I guess I didn't explain it properly the first time. We completed all the work.  We consolidated this clients loans per our contract. And again we have a 100 percent money back guarantee for clients we can't consolidate as stated in our contract. This client was consolidated so there is nothing further to explain. We consider this matter closed and we wish the client the best of luck with their new lower monthly payment and future loan forgiveness that we were able to get her.

[redacted]- The contract that you signed on January 26th clearly states that there is a three day cancellation period for ANY reason.  You attempted to cancel on 2/11 which is obviously over the 3 days.  We start the work on your consolidation the day you sign the contract....

 Unfortunately no refund will be issued.  You can't sign a contract and buy something then find out two weeks later that someone else could do the same service for a little cheaper and then decide to back out of a contractual agreement. We did everything on our part.  Additionally after signing this agreement you had a 7 minute quality control call(that is recorded) where you again agreed to our services and you were told again about the cancellation period.  We have an A rating for a reason. We are 100 percent compliant and do EVERYTHING above board.  Please fell free to discuss this with me personally.   ThanksManagement

I have canceled my account and any contact with this company. They need to clearly support and provide any document to them that deals with a person's account. They do not clearly communicate with their clients during the process nor treat them as they should. I will never recommend this company or any company connected with them to another person.

I spoke to this lady and told her we would put her on the DNC list.  Unfortunately she stated yelling and cursing at me while I was trying to explain that we are not the ones calling her every day.  Her data was sold to 100's of companies like ours and that is what she is being called so...

I was very close to deferment with my student loans. I've gone from a payment of $550 monthly to $40 [redacted] was wonderful with me. She was very patient in answering all of my questions, explaining the program, and keeping me comfortable during the call with her. I am going to sleep so much better at night now. Please get in touch with this group if you have loans and are having trouble, or are simply unable to pay them.

I was behind over 6 months on my payments and student loan Assistance Center got me back on track and saved me a lot of money. I shudder to think how I would have ended up if I hadn’t talked with Grace and ended up getting my tax returns taken from me by collection agencies.

At the same time that [redacted] sent you his response he emailed me directly the following message 9 minutes later (apparently he didn't want the Revdex.com to see this part of his response)- 
Mr. [redacted]-  I received your Revdex.com complaint. Here is my response. As you can see with the complete call log below your complaint is false and slanderous.  You NEVER asked to be put on OUR do not call list and were ignored.  That is a flat out lie.  You got calls from other companies. We have only spoke to you live once. We emailed you once and called you twice in which we never spoke to you any of those times.  You called us and we put you on our Do not call list as requested.  Please have your lawyer call me as we have every call recorded and log per compliance.  I understand your frustration, but trashing a company that did not do anything you stated in your complaint is pretty low. You should really have facts to back your claims.  You can call me at the number below if you would like to discuss. I do not wish to receive any further rude emails, phone calls, or any other correspondence from this business. [redacted] continues to allege that his company has not ignored my repeated requests to be removed from their call list and has doctored his documentation to not reflect previous calls. I have records of these calls that I will be happy to provide to the Revdex.com. He alleges that it is another company making repeated calls to me; unless [redacted] shares his business phone number with other similar businesses his statement is a lie. Please let me know if/how I can release my phone records to the Revdex.com so that you can acquire them directly from [redacted] so that there can be no question as to the validity of my claim. 
The verbiage in [redacted]'s email is offensive, rude and unprofessional. [redacted] accuses me of making false claims and of slander. [redacted] was rude to me on the phone when I asked for his contact info and he refused. His professional response to you and then his rude email to me underlines the type of communication that we have had up until this point. 
Again, I am not seeking anything from him except to not be contacted any further. Thank you for your time.

phone harrassement
"Hello this is Emily,and im calling about your student loan,etc" a computer says when I answer the phone.
They call from local number. I block each one and yet they get new numbers. so today I answered and finally I said you call me 3x day for months. and *** said "so you wanna play games with me, now im gonna call you every hour, every hour, every hour" he said. I told him put me on the do not call list and im calling the Revdex.com.
He said he is in florida, the number he called me from appears to be local call,but don't think so.
