I am forewarning all NOT to use this service! I was taken advantage of and after paying a service fee of $for an application to the Deptof Education that is FREE for anyone to completeThey promised me after paying 40$ a month I would qualify for loan forgiveness in yearsIt turns out I already am years into my forgiveness and I can complete a form online for FREE without paying this company
Please do not go through themI am pregnant and about to have a baby and paying a fee this high for what turns out is FREE upsets me beyond beliefThey took advantage of my financial crisis and emotional state and I cannot express how disappointed I am in the reality of this companyThey did not inform me I can do this on my own- they approached it as they need to do this for me in order for me to qualify

The client and I spoke today 7/28/and we agreed that everything that was supposed to be done was done. She paid us for a service and the service was completed meaning her loans were consolidated. She is upset that she found out she can do this on her own. We are very transparent
about that. Client is upset with the way she was handled. Basically she doesn't want to pay us even though we did EVERYTHING as promised. She is looking for a way out. We have in our contracts a full PERCENT money back guarantee if we can't consolidate your loans as promised. Her loans were consolidated and all the work was done on our end. This client decided to cancel on the day that the work was completed thus we can't refund her. I want to work with her, but we are a service companyWe get paid for a service just like a tax preparer, house painter, etc. All of these services you can do on your own for free, but you pay professionals to do it right. If we refunded every client that we did work for because they could have done it for free then we would we out of businessAs far as her dealings with customer service I have dealt with the employee in question and have trained them on how to properly deal with this client in the future. We consider this matter closed

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This company and its' cooperating company do not provide it clients with proper documentation, communication for the customer during the process; which is my main complaint and violated in their contract I called multiple times to this company and its' cooperating in an attempt to understand that what I was told was untrue from the initial phone call and every time I called after was told something new and different from every representative I talked to I was hung up on, laughed at, and phone calls were never returned nor was I ever able to talk to my own personal case manager Even after cancellation of the program, they continued to work with my file even though in their own cancellation papers it stated I cancelled their Power of Attorney in regard to my student loan dealings
In response to the representative's statement, I have no documentation directly from the company that states that they completed the work to my level of satisfactory They want other companies to do their work in regard to communication I am not satisfied at any level from this company.

I received 20-50 To go calls per day every day from phone ex XXX XXX xXxX attempt to speak with reps to get # removed from system and they hangup.
The reps that eventually get on the phone ate RUDE and will NOT listen to remove my number. I have a very busy job and the constant interruptions are annoying. Continued harassment from this companies tactics WILL RESULT in a law suit.

Nuisance calls by robocall multiple times per day after asking multiple times to be removed from their list and placed on do not call list.
I have no student debt. I have never gone to college in the U.S. I am >50 years old and somehow this company has my cell phone number (also my work phone) and calls it multiple times per day. They also call my home number as well. It is currently 10:45 a.m. EDT and I have already received 8 calls from this company. They use a robocaller (Emily is her name) and spoof phone numbers so they look like they are local calls from potential clients. They are abusing my mobile line and costing my money and potential business. This has been going on for approximately 6 months and I have requested removal from the call list at least 10 times over that time period. Please stop this company NOW.

NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR Its hard to get a in touch with someone. On top of that, no one will give you the same answer. I spoke with 6 different people on different occasions and got 6 different answers. I paid $700 to them to help me with my student loan problems and they only did what I could have done on my own for FREE!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. They are liars and cheats. When I complained about my issues, I was told that they couldn't do anything and I was not eligible for a refund.

Constant calling wont discontinue
Since April of 2018 I have received hourly phone calls from this company all under fictitious phone numbers. Every time I have pressed number 2 to be removed from list. Several times I have spoken with a person and told them to stop calling I'm not interested. Every time I have been argued with and told they haven't been calling and calling me a liar when I tell them it is a hourly call. They refuse to give names except for first today was James. 7/23/18

[redacted] and I just spoke today.  She is no a client of ours, but was a prospective client.  I apologized for my reps behavior and ensured her that this will not happen again. We had a nice conversation and I'm considering this resolved.  Thanks

They have to be a scam. I received a letter from them, which is laughable as I never had a cent in student loans...they claim I owe over $25k.

This company is scamming people, to charge someone $450 for a service that is free to them is ridiculous and I can't believe they are still in business. And there's nothing they have to do after that so why charge $40 a month after that? This company has been in correspondence with me under three different names which doesn't make any sense. You can barely get any kind of response from their reps.

Below is our complete call log and history with Mr. [redacted]  As you can see he was only contacted by us three times.  We emailed him first on 1/21/15 which he did not respond to asking to be put on the do not call list. Also on Jan 21st we called him and he did not answer.  On Jan 28th...

we called again and got no answer.  He called us on January 28th and asked to be put on do not call list.  This is the first time EVER we spoke to him and we granted his request immedialtley.  Unfortunalety he is getting calls from other companies and trying to blame us...  His is on our do not call list.
