We advertise the ACTUAL PICTURE OF THE SHOE and she emailed me and stated she wanted to order the shoe I advertisedShe was not mislead and She knew actually what the shoe look like and was and she read my website policy which says Exchange only and agreed she wanted the shoes They are not

Hi, We send out all tracking info & states it was a small delayExchanges takes weeks we will be sending Wednesday

I paid 220 for my item including express shipping and was assured that I would have my item 11/21 I paid on 11/16 I’ve yet receive any shipping or tracking information. The seller was very aware that I was paying for express shipping for a specific reason. It’s now Friday and I still don’t have any tracking information. I had no idea all these complaints were out because I would’ve never know. This what you get when you support peoples business which is definitely not a good look. Since I won’t have my items by the needed date I really just want my money back. There is no other contact information but the number used for Apple Pay. This is really sad how people are being cheated out of their money!

this response because:  I am not talking about the original shipment, I did receive that. however I returned that item on March 29, because it was too small. She never sent me my replacement item and I have no correspondence for tracking. I have reached out to her on several occasion and still to this date no return response and no replacement.
