This company is a scammerI saw a lot of similar complaints about products return/refund issues on their FB website just like mineI made an order on 12/1/2015, my order number is C1033087,with a total of > $ the clothes were shipped out on 12/and arrived on 12/15/I found a lot of products have poor quality or don't fitI requested return labels from them (they don't provide return mailing address on their website) by contacting them, and only got a reply on 1/18/But the instruction for online steps to get return label is general and rough and doesn't fit my caseI can't even see my order in my accountI contact them many times by email and by their online contact methodThey claim to get back to you within hours, but it's days…
I saw similar complaints about not getting refund for returned stuff on their FB page
The company is headquartered in China and is ethically poor
Please investigate and protect me and other future customers' rights

They offered me a credit but not a refund. Every review online says that you never receive the refund so I opted for the credit. I tried to use the credit but have not received the merchandise even with expedited delivery (for an additional cost)

I have sent about 25 emails explaining/clarifying this time and time again only to receive emails from about 10 different customer service agents at Stylewe asking the same questions over and over again.  I changed my mind at the last minute and sent all but one of the dresses back.  I originally ordered 7 dresses from Stylewe.  One of the dresses was refunded even BEFORE the order was sent as it was no longer in stock.  I returned 5 dresses and kept 1 dress.  I was told I would be issued an instore credit for the one dress I did keep and I still have only gotten refunded for 2 dresses and still have not received my in store credit for the last dress.  I am owed a lot of money by Stylewe and I want my refund for the other 3 dresses or I will never order from your company again and I will tell everyone I know NOT TO ORDER FROM STYLEWE.
I returned 5 dresses in the same box and it was received at Stylewe returns on [redacted] or [redacted].  Nearly 2 months ago.  Please send me the rest of my refund for 3 dresses and credit for the dress I kept!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Stylewe sent me an email to inform me of the address to send my return package to. They asked that I send a photo of my [redacted] receipt and tracking number to prove I returned the items and would receive a refund in 3 business days in the form of a credit on my credit card.
 I have not heard from them since or received a refund yet. It's going on two weeks and I have not received a refund yet.

As I have explained to your company more than once I do not have a [redacted] account.  When I purchased the items I did not purchase them with a [redacted] account so I am not understanding why you are trying to refund me in that fashion.  I've asked more than once what the issue is with my card, when you've tried to initiate a refund and you've not answered those questions.  I am failing to understand why I can't be reimbursed the same way I was charged.  I also have other items to return and I am fearing the same rigmarole.
