My husband bought me a beautiful dress from StyleWe for $Unfortunately, it was much too short for my 5'10" frameThe waist hit well above my waistWhen I contacted the company for return instructions, it said I could keep the dress if I took a store credit rather than a refundThere was $dress I loved on the siteI decided to take the store credit offer, thereby saving shipping costs and time Unfortunately, the second dress was much too short, as wellIt was supposed to hit my ankle; it hit mid-calfI decided StyleWe was simply not for tall women, returned both dresses, and requested a refundThe company has refunded the $difference between the two dresses, but it will not refund the $for the original dressApparently, once you agree to a store credit, there is no changing your mind even if you return the merchandise I have repeatedly asked StyleWe for a $refundThe company has repeatedly insisted on a $refund and $store creditI am not willing to take a chance on ordering another too-short dress and having to pay to send it backShipping the first two dresses back cost $plus packaging The whole situation has been frustrating

I ordered two dresses that they said they delivered through *** but the items were never receivedI contacted the post office near me and gave them the tracking number that was provided to me by StyleweThe post office stated the tracking number is invalidI contacted Stylewe again to confirm the shipping carrier is so I can contact them, and I have not heard back from them sinceThe was my first order and definitEly the lastHas anyone experience this with them? I felt like I was hadI called the customer service number and an answering service came on
