Hi, We emailed the customwe stating that we are send her exchange out within the next week. The item was not in stock that she requested & was told.

I am rejecting this response because: PLEASE LOOK AT MY SCREENSHOTS OF THE EMAIL ATTACHEDI don't want free items. If you read the email the business promised me a refund. She also stated the the refund went through on their side. Style Mogul said they would issue me a refund, which means you SHOULD NOT be sending the products. After I had to harass the company for a week about my refund after calling my bank and they told me there wasn't any refund scheduled to be deposited into my account, then she decided to just send the package. This was not the agreement, you can have back the items, I will ship with no problem. I want the company to agree to the promise that was made, which was to offer me a refund. I made the purchase on December 2nd, and didn't receive my item until January 26th. I should not have to wait 2 months to receive any product. I shouldn't be lied to and told that my refund was being processed. I shouldn't be sent FALSE confirmation numbers that state that I will receive a refund. I also should not just have to accept the product because the company choose to ship it when they get the chance. I also shouldn't be lied to about the track record of this company. When I spoke with Miana J[redacted], she told me that this website on Revdex.com was not hers and that these comments didn't apply to her business. More false information. Since I purchased these shoes, it was nothing but lie after lie. This is not customer service nor satisfaction. When I contacted Miana about my dissatisfaction her response was, "Well I sent them now, so I have my paper work" I will attach the emails that shows of all the lies that was told to me from this company. They shouldn't be left off the hook, and they need to be held accountable to agreements that they make with customers

I am rejecting this response because: They just responded about two days ago regarding my order. I have chosen three different exchange options because I was needing an ensemble for a specific event. None were in stock?? So you place orders for items you do not even have? Presumptuous of me maybe, but that should be told you the buyer beforehand. I was never told anything and a simple line of communication would have sufficed yet I received nothing but one worded emails maybe once every other week.

Hi, We emailed with tracking information

I have been waiting on my order since February 3rd! I ordered two dresses only received 1 due to her mistake of forgetting to package my fringe kita dress. Everytime I emailed it would take days to respond and then when I finally got a response it was very brief stating "I will send it" or her asking the same questions she knows the answers to. Then last week she stated she would send me a new better material bandage dress and when I asked when it would be sent she never responded. When I wrote on Instagram she would delete my comments and just say "ok". Today I go to see what's going on and I'm no longer following her because she blocked me. That's unprofessional especially when it's something you owe me and nevertheless HER mistake. It's ridiculous that everyone else is getting their package and I'm still waiting on mine.

Customer got his entire order already. Boots & Jacket

This *** scammed me out of $190 for a GG pearl Belt I paid her $190 through a app called circle pay I was skeptical because she didn’t wanna use PayPal or anything like that but she assured me that she was legit so I paid her through this app called Circle Pay and instantly after I paid her I knew I was being scammed she was replying back at first giving excuses about the item and tracking number and then soon after that she stopped replying I have looked her up on all forms of social media and found her on Facebook and saw that many others before me have been scammed too this *** has to be stopped and most importantly I need my *** money back $190
