I have reviewed the customers account and apologize for any confusion On Nov15th the customer was given a refund of 50% I have issued today the remaining 50% refund for a total refund of $ It could take 3-days for it to show on the customers card [redacted] Customer Service

We have reviewed the customer's file and see that she called in on Nov 17, and again on Dec 7, ? The original order was placed on Sept 4, ? Our products are a day trail which you pay for shipping and handling? After days we charge full price for keeping the product and are shipped monthly until cancelled? Customer did not call until Nov 17, months after the first order? The customer returned the last ? shipments dated Nov 13, and we refunded $for them?

Customer agreed to terms and conditions and did receive the product (we have the tracking order) ***- [redacted] , feel free to look it up to verify! Customer was given several refunds and kept the product! No more refunds exist!! Thank You, Customer Service Escalation Team

We are sorry to hear Ms [redacted] is unhappy with our products The $and $charges are for shipping and handling of our product Under the Terms & Conditions everything is clearly stated Ms [redacted] did call and received a refund of $on one of the products I can give her an additional $for that product and $for the other product, for a total of $refundThis is half off both products as she has kept the product I will issue the refunds today

Regarding the customers concerns, she received our product for a 14day trial at the end of the 14th day she was charged full price because she kept the product Then she was shipped additional bottles every days In good faith on our part we will refund and additional $for the 2nd shipment she returned, but she kept the original bottles and we can not refund those
