[redacted] purchased the ChevroletMonte Carlo on 01/27/over the phone from Sullivan Motor Co., Mr [redacted] had been following andbidding on the Monte Carlo on ***The attached [redacted] ad clearly states that this vehicle was being soldand caries a salvage titleOn 01/27/Sullivan motor Company revived a signed purchase order then on 01/28/Sullivan Motor Company received a wire transfer in the amount of $5,tocomplete the transaction on the vehicleCopies of the paperwork were sent to Mr [redacted] along with paperwork tocomplete the title workSince Mr [redacted] had never sent the requiredpaperwork back, then Sullivan Motor Co proceeded to complete the reassignmenton the back of the title then sent that to Mr [redacted] 02/04/via US Mail
[redacted] 2016, with 109,miles on it, the title and registration both reflect the same mileage at the time of purchase Mr [redacted] was given a month 3,mile powertrain only warranty from Sullivan Motor Company at no additional cost at the time of purchase When Mr [redacted] informed Sullivan Motor Company that he was having problems with his transmission, Sullivan Motor Company informed Mr [redacted] that his month 3,mile warranty had expired not only with time but also the vehicles mileage was over the allowed 3,miles Mr [redacted] was offered a discounted rate from Sullivan Motor Company to replace the damaged transmission with a used transmission for $1,including parts and labor but refused this service Sullivan Motor Company is not willing to participate in the cost of the transmission
I arrived from out of state to purchase a truck and was told they went over it from front to back and didnt even make it miles and lost an injector and later realized it was 4th injector replaced and fifth radiator I found this all out when the motor blew up not month later and I was told sorry bout your luck later! Place is a shady joke! Its amazing that they went from and F rating to a B- in months on here!
I was advised a deal was accepted by the company and general manager Mike S [redacted] The company has an online deal acceptance form and I went thru the process supplying all personal info including social for credit reasons after review Mike advised me the deal was good to goWhen I came in they treated me like I wasn't sure about what happens also tried to to push me into a different carI felt lead on so I left the business transaction this is the worst buying experience I've had
I have bought two cars and sent my family here to buy their vehiclesThe sales staff was friendly and helpfulAny service issue with the vehicle they handled quickly and efficientlyI will definitely return to them

Mr [redacted] is requesting that Sullivan Motor Co replace the drive shafts on the Jeep he purchased, but what Mr [redacted] has failed to state is that he has put an aftermarket lift kit on this jeep himself and is expecting Sullivan Motor Co to replace the driveshafts with aftermarket driveshafts costing more than $1, Sullivan Motor Co did replace the existing drive shaft to accommodate Mr [redacted] because Mrs [redacted] refused to pay for the proper driveshafts for the newly lifted Jeep that they had installed Mr [redacted] declined a replacement radio due to the fact that Sullivan Motor Co was going to have the existing radio repaired and not purchase a new upgraded version with Navigation Sullivan Motor Co is still willing to repair the radio but is unwilling to purchase aftermarket driveshafts for a jeep that has been modified by the AshlocksThis is not the responsibility of Sullivan Motor Co after any aftermarket modification has been done outside the dealership
