Regarding case *** for *** *** zip code Mr*** & I spoke again today and I informed him after we spoke yesterday his account was credited for the mixer and there is a zero balanceHe also requested the account be closed and I submitted the request to the credit departmentThat could take a couple of work days but as of yesterday afternoon his account shows a zero balance

Stoneberry is very unprofessional to their customers along with their business in generalThey wIll try to rip you off with their marketing schemes and check you out as if they honored ther price discounts but then charge full priceI Could just imagine how many times that they have gotten away with itThey are very fraudulent with their practices and cant believe their has not been a class action lawsuit filed against them because of it, but does make sense that they have an F rating from the Revdex.com youve been warned

states identity fraud when an order was placed using Stoneberry Credit.Also states a credit report was done at that time without her consent or approvalI do show the order was placed on 9-3-using the internetOur records show the 1st call was received on the 4th and again on the 18thAt that time MS Holt was told she needed to provide a letter requesting to have her credit report pulled and removed from the Credit BureauIn checking the file I am not seeing such a letter was ever receivedI am seeing notes from 9-& 10-stating MS Holt needs to send a signed letter with her requestAs soon as we receive that letter I will make sure our Credit Deptfollows through with contacting the credit bureau and has the
above report removed

Regarding case *** for *** *** zip code ***My records show this was resolved on 10-22-Arrangements were made to have the item picked up on the 28th with a refund of any payments already received for the TVWhen *** and I spoke, we both agreed this would be the best solution in resolving the issue

Please note, I have been doing business with Stoneberry for over a year until recentlyMy husband and I both had separate credit accounts with this companyHowever, as I have been faithfully paying my monthly minimum amount my husband has been having difficulties for a while with his account payments for various reasonsNone the less, Stoneberry is penalizing me now because of my husbandAll of a sudden they are no longer extending me credit when I have been paying my monthly account with them.They now require my paying a down payment before extending me credit and they expected me to be responsible for my husbands bill with themI live in New York state which is NOT a community property state so I am not obligated to pay my husbands billIn the past I was trying to help my husband with his Stoneberry account but I am no longer able to but as I said I have been paying my Stoneberry bills faithfullyI feel that this company has unfair business tactics so I felt obligated to advise the Revdex.com of this as to help other consumers

I purchased a wireless microphone system that was very cheaply made and request a refund after I returned itemI paid to have the item shipped back to sstoneberry.comThey sent me a bill and stated the bill was for when they shipped the item to meI advised them I had returned the item and paid to have it shipped backVery rude and the bill for shipping has gone from $to $within a few months

Concerning the issue of having received a defective item and requesting a return label I can certainly understand your request
I will put thru the request so you will be receiving a parcel post call tag in the mail which will include instructions on returning the item at no cost to you

Because of a website error Stoneberry reported that the monthly payment did not go through When I submitted the payment on Dec. 30. Because of this I overpaid the monthly payment 4 times for a $130 overpayment. Despite repeated attempts to get a refund issued to my debit card they still have not done it. Everytime I call they give me a different date to expect it.This has happened to a lot of people other than me. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed monthly income and this is a big problem for me.

Fortunately I was able to contact one of our inventory specialists and one will be mailed out to you.

You also mentioned having talked to [redacted] in customer service and she was less than helpful.
Although that is not what we want to hear about our representatives I will certainly look into this matter.

The complaint states having returned a pair of navy drapes item [redacted] priced at $39.99.
After receiving a 2nd complaint for the same issue I did some additional searching and was able to locate the original order.
That said I have credited back the account for the $39.99 and a separate credit for the original shipping of $10.99.
The total amount being credited to the account is $50.98.
That amount will come off account [redacted] which has a balance of $102.14 and after the credits will show the remainder of $43.16.
There is no need to return the drapes. If you are unable to use the items, a donation to a charitable organization is always appreciated.

The complaint states Stoneberry intentionally not sending monthly statements so a late fee can be charged.
With your last payment of $50.00 having been received and credited to your account on 5-7-2014 that left a balance of $31.10.
If you check the last statement you received along with any other statements you have you will notice the payment due date is always the 25th of each month.
Our records show the last statement mailed to you on 7-30-2014 and the next statement that goes out will be on 8-28-2014.
We understand with the large volume of mail handled  each and every day by the postal service it is possible that something could become lost or misplaced.
As a courtesy we will remove the (2) $15.00 late fees and also the (2) finance charges that totaled $1.40 which leaves your balance at $31.10 which was the amount on the account after the last payment was received in May.

This company has terrible customer service. They are slow to ship items. It took 3-4 weeks to ship an item that I ordered online. Then because it was late and I returned it, they made me pay for return fees (no other places that I have dealt with does this). And they are charging me $3 more than it cost to ship the item back. They are a rip off and underhanded. Please do not do business with them!
