Around Thanksgiving of last year I placed two orders from Strafe Designs and my credit card was charged. I have made no less that 20 attempts to reach Brandon from Strafe for and update with no response. Before I involve my attorney I was hoping the Revdex.com could help me resolve this issue. I can't believe that a business would operate this way. Bush League!

Ordered 2011-2014 WRX & STI Quad Canards on 11/23/2018, a month passed after the initial email about the package being on it's way (12/04) without any word on when the package would arrive. The link sent with that email gave me a tracking number that to this day still says the package is in "pre-shipment". I emailed an inquiry about the package on 12/25/2018 and was responded to by Brandon Kone a day later on the 26th. He stated that the canards had "just came back from the coaters" and would be shipped out the very next day (12/27). It's now 01/08/2019 and after another inquiry I've still gotten no response from this business. Currently they have 26k followers on Instagram and more on Facebook, it's crazy to me how they can still possibly be in business after this kind of service. I did not spend over 100 dollars on a charity, like any consumer it was reasonable to expect a service for that money. Do NOT purchase any items from this business, who knows if you will ever receive it at all, if in one piece.

Front splitter and rods was ordered on 6/7/18. Several months have past and after multiple emails with “Brandon K”, he has stopped responding and is ignoring my messages. I’ve even used the “contact” section on the Strafe website and while the site states they will respond within 48 hours, it has been 6 days and there’s still no response from Strafe.

I purchased 2 items from Strafe design , an hour later I tried to cancel my items as I bought the wrong ones. Sent an email and Brandon k*** replied saying yes your order has been canceled and I will have a refund in 5-7 days. It’s been 2 weeks and still no return. He sends fake tracking numbers to make it seem like he sent something out anyway. I emailed him and told him about the issue and all he claims it says processed on his end. I asked for a processed verification number and he does not answer. I’ve read reviews and a lot of people have gotten money stolen from them the same way that I have. He claims it’s the banks fault. He will not return my emails anymore

On July 28, 2018 I had ordered a part for my car called a splitter from strafe design (Order #***). The website said that usually theres a wait time of around 7 days before it will be shipped. On august 2nd I decided to just get an update as to when Brandon K (Owner) would have it ready to be shipped out. I received an email from him August 3rd saying and I quote "It will be cut on the CNC early next week, and shipped shortly after! Expect info and such by Thursday." I then replied asking for another set of splitter rods for my friend and I will pay the difference. He responded shortly after, with no problems. A week goes down the road, August 13th I ask for an update as he I should be expecting more info that week. No reply to that email. I then emailed him the 21st, 27th of august, with no reply back. I emailed him the 15th of September hoping for an update. I received an email from him the 26th of September saying and I quote "Quick update. We shipped your splitter out 2 weeks ago, but it just came back to our shop? Said there was an issue with your address..." and he asked if my address was correct. I responded saying yes it is correct. I received an email from him shortly after saying "Okay. That was how it was entered on the label. We may just ship via Fedex rather than UPS. Ill be in touch this afternoon. Going to verify that it will actually there this time.

I then emailed him October 1st, and the 22nd, also November 2nd, 7th, and 17th with no response.

Purchased a rear diffuser for my car back in Sep 3. Took two weeks to receive said product. Upon inspection of the item there were dents and scrapes on it. Messaged 3rd person party to get the situation resolved. Was than told by Brandon Kone himself that he would build a new one and ship it out that following Friday. So from Sep 19 it was “shipped out”. I’m assuming it will be here in another two weeks but having message Brandon himself through email he said “It takes two days to ship to California”. It is now November 13th and he said that in November 10th, and still no replacement. Tired of waiting so I rather get my money back and tie up those loose ends. I would not recommend strafe whatsoever to anyone. He should just tell the truth and not lie. That would make this situation a lot better than ghosting me.

I placed a order on September 7th 2018 for $472.98. After countless attempts to contact the company I finally received half of my order a month later. I have now made numerous attempts to contact the company to get the other half of my order and I either get deliberately ignore or an excuse is made and promised that it will ship out in the next day or two, which it still has not been shipped.

Where to start. Ive boughten 3 things with strafe. My first purchase was fine. When I ordered a rear diffuser and splitter, its been such a nightmare. My rear diffuser came in 2 weeks. My spllitter took almost 5 MONTHS. After mulitple times of teeth pulling from a company ive was given so many excuses. “No boxes” “ I dont know whats going on in the shop” once I finally got fed up and filed a refund with my bank they send me the splitter. The splitter comes with no rods. ( I payed 50$ for them.) and hardwell spilled all over the box. Very poor customer service. I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to order from them. Stay away from ordering from them, they will keep your money for months and countless excuses.

