Please help me get a refund it's been over 2 months and I still haven't got anything they keep emailing me bogus tracking numbers..I spent over 300.. I just want my money back now

Never ever order from Style Mogul, it is a scam. She took my money for my purchase and never shipped the merchandise. Whenever I emailed she would say that she would ship soon, it's been two months and I still have not received my order and now she stopped replying. She erases comments off her instagram so others wouldn't see your reply. She is taking people's money with no shame. Worst boutique ever!

This is the worst company ever! They are a fraud! I placed my order on November 6, 2016 in the amount of 145.00. Today is December 11, 2016.I paid $45 for express shipping and yet to receive my order. I have been emailing and messaging them on Instagram inquiring about my order and asking for them to refund my money. I have been told over and over again that they were emailing me tracking number and still haven't received one. I will be taking legal actions against this boutique first thing tomorrow! I advised no I beg to anyone to never order from this boutique. They are a gimmick and a fraud and stealing people's money. They have to be stopped! This is a disgrace that they are robbing people of their hard earned money. I promise I will be the one to stop it. I am seeking police/legal actions tomorrow!!! I need my money ASAP!!!

Review: I placed an order a $55 41 outfit I've waited over 3 weeks never received anything when I reached out to them the lady was very nasty over the DM then she blocked me and kept my money and I never receive my order. I do not recommend this Instagram Boutique to anybody. After I read the reviews I screenshotted it and sent it to her and she says they were just hating on her and that is not true. Yet I still didn't get my item.

This is by far the worst instagram boutique anyone can buy from..I repeat do not do not purchase from these people. They are very unprofessional and if you try to comment under any of their pics on ig they will delete it if its not a nice review! I purchase my online order Sept 3.2016 before I email and ask will it be available for my b-day party sept 15..she replied yes love..I notice something weird when after I purchase right away I didnt recieve a tracking number and she kept trying to say it takes time which I knew wasnt true. So 1 wk later I would say I still dont have a tracking num and I need my order before sept 15 at this point its already sept 12. She replied to me sayin wedn sept 13 I would recieve a email saying its been sent off and sept 14 the order will be sent off.. I never recieved my purchase sept 15 and to make matters worst its sept 28 and im just now getting a shipping email after I ask for a refund and she said she would give me one and I still have not recieve my refund..please do not waste your money on this boutiqe they are very unprofessional!

Review: I ordered a sweat suit and a jacket from this company on Dec 4, 2013. I received the sweat suit in the wrong color and still yet to receive the jacket..My daughter hes messaged them on several occasions but cant seem to resolve this matter..This website has no contact number..The only way to reach them is by e-mail..Desired Settlement: Would like to send the sweat suit back and collect my money for the jacket,,

Here is a synopsis of my email conversations with [redacted] daughter [redacted], I had one contact with [redacted] sending tracking information to a different email provided on the [redacted] account. Somehow there must have been miss communication with mother and daughter as you will in the emails. At this point I am willing to refund them there money if all my merchandise is returned in good condition. This is not my policy as stated on my website, but I am willing to return this one time.

Review: I placed an order for two items on March 6, 2014, witht the promise of shipment in 2-3 weeks. When I first inquired about tracking info on 3/21/14, I emailed the company and told them my [redacted] receipt number and what I ordered. Within a couple hours I got a response asking what name the order was under. I replied the next morning with my name and shipping destination. Later that day they responded , "OK yes hun you ordered March 6, on the site under the items you purchased it states all shipping details." That was all the reply I got. No specifics about my order in particular. I guess since it had not been the full 3 weeks for shipping, which one of the items stated, I was out of line for asking about tracking info so soon. Then on 4/1/14, when it had been over the 3 weeks needed for shipment, I emailed again, reiterating my story of ordering on 3/6 and the payment being processed immediately, but I still had not received any tracking info. They replied back almost immediately stating "I will be shipping tomorrow." To which I replied right back, "Please send me tracking info. Thanks!" When I did not receive an email with tracking info on the next day, 4/2, I emailed again on 4/3 stating I still had no shipping info, but my money came out instantly and I was not pleased with their service. Still no reply. On 4/5, I emailed again saying I had emailed before and got no response, like I am bugging the merchant. Told them I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. I got a reply a few hours later stating "Hello, could you please tell me your name hun?" To which I replied "My name is in the email thread. Seem to be stalling...[redacted], which could've been found by scrolling through the email thread. What's my shipping info?" I got no response. I emailed again on 4/7, stating my previous case saying 34 days had passed since I placed my order. I asked for the status of my order. I sent the same 4/7 email on 4/9 to see if they would respond. They did not. Later that day, I emailed that if they had not yet shipped my order to please cancel and send a refund. Still no response. Today I sent my last email before writing this complaint to reiterate my case and ask for order status. As I was cpmpleting this complaint, I got the reply that order was shipped. No info as to when it shipped, what the tracking info is or anything, and again, so unprofessionally calling me "Hun"!!Desired Settlement: Refund my entire payment and this complaint made public so others will not fall victim to this unprofessional online merchant.

The complaint I received was that I did not respond to [redacted] email. It states on my Business Page "Style Mogul Representatives respond to all emails within 24 Hours" [redacted] wanted her emails answered Right away. I can not respond to emails right away because I work everyday and also go to school. On my website under each item it states "Pre-order Ships in 2-3 or 2-4 weeks" BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. I shipped her order out on the Fourth Week and her Tracking number is [redacted] it can be tracked at [redacted]. She received her items on time and we made sure we responded to all her emails within 24 Hours. We do not want to do anything but Satisfy or customers, We have a description under each item on our website www.stylemogul.bigcartel.com stating it take 2-3 weeks to ship.

Review: I made an online purchase to Style Mogul on April 3rd through [redacted] in the amount of $142.08. The items stated it will take 4-5 weeks to arrive. After 5 weeks of waiting with no product, I contacted Style Mogul (only email available). The person wrote back stating I will receive the product the following week. After I did not receive the product in a week, I contacted them again. They said they will send it out shortlty. I responded asking for a tracking number. They responding with "I will send you tracking number". I never received tracking number or product. I then demanded my money back at this time. They NEVER responded. I contacted [redacted], they explained that they cannot dispute any charges after 45 days. Then I realized that Style Mogul was stalling me for 45 days, since they are aware of [redacted]s 45 day policy. After speaking with managers at [redacted], they were able to issue me a credit of 50% of the price. [redacted] issued me a refund of $71.04.Desired Settlement: At this time, I would just like my $71.04 back from Style Mogul. They did not hold up their end, and I would like the rest of my money back.
