The vehicle was purchased with the understanding that a convertible top from another Jeep Wrangler would be swapped on to the purchased vehicle, nothing else was promised After the purchase Sullivan Motor Co replaced a ujoit to repair the existing driveshaft, there was no reason to replace the driveshaft because the driveshaft is in perfect working condition and safe with the repair.Sullivan Motor Co is willing to send the radio out for repair but the customer has refused and said they would take care of it themselves Thank you [redacted]
On Jan 29th [redacted] and [redacted] purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Sullivan Motor Co The loan was completed and funded by [redacted] *** After speaking with my staff and as Mr [redacted] stated Sullivan Motor Co did try to trade him into a Jeep wrangler but because of the year of the jeep and the co-signer situation Sullivan Motor Co was unable to trade into the Jeep Regarding the check engine light Sullivan Motor Co is willing to look at the problem and address the issue with the check engine light Please contact Duane Giguere to arrange the repair ###-###-#### Thank you

My husband and I bought a Jeep from here a couple months ago...WELL...we have had nothing but issues from the beginning, first it took them almost a MONTH to pay off my other vehicle, which by the way, the truck we traded in was sold within days and this was told to us by our salesman and manager, Chris...SECOND, each time I called to speak to someone about our payoff, I got the runaround from their Gatekeeper of a receptionist...and NEVER got a call back, but they did finally e-mail us! NOW, my husband went to change the oil (which he has done on ALL of our vehicles for over years and never had a problem) but now he cant get the drain plug off because the service department put it on so tight and actually stripped it..So we called once again to see about getting some help, after being hung up on twice (apparently someone there doesn't know how to transfer a call correctly) and then FINALLY getting past the receptionist to Chris, he promises to call back in minutes, so after an hour I call them back, once again first get hung up on, then finally get through again and am placed on hold again, just for the girl to come back and tell me Chris is now unavailable...(and yes, she asked for my name again)The bottom line is, I would NOT EVER recommend this company to ANYONE!!! RUN as fast as you can to another dealership!!! This one will screw you over ever chance they get!!!! We will NEVER go back here!!! Not even if they were the last dealership within miles!!!!! By the way, here we are hours later and still no call back!!! Steer clear of this company, they are the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
