My money was refunded but the business itself is a sham. They sell products that they dont even have in stock. They are ripping people off left and right.  Terrible company.  I will never order anything from them again.  It's all fake.

I ordered several items of clothing from this company. I returned everything in the manner in which they specified. They have promised twice to return the $535.95 to me via email within 3 days. I NEVER received the money back on my credit card. They take days to reply to emails and keep avoiding the subject. This has been going on for almost 2 months! I am filing complaints with [redacted] and [redacted] as well. This company should be shut down! They are frauds.

terrible customer service. they dont return the emails on live chat they just cut you off if you have a complaint and dont get back to you . they made it impossible for me to return a dress as there was no return address. and when I went on the site for instructions they have you log into your order only it didnt show that I ever ordered. so I could not log in for a return. this is horrible place. the quality of the clothing is also shoddy.

My husband bought me a beautiful dress from StyleWe for $70. Unfortunately, it was much too short for my 5'10" frame. The waist hit well above my waist. When I contacted the company for return instructions, it said I could keep the dress if I took a store credit rather than a refund. There was $99 dress I loved on the site. I decided to take the store credit offer, thereby saving shipping costs and time.
Unfortunately, the second dress was much too short, as well. It was supposed to hit my ankle; it hit mid-calf. I decided StyleWe was simply not for tall women, returned both dresses, and requested a refund. The company has refunded the $29 difference between the two dresses, but it will not refund the $70 for the original dress. Apparently, once you agree to a store credit, there is no changing your mind even if you return the merchandise.
I have repeatedly asked StyleWe for a $99 refund. The company has repeatedly insisted on a $29 refund and $70 store credit. I am not willing to take a chance on ordering another too-short dress and having to pay to send it back. Shipping the first two dresses back cost $11.51 plus packaging.
The whole situation has been frustrating.

I recently ordered some clothing from them. But when it came time to return the items that didn't fit they made me take multiple photos and still won't give me the address where they need to be sent. It has been almost a week and they are still screwing around. I will Never order from them again.

Their products look good on picture but in reality are made of cheap materials, and the colors are dull. I ordered two items: the size does not match their size chart, and they look pretty bad. For this low quality, the items are totally overpriced. I am returning one and keeping the other only because I read that some customers had negative experience with returns. I hope to get my refund, and I will never buy anything from this business again.
