Thank
you your letter dated April 27, 2015 regarding an update to the complaint that
was filed by [redacted]. After receiving your letter a manager from our
customer service department was able to speak with [redacted] regarding this
complaint. During our conversation [redacted] reiterated the concerns that
are noted within her complaint. Although there has been no breach of contract
on the seller’s part, in the interest of customer service we have agreed to cancel
[redacted]’s account upon the receipt of an executed Confidential Termination,
Release and Refund Agreement. That same day we sent [redacted] her Confidential
Termination, Release and Refund Agreement. Once the executed document is
received in our office we will immediately finalize the cancellation of [redacted]’s
account and process the applicable refund.
We

Thank
you for your letter dated February 10, 2015 regarding a complaint that was
filed by [redacted]. After receiving your letter a manager from our
customer service department contacted [redacted] (the co-traveler on the
account) to discuss the complaint. During the conversation [redacted] explained his
confusion with regard to the fee structure that is associated with his vacation
program. We tried out best to explain the fee structure and how it would apply
in different scenarios, but [redacted] didn’t comprehend the process. We advised
[redacted] that although there has been no breach of contract on the seller’s
part, in the interest of customer service we would cancel his account upon the
receipt of an executed Confidential Termination, Release and Refund Agreement.
That same day we sent [redacted] his Confidential Termination, Release and
Refund Agreement. Once the executed document has been received by our office we
will finalize the cancellation of [redacted]’s account and contract.
 
We

letter dated January 27, 2016 regarding a complaint that was filed by [redacted]. On January 28, 2016 a manager from our customer service department contacted [redacted] to discuss his complaint. [redacted] explained that he was unsuccessful when attempting to locate properties that he wished to utilize through his vacation program. We offered to immediately assist [redacted] with completing a reservation for a unit located at the property of his choice, but he declined. To resolve [redacted]’s concerns we offered to revise his program to 6 travel vouchers at a cost of $1,041.69. Our offer also included releasing [redacted] from his remaining account balance of $458.31. [redacted] advised us that he would discuss the offer with his fiancé and call us back. On February 1, 2016 we made a follow-up call to [redacted] regarding our offer, but had to leave a message asking that he return our call. Our offer to revise [redacted]’s account is still available to him and can be secured by contacting our customer service department at his earliest convenience.

Thank you for your letter dated February 21, 2014 regarding a complaint that was filed by [redacted]. I was sorry to hear of the confusion regarding our call attempts to ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. We obtained these specific phone numbers from an entry form for our giveaway that was completed by [redacted] (I’ve enclosed a copy for your records). **. [redacted] listed ###-###-#### as her home telephone number and ###-###-#### as her cell telephone number. **. [redacted] provided her signature thereby giving her consent to our contacting her in regard to the services that we offer. As a result, our marketing division made several call attempts to contact **. [redacted].
After receiving your letter I researched our database and found that effective February 19, 2014 we placed both ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### on our internal Do-Not-Call list. As a result of our taking this action, no additional calls were made to **. [redacted] and none will be made.

I reject Sundance's response. I specifically provided my phone number when I submitted this complaint for Sundance to contact me because I knew my husband has been having problems with his phone and given the nature of his job may not be readily available to take a call. On May 3rd my husband was able to retrieve the voice messages left on his phone during the week including messages left by Sandy from Sundance. Her May 1 st message indicated if we did not respond by 8 pm she would respond to Revdex.com on Monday and have the case closed. They had two phone numbers on the account why didn't they try the other phone number since they could not reach anyone on the first number. 
 On May 4th at 9:10 am I called Sundance to speak with Sandy. I was told she was on the phone and would return my call. My phone number was verified and  I made it clear to the representative that this is the number she should call not the one she called last week.nthe rep noted that both numbers were on the account but she would have her call my number. I called back around 2:25 pm after I had not received a call back and was told Sandy is out to lunch and they would make sure she gets the message to return the call to the 240 phone number.
I am not interested in any more high pressure sales conversations with Sundance and I would like them to respond in writing to my original request. not being able to reach me by phone is a poor excuse and unresponsive to my request. Why didn't they send a written response back to Revdex.com regarding how they intend to resolve the issue? They should stop playing games.

March 10, 2016Thank you for your letter dated March 1, 2016 regarding [redacted]. I was sorry to hear that [redacted] had not yet received her refund from Sundance Vacations, and immediately researched her account to see what could be done to assist.
Our records indicated that Ms. Barlett’s refund check had been processed by our Accounting team and mailed to the address we have on file for [redacted] on February 26, 2016. On March 4, 2016 I contacted [redacted] by telephone and she informed me that they had, in fact, received the check and everything was in order.
We trust that this will bring this complaint to a satisfactory resolution, but if you have any further questions or concerns we hope that you will contact this office at ###-###-####.
