BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a splitter back in February (2019) for my Evo X. Paid $320. Long story short, I never got a splitter, I got the run around for 3 months until I finally asked for a refund which, was never refunded. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank because he never issued the refund like he said he would. Guy gave me multiple shipping dates, even created a ups label, but never sent my splitter. Maybe others will have luck, I know I didn’t.

I order ground effect all the way around 600 dollars worth of different products from then I got about 400 dollars worth of it and it’s been 3 months. Now the company is failing to tell me where my product is or even answers any of my emails period. Would highly recommend finding another place to get aero from.

I ordered a 2014 Wrx Front lip and a rear diffuser around march, I already got the rear diffuser but not the front lip. It’s September now so it’s been 6 months that they haven’t gave me a tracking number or had shipped the product. Been emailing them but no response, even on their Instagram page, no response. I just want my refund but I’ll still accept the item. But damn, 6 months for a front splitter. Spent 339$ plus shipping on that *** and didn’t get it.

I had ordered 2 parts for my vehicle on July 26th 2019. The money was immediately removed from my account and a confirmation was sent to my email. A few days later I received an email and tracking number through USPS saying my package was in pre-shipment, meaning it hadn't been picked up from Strafe Design yet. My order sat in pre-shipment a few days before I reached out to the company. I HAVE ALL the email correspondence. Firstly I was told the order had not been picked up on a Friday and it would go out the following weekend. I waited till the next Tuesday before contacting the company again and was told the order would ship immediately. I waited a few days and still nothing. I contacted the company 3 times since then. twice asking again where the order was and a third asking for a refund. I have had absolutely zero response from the owner or the company and now have to work it out with my bank to get the money back.

I ordered a front splitter for my car on April 5th 2019, it is now July 30 and I have not received my part, tracking number, or any update what so ever. In May I was told the item would be shipped out the week of May 13-17 and I have not heard from "Brandon" since even after numerous attempts to contact him. 4 months and I have nothing, but they have my money.

I ordered a number of products from this company on March 4, 2019, and have received all but one piece. I have made four attempts to contact this company in regards to this issue, and they either leave no response, or stop responding after three or four emails. They keep assuring me that the part will be shipped after a few days, and I have gotten no updates on its status. The last attempt I made, besides the attempt I made today, was on June 10, 2019.

Took over 3 weeks to recieve a product I ordered and they still managed to mess up the order they didnt send out the other item I paid for that came along with it and its been another 3 weeks and they havent answered my emails or messages on their facebook page

I purchased a 2015+ Subaru Front Track Splitter with Rods for my 2017 Subaru WRX on May 14 2019, order number *** and I have been given nothing but lies and a run around to where my splitter and rods are. No shipping info, no tracking yet they have been paid and all I get are bs emails saying first that it would ship within the week it was purchased... since it was a Mother's Day Gift, then oh it will ship this Thursday... to oh we show its shipped we will get back to you .. to still having no replys or product

I purchased 2 front splitters from the business about 5-6 months ago and never so much as received a confirmation of shipment or that I would receive the product. have been trying to get ahold of the business owner and the sales team from both of their emails over the passed 5 months and they fail to respond to the issues I’m having of not receiving the products I paid for. Money was taken from my card number and no products have shown up at all. I get ignored and nothing is resolved every time they actually respond. I requested a refund recently and still no answer. They are unwilling to do business with me and I feel are scamming me out of the near $600 I spent on their “products” that me nor anyone I’ve known who’s ordered from them has received. I set up for text notifications with the “shipping label” and never once got a notice it was on the way, yet Brandon with Strafe recently just told me that on his end it was “delivered”. Which I highly doubt considering any other ups package I get text notifications with it works every single time for notifying me. So there he’s lieing to me and also trying to take the blame off of him, yet I’ve consistantly over the passed months have been extremely patient trying to wait it out and receive the product I purchased with my hard earned money. Failure to communicate truthfully and in a timely manner has lost me as a customer forever and anyone I come in contact with therefore I just want the money I wasted for a product I didn’t receive.

