student loan assistance called me offering debt consolidation. Turns out that they collect money and did not deliver any debt consolidation. Fraud.
I spoke with a *** from student loan assistance to have my student loan depot lowered and consolidated. I gave him my debit card for my fiancé and I to have our debt consolidated. I've been calling everyday for weeks and I have yet to received a call back from Mr. *** I've looked online and notice the reviews of this company. Apparently this quite often that they've scammed people out of money. I paid over $300 and did not receive any consolidation. This companies phone number is XXXX-XXX-XXXX. Please put a stop to this madness as I've noticed many people have become a victim to these guys.

I had a great experience with this company, will use again

They have to be a scam I received a letter from them, which is laughable as I never had a cent in student loans...they claim I owe over $25k What a fraud

This company is scamming people, to charge someone $for a service that is free to them is ridiculous and I can't believe they are still in business And there's nothing they have to do after that so why charge $a month after that? This company has been in correspondence with me under three different names which doesn't make any sense You can barely get any kind of response from their reps

Yes, please send documentation that my account is officially closed with this company

*** *** and all the employees are fantastic I have had an ordeal with my private student loans and Max has helped me feel comfortable with the program and I'm confident that he and the company will be able to help me finally resolve my private student loans Max has gone above and beyond to help me with with my monthly payments and talking me through everything If I ever have a question he is just a quick email or phone call away and he is Johnny on the spot with his responses I can not thank him enough for how much he has helped me and my family!

These people are disgusting scammers without the legal authority to negotiate loan forgiveness on behalf of anyoneThey are thieves operating on the very fringes of the lawI only wish I'd seen a review like this before I was foolish enough to pay them anythingBeware at all costs!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This company and its' cooperating company do not provide it clients with proper documentation, communication for the customer during the process; which is my main complaint and violated in their contract I called multiple times to this company and its' cooperating in an attempt to understand that what I was told was untrue from the initial phone call and every time I called after was told something new and different from every representative I talked to I was hung up on, laughed at, and phone calls were never returned nor was I ever able to talk to my own personal case manager Even after cancellation of the program, they continued to work with my file even though in their own cancellation papers it stated I cancelled their Power of Attorney in regard to my student loan dealings In response to the representative's statement, I have no documentation directly from the company that states that they completed the work to my level of satisfactory They want other companies to do their work in regard to communication I am not satisfied at any level from this company.

AwfulJust awfulIt was an awful experience dealing with the Student Loan Assistance CenterThey lied repeatedlyThey violated the lawThey refused to refund my money I have never before dealt with a sham company, which is what they areI hope to never again have to deal with these cheaters

[reason: taking me out of their system only protects me from receiving their inappropriate and unsolicited advertising It does not protect others, which has been my point in doing this from the beginning As I stated, I was able to recognize their letter as an attempt to get my business by using scare tactics, whereas I doubt others, who are more susceptible to this kind of letter will It looks like I am able to attach a copy of what I received to this email, and will do so My goal here is that the business change their advertising/solicitation tactics not that they simply take me out of their system ]
