[redacted] 's reponse does not question the fact that he owed Stone Street $10,at the time his transaction closedHis prize payments where subject to a security interest in Stone Street's favor to secure the loan Section of his sale agreement permits Stone Street to satisfy any "adverse claim" against the payments In this case the security interest for the loan was an adverse claim and based upon that the loan was repaid from the proceeds We cannot purchase payments that are subject to adverse claims

I am a mobile notary. I successfully completed an assignment to meet with one of Stone Street's clients to sign documents on November 14, 2018. I have yet to be paid for my service. I have been calling since January and have yet to get any response. Very unprofessional and unethical.

This customer entered into a contract to sell certain structured settlement payments Under applicable state and federal law, our company is required to notify all individuals with an interest in these payments of the potential transaction To identify individuals that may have an
interest, Stone Street must review certain documents Unfortunately, this customer no longer had copies of these documents, and Stone Street needed to seek these documents from alternative sources including searching archived court records, and this process can take longer As of today, Stone Street has yet to receive these documents, and the applicable courts have indicated that they may not have these records any longer We expect to either receive the documents or to get a confirmation from the courts that these documents are unavailable within the next few days Assuming that the documents do not indicate that a third party has an interest in these payments, Stone Street should be able to close this transaction at that time

I am rejecting this response because: nowhere in the contact does it state that stone street capital,llc had permission and / or authority to with hold ' any monies '. The contract clearly states, that I was to receive $72,000.00. It does not state that stone street capital,llc , would deduct / subtract/ with hold / embezzle any monies due them from the contract. The $10,was a whole different matterwas not part of the contract. .The contract says nothing about that $10,000.00. Stone street capital ,llc, is using this excuse, this subject they are talking about is not in the contract. I will make available a copy of this contract for your verification of the facts as I have stated them. Even if the money was (?) owed, it was not in the contract and there is nothing in the contract stating that stone street capital,llc had permission and / or authority to take $10,for any debt . The $10,debt is / was not part of the contract. Whole different matter. Nowhere in the contract does it state that stone street capital,llc had permission and authority to with hold $10,for any thing or reason. This is embezzlementthis is breach of contract,
