Had a terrible experience with the one year subscription and was looking forward to using a different audio company in the future. I was charged an annual subscription without being notified. Very disappointing service from the audioblocks.com site.

This company charged me for a one YEAR subscription to their website and then locked me out of the website before 3 months had passed. Claiming an INSANE amount of downloads from their site that our computers don't even allow for so they are lying or mistaken on their end, either way not allowing me the product that I had purchased to have available to me for our business use, for one year. No one would ever pay a hundred dollars to use a semi-decent product for less than 3 months. This company is ridiculous. I need my refund in full, or my account unlocked and adjusted for the 2 weeks of time they stole from my subscription added to this year subscription immediately.

The customer reached out to support during a holiday and sent this Revdex.com request because they did not receive a response while our offices were closed, so our agent was able to resolve the issue through email once we were back in the office.

I joined the ***. But when I went to use the service, I found it to be of extremely low quality. Very few clips are available to paying members, and most of the available clips are of very low quality. Any kind of content I'd actually want to use is requires an additional fee, which is strange since they pitch their membership as $149 for UNLIMITED downloads. What's not clear is how few downloads are available and how all the good content is an extra fee.
After discovering how unusable the membership was, I emailed them immediately:
"I signed up for the yearly membership about an hour ago. I've quickly realized that it's not at all worth it. All of the most useful clips are not available to members and require extra purchase. I'd like a refund and for my account to be canceled. Thank you."
They refused to refund my money and said that I should have done a better job researching them. I now cannot get any kind of response, and they are deleting my requests from their social media channels.
A refund has been processed and will post back to the customer's account in 5-7 business days. Email confirmation for both the refund and the cancellation have been sent to the email address used to create the account.
