In response to the customer's concerns, Sun Valley Motors sells our cars with the best of intentionsWe have been in business for over years and have sold over vehiclesIn regards to the 1st concern with the knob, it appears that the customer has received the knobAs for the navigation, the vehicle is sold As-IsRegarding the 2nd concern, when it comes to miles, we guarantee the miles on your vehicle is correctWe guarantee every vehicle soldWe have never had complaints from prior customers and financial institutions in regards to mileageAll our vehicles have clear titles and accurate mileageIn response to the customer's trade in [redacted] , unfortunately, the miles advertised was a clerical error made during the online advertising process, in which the error has since been corrected

As a legal adult, Mr [redacted] willingly signed the vehicle contract, knowing the vehicle was sold and that the contract was legally bindingHe is fully responsible for fulfilling his purchase contract obligationSun Valley Motors have stated to him that we will assist with financing the vehicle that he has purchasedPer Mr [redacted] 's signed contract, his payment is due December 26, If his payment obligation is not fulfilled by the due date, we will be in a position to pursue full paymentHowever, we are willing to assist Mr [redacted] to make his vehicle purchase a pleasant one for the holidays.?

Sun Valley would like to address the? concerns Mr[redacted] brought up from his last responseSun Valley Motors is only responsible, per DMV, to collect on current registration not for any advance registration.2.? Mr [redacted] registration has been completed and mailed to him.? What it looks like was he went to the DMV and paid $to get a copy, prior to waiting for the registration in the mail

The completed registration card with tags was mailed out to Mr [redacted] during the first week of May and was sent back to us by mail due to incorrect address, in which we have recently mailed it out againHe paid registration fees for 2015-and did not pay for plates as his vehicle had a plateWe would have been more than accommodating to order a new set of plates for Mr [redacted] if he asked at time of the sale and paid for license platesWe are only a facilitator for the Department of Motor Vehicles, in which we only collect fees due to the DMV and we do not collect a profit for fees of any kind for registrationIf the Department of Motor Vehicles charged Mr [redacted] , it is most likely for the upcoming 2016-registration fees, which is the responsibility of the owner of the vehicleOnce the registration is paid for and completed by Sun Valley Motors with the DMV, any future registration charges is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner, even if there is a lienholder

As Mr [redacted] 's attachment has shown, he had signed to decline the cancellation option instead of purchasing the cancellation optionHowever, we have come to a resolution with Mr [redacted] in which both Sun Valley Motors and Mr [redacted] are in agreementMr [redacted] left Sun Valley Motors after the resolution in pleasant terms?

I am rejecting this response because: no I just got this car from them which means I should have gotten tags, they have been jerking me around since day oneI have called several dealerships and they have also confirmed this about the tagsAnd I have done some more research into them and it seems like they do this to allot of peopleI paid my fees for tags and not 2015/tagsThey are just trying to get extra money because they had to replace my rim, the DMV clearly stated they didn't do their jobThey need to fix this or I'll be taking legal action

The complaint from *** *** is a complaint from a disgruntled customerThe vehicle purchased was repossessed due to the monthly payments being more than two months past dueHis daughter, who is the co-buyer had failed to pay and numerous attempts to reach her were unsuccessfulSun Valley
Motors left many voice mails over the course of two months in regards to the balanceMr*** as he stated in his complaint was well aware that the vehicle payment was over two months overdueAn email was sent to Mr*** on the 2nd of May informing him of the delinquent balanceSun Valley Motors is not obligated in any way to inform customers of their overdue balances, however, we have tried to contact both Mr*** and his daughter after the first monthly payment was overdueIf Mr*** or his daughter had returned our messages and contacted us to explain her financial situation, we would have been more than happy to extend the monthly balances before the repossession took place.

I will be using Beckett Construction again to side my houseI had my roof done with them and was very pleased with the resultsThe roof was done very professionally and Chad explained all the different options I had for the roof

I am rejecting this response because: the purpose of getting the knob was so I can use the navigation and simply pressing the knob on the broken joystick did not solve the problemCan the durango be investigated to make sure the car was sold with the correct mileage?
