I have reviewed the customers account and apologize for any confusion.  On Nov. 15th the customer was given a refund of 50%.  I have issued today the remaining 50% refund for a total refund of $ 91.36.  It could take 3-5 days for it to show on the customers card.[redacted]Customer Service

I was actually charged for three shipments for a total of $542, but I never even received the first shipment. I called and cancelled as soon as I received my bank statement and realized this company took all that money out of my account as a reoccurring charge that I had no idea was going to happen.
