on status of order - best option was a 'live chat' which was incredibly slow, and after many delays they said they were unable to look up my order and hopefully someone would call me with an update (which they didn't do). Now fighting with them to get my money back which hasn't happened yet either.

I ordered a few stickers in the end of December expecting maybe a week turnaround. A week passes nothing. 2 weeks pass. Nothing. So I email them. First they assure me that its still processing. After a week passed I said I wanted a refund. I was informed that this was against their refund policy. Sticker You then agreed to print the sticker again. 2 weeks later I have not received that sticker either. I have disputed the transaction on my credit card as this is the only method I have to get my money back for services NOT rendered. I believe this company is either EXTREMELY incompetent or they are running some sort of ***.

I purchased a set of 250 foil labels from StickerYou on December 12, 2017. I paid for rush shipping which brought the estimated date of arrival to December 22, 2017, which was perfect because I had been hoping these would arrive before Christmas. I received confirmation that the order shipped on December 21 and received a tracking number, but when I tried to track the order, I continually received this error: "Status - Label Created, not yet in system." This went on for several days, so on December 27, I sent an email to the StickerYou Customer Experience Team inquiring about the whereabouts of the order. I received a response the same day from StickerYou apologizing for the delay, saying it was caused by the holiday (though I had received confirmation they shipped on the 21st) and agreeing to refund the rush shipping charge. This was the last response I've been able to get from anyone at StickerYou. I thanked the agent for agreeing to refund the shipping cost and inquired when I might be able to expect the actual order. I received no response. I sent 2 additional emails over the following days asking for an update on the whereabouts of the labels, and received no response. The labels finally arrived on January 3, with no explanation as to why they were so delayed, and no follow-through on the agreed rush shipping refund. I sent another email on January 11 inquiring about the refund, then an additional email on January 12 to the Support team at Sticker You, since I had already tried to email the Customer Experience Team three times to no avail. I also received no response from the Support team. There is no excuse for this type of terrible customer service. I have given them plenty of time to respond to my messages, and I have been reasonable and fair, only wanting to know when the seemingly lost order of labels would arrive and to refund shipping cost for a 'rush' service that was not provided. The quality of the labels was very good, but I'm so frustrated by the horrid customer service that I could never do business with this company again.

Desired Outcome

I would like to get my rush shipping charge refunded as previously agreed upon. I also would like a partial refund on the order for the fact that it arrived so late with no explanation.

I ordered 420 die cut vinyl stickers. They sent me one sheet of 15 stickers for $90.72. No one answers the phone. No one responds to emails. But they process your credit card payments. I was finally bale to reach a rep via email and then she quit I received an out of office reply.

I want to speak to customer service rep, not get the run around from emails and voice mails that never answer.

Absolutely phenomenal! Caitlin was a joy to work with. After several email exchanges, we were able to agree on a design we had envisioned and Sticker You made it a reality! Mind you that our order was small, but the attention provided was first class and personal. We are very satisfied with the end product--they even included and extra decal at no cost! We received also received our decal very quickly. Very professional--highly recommended!

This is the WORST company to do business with. I ordered close to $1,000 worth of stickers from this company and paid extra for rush delivery. The stickers are used for my company's product bottles. The stickers were suppose to have arrived on December 7th, it is now December 14th and my order has still not been shipped! I have sent this company over 10 pleading emails to please send out my order, but they keep giving me the run around! They won't say what is really going on. They just say "we are investigating the issue". Finally, today they responded to me and said that I can no longer buy product labels from them because they do not want my business. So because I complained about not receiving my purchase, I am not allowed to order from them! Whats worse is that they are based in Canada and they force Canadian companies to pay extra for international shipping!! This company uses bait and switch sales tactics to sell their products. They know that they are unable to send the products out on time, but they still allow customers to pay extra money for expedited order processing. Because of this company, my business has lost over $30,000 because of order processing delays.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. Everyone online is complaining about having to wait months before they receive their order (if they ever do receive it, that is! Some people never received anything from them).

Desired Outcome

I want my order delivered now! I also want to be compensated for the stress of having to deal with the lies of his company.. I also want this company to stop offering expedited order processing and shipping.

We do make an effort to ensure you receive a satisfactory product!The order was received on December 19th, our Customer Service manager responded to your concern and processed a shipping refund that will show on your credit card statement within 8 business days (it depends on how fast your bank will process the refund). As per our company policy, in cases where Rush and Express orders are not able to make it to their destination, we will happily refund your shipping charges in order to make amends for any delays.We ship all express orders using *** and use flat rates based in Canada.As it seems you have been experiencing multiple issues with our company and your orders, we have come to the understanding that our services may never reach your expectations. First off they have no number at all,red flag 1. so if you have any questions about anything on the site you have to do a form then a live chat pops up and it take 10 to 20min for someone to respond on live chat and when they do respond they have no answer for you to the point you think its automated. I have been waiting on a quote for over 5days. This has to be someone in there basement or out sourcing the work. I will never again business.The mans name I was working with was Nazar S.