I placed an order with strafe design for a splitter on July 13th after almost 3 weeks on going back and forth with Brandon K in regards to where my splitter was it was finally delivered, upon delivery inspection I discovered that the splitter was bent and broken in several places. I took pictures of everything and emailed strafe design to request a refund, I was told that the refund was to be processed several weeks later on September 2nd, it is now October 11th and the company does not respond to my emails and refuses to give me a refund for the damaged item. I can provide further documentation of the emails between me and strafe design as well as pictures of the item upon delivery and character witnesses as it was delivered to a place of business.

If I could give negative stars that would happen. I ordered a custom front lip with support rods and the mounting hardware. I got it 4 weeks later wasn't custom at all, missing all the mounting hardware, instructions and everything. I'm a patient guy so I message the owner BRANDON K, he has deliberately been ignoring me and my concerning on the order for weeks now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE CROOKED SHADY FLY BY NIGHT ORGANIZATION AND NEVER LISTEN TO BRANDON K.

I ordered a rear diffuser and front splitter (splitter comes with splitter rods as well) for my car on June 29th. On July 23 I emailed and asked where my items were, he responded on July 25 saying the splitter is done, and the diffuser was almost ready, and they would ship together. The diffuser was then delivered July 31, but the splitter was not with it ( even though apparently it was ready).
I then emailed and said I only received one item. He responded and said he misspoke and they ship seperate, and said the splitter was in the que to be packed up today, that was August 1. I still haven't received it. I emailed on August 14 and August 20 asking where it was and they have not answered. It has been since June 29 and I still haven't recieved the splitter and I get different answers every time I email.

I bought a product from this company over 4 weeks ago July 5 2018, and it has yet to be shipped. All I got was a tracking number that has sat stale for a month, sitting in the "awaiting package" state. Meaning they generated a false shipping number and have never shipped the item.

I’ve made several attempts to contact them through email and their own website, with replys being vague or just blaming someone else. Finally I got a "it will ship tomorrow". However after that they ghosted, haven't heard a word from them since. It is highly upsetting when I pay for a product and get nothing for it. There has been ZERO response from this company since the pretend shipment date. all the while the Tracking info they gave me has now expired according to USPS meaning the there never was a shipment.

I’d like to get my money back and take my business elsewhere.

Spent $300 on a rewr diffuser I saved up long and hard for, then to be lied to and jipped, not being given the item is solely saddening and depressjng. Although all sales are final, I would just like to have my purchase soon.

I ordered parts from company. I did not receive parts from company. I requested refund from company. They did not refund my money and made excuses (i.e. blaming my bank.) My bank is now investigating the theft of my money.
I am also contacting my attorney general to investigate the theft.

I was sent 2/3 of my kit that I ordered. After the last piece wasn't shipped I emailed Brandon Kone and he assured me that my part would be sent the following week (this was on 3/23/18). I have sent 4 emails since then and haven't received anything back. Not even an update on when it will be finished and shipped out. I'm getting impatient and don't want to be scammed out of $200.

I bought a product from this company over 4 weeks ago (2/07/18), and it has yet to be shipped or anything. I’ve made serveral attempts to contact them, through Facebook, Instagram, and their own website, with no reply whatsoever. It is highly upsetting when I pay for a product and get nothing in return. There has been ZERO response from this company for over 3 weeks and if they’re not going to respond, I’d like to get my money back and take my business elsewhere.

I order several vehicle exterior accessory parts on December 24 2017 from Strafe Design and as of January 30th 2018 all of them have not even been shipped from their location. Web site states a 5 day shipping period. Owner Brandon K has stated several times garentee to ship and has failed to do so. Products I have recieved so far are completely inadequate, sent wrong parts, don’t fit, missing items, etc...
I Have contacted them several times with my complaints of the fitment and quality of the items I have so far received and have asked to return them twice. All response e mails from Brandon K totally ignore my request to return and get a refund.
He has only offered to exchange one of the items for the actual one that I ordered which is a slightly different style then the one I received. Regardless of styling the product still does not fit on the car, and do not want a poor replacement to a poor product. I paid 583.99 for these items and would like to return and get a refund.