Worst company ever, I can't wait til they go out of business. You will never get your product and you may never get your refund. Brandon that works there is a horrible person. This company does not hold their end of the deal, this issue I have has been going on since March, they took my money, have no product, was told i'll get a refund did tell me why it took so long, I'm assuming the F! up. Still have no refund. Don't do business with them. There's a reason why they don't have a contact phone number. They barely respond to your email unless you're buying something.

Placed an order on Feb 1 2019 confirmed through DCU Credit services and have never received my item. Seller has stopped responding to all forms of contact.

I ordered a product from them. order number *** in the first two weeks the they gave me a timeline on when its going to be shipped two weeks it havent been shipped. its been more than a month and I tried contacting them through email and no answer about my order.

I placed an order with this company on 05Marxh2019, emailed them twice about updates. Was told it would ship the 2nd week of April, but it never did. Emailed again and was told they were back ordered on parts. Never heard from them again, emailed in May asking for a refund twice but they are no longer replying to me.

I ordered a rear diffuser from this company on March 25th, 2019. On April 12th I was told it would ship out that day. On the 19th of April I was told it would ship out on the 22nd. I have emailed the company for weeks now with no response. The website says it usually ships lit between 7 and 10 business days from purchase, it has been almost 8 weeks now with no info on the status of my item.

I ordered a Front bumper splitter for my car from Strafe Design on November 23rd 2018. I was told it would be shipped out on January 1st 2019. Still never received any information or response to additional emails I’ve sent to receive the product. There are apparently many complaints about this company already for the same reason. I’m going to have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company if a settlement isn’t reached before then.

I ordered these "side skirts" for my car. It just didn't look right so I asked customer service what I ordered. They replied I ordered skirt attachments that fit over the oem side skirt.... this is pointless because I am missing an oem side skirt. I immediately replied requesting a cancellation of the order. Then no reply. The next day I emailed customer service asking if it had been cancelled. No reply. Then a third time I emailed them saying ive now recieved the item, how do I return it, as its unusable on my vehicle.
No reply. Soooo then I messaged them saying ill be reporting them to the Revdex.com. I payed over $125 for these parts I cannot use. I still dont know what to do.

Owner is a lying sack of *** who *** me and dozens of other people out of money and time. Do not do business with them.

I ordered a front splitter and side splitter back in Sep. 25 2018. Shortly after, I received two separate tracking numbers. The tracking numbers contained labels that had been created, but no product had been received by the U.S. Postal Service. Giving the company the benefit of the doubt I waited until mid-November to reach out for an inquiry, was told side skirts had been shipped and should have been delivered, and front splitter was in queue to be manufactured and shipped within two weeks. After not receiving anything for another 3 weeks, By late December, I receive the side splitters under the front splitter tracking info, which is fine, although I have yet to receive the front splitter. Since receiving the side skirts , I have reached out to the company multiple times since, I am no longer receiving any responses from the company. At this point I'm done waiting for product. I don't know if I'll ever receive my entire order, but I will never do business with this company again.

I purchased a 2011-2014 WRX/STI sedan rear diffuser v2 on January 12th and its been 16 days with no updates. I have emailed Strafe Design asking for an update email, messaged him them on Instagram and also facebook but no reply. At this point I just want my money back and I’m worried I wont get that as well. Since other complaints had same issue and never got their money. I just want money back which is $336.77 canadian.

Hello I bought an article on December 16 2018 for my Subaru WRX and I have not received it, it's already going for *** month on January 16 2019, I've sent many messages to your email, facebook ect. He has not answered me about my order and my tracing number. He created a fake USPS number so I think he sent the order but no. do not buy at Strafe Design from Utah USA. He is a scammer and a liar. They will regret having bought there, very bad service and they steal your m***y. Brandon K and his girlfriend Lauren L