Hi, I placed order #*** of iron ons with credit card on line on Dec. 5,2017. I paid an extra $45 for express delivery and they promised it would be delivered on the 11th of Dec. I'm having a huge gathering on the 15th of Dec. for which these iron ons have been ordered for and I need time to iron them on as well for 50 sweatshirts. It is Dec. 12th and I did not receive my package yet. These sweaters are a very important part of the gathering and without our logo they are not worth much...
I am also tired of filling out these customer support applications and receiving an email 1 week later. It is so annoying not to be able to get a human being on the phone!!!! I'm extremely busy with this party and this inconsistency on your part is just another thing that is making me extremely overwhelmed.

I'm demanding a complete refund if product is not received by tomorrow the 13th of December. And if I do receive by the 13th I'd like a refund for the $45 I paid for express delivery as the order has not been delivered by the express date and has caused me great inconvenience.

This company isn't terrible. They don't reply to emails and that is the only way to communicate with them. I ordered stickers for my wedding and they never came. I keep trying to ask for a refund being that I never received them, but they will not write me back.

I ordered a product from this company. Contacted hem but never received any response. It's been well over a month and have not received anything. Paid for quick shipping was sent an email saying it shipped but not provided a tracking number. When emailing them asking for one never got a response. There is no phone number on the site.

I was forwarded to *** after website notified I will be able to review my order BEFORE I will place an order. I clicked through *** and order went through - there was NO review. I was not clear how order will look like - I was on the website to see what wall decal will look like and how much it will cost so I can make an informed decision. I was not given an option to review my order before Stickeryou.com charged my account. There was no one at live chat, I emailed them instantly to cancel, then again 2 hours later - no response. I got an email 5 days later stating order was shipped - I do not want it shipped, at least acknowledge you got my email, completely ignored me. Billing is horrible and I recommend not to use *** for this purchase - use credit card so this charge could have been disputed - *** was useless with resolution.

Ordered a couple pages of stickers with 8-10 day delivery time. On the 11th day they told me to wait. They never came. They told me to wait for another week. Never came. Then I finally got a replacement order placed with a promised delivery date. Guess what- it hasn't even shipped. Oh and the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" on their home page only applies to the quality of the stickers. So if you never get them you can't complain!

My first and last time using an online decal company. Not a good experience at all. First impression was that their live chat feature is ALWAYS unavailable, so unless you like to play email tag, there is no way to get ahold of anyone.
Next, I was rightfully worried about the lack of a proof feature. Basically whatever you design or submit, you're hoping that the color and image will be correct. I also noticed that their bleed area is much bigger on output than in their actual WYSIWYG. My major issue with the completed decals was that their red was WAY washed out. The first person who emailed me back on this issue informed me that it was on their printer's end, and that they would do another run for me and rush deliver it for me. They asked me for the actual color codes I wanted to use, so I gave them that info... and then didn't hear back from them for almost a week. I was under the assumption that my decals were being processed and "rush delivered" to me, but in reality they had pushed my order to the back of the queue and didn't let me know. Two days ago, I started to wonder why I hadn't received my order yet but I have been too busy to try and contact them. I finally knew something was wrong when I noticed my money had been refunded into my account. Went to check my emails, and just yesterday they had sent me an email letting me know they had placed my order on hold because of correction issues. The money was refunded less than 24 hours later.
So in a nutshell, they messed up the color on the first run, admitted it was a printer issue, promised to do another run using the color codes I gave to them and "rush deliver" free of charge, and then waited an entire week and one day before they decided to try to contact me telling me my "rushed" order was on hold.
This has been a complete waste of my time, and after three weeks, I still don't have the decals I need.

My order #XXXXXXXX placed on the 29th of August. My company had been trying out this company for a potential, long-term label company for our business. Back in June, I received Product labels that were duplicated on multiple pages instead of printing all the labels I ordered. They replaced my order. I lost business having to wait for the new labels to arrive. I gave them another chance on August 29th. I received the Labels around the 7th of September only to discover that out of 12 pages of labels, I could only use 3. There were multiple duplicates of labels and the backgrounds were different shades, the color of our logo was also a different color. I contacted them right away and received a response in about 2 days asking me to upload photos. I uploaded the photos and no one has contacted me since. My customers have cancelled orders, and I have lost money. I spent just about $70 on these labels that I cannot use and no longer need. I have switched label companies for our business and have contacted my attorney about fraud regarding this company. I am also going to be doing a tv segment about rip off companies that air here in California and other major states. I am contracted with several other businesses that use this company to produce labels for their businesses, and I am in the process of having them change label companies as well. There is no way to trust this company because you have to hold your breath wondering if the shipment will arrive on time and also arrive in proper condition.

Desired Outcome

I rather cut ties and receive a refund. They are more than welcome to have their labels back. I'm sure they cannot use them and neither can I.

Although I am still not satisfied with the way business has been conducted using this company, my situation has been somewhat taken care of. When they finally responded, I accepted an option to receive a refund code for credit for the full amount of my purchase. I am now waiting for my Product Labels to arrive, hoping they will be usable this time. I understand businesses aren't perfect, and I have given them one more chance to grow from these experiences and get it right. If not, I will be moving on to another company.
