The team showed up on time and did great work putting foam insulation under our raised slab home. They left everything clean and nice. I would recommend this company. Great communication!

Having Sunlight Contractors install over 6000 sqft of insulation in a metal warehouse. Service has been quick, reliable and flexible. Wonderful!! They removed old open cell spray foam and found evidence of termites infesting the open cell foam. They informed me that closed cell spray foam goes under the house. They treated for termites 3 days in a row and advised me to have termite inspectors monitor the situation. They then sprayed the closed cell spray foam. Then sprayed my attic with open cell spray foam. My house feels so much more insulated than before. I used to have to crank up the heat when it's cold and crank up the a/c when it's hot costing me a lot. Now the temperature is stable and I see what good insulation can do for the quality of a house. Big thumbs up!!!

I was very pleased with the job done by Sunlight Contractors at my house the other day. They installed spray foam under my floors, and I have already noticed the difference. They did a good job of explaining to me the benefits of closed cell vs. open cell spray foam for under my house, and they were very professional with the installation. They were right on time and completed the job early. I would definitely recommend Sunlight Contractors! I am very happy with their work.

This company has amazing customer service and you shouldn't hesitate to go with Sunlight. It should be a no-brainer, unfortunately it wasn't for me. But Ira and the degree of effort and availability he extended to me was the most important deciding factor. Not just the price.

That statement is not an exaggeration in the slightest. From Start to finish they followed through on everything they said that they would do, their communication was excellent. The same day that I received the quote I also received an email with their proof of insurance, and a very thorough explanation of the material that they use. I felt much more informed about what I was purchasing and who I was purchasing it from.

Lets talk about the extra mile - About a 5 months after the spray foam was installed in my house. I had a plumbing issue that flooded my master bedroom (not at all related to the spray foam insulation). I called Ira at Sunlight Contractors to see if any of the work that I needed done could be done through Sunlight Contractors because of how excellent their service was with the spray foam. Ira told me that he currently didn't hold the specific Licenses to conduct the work I needed. But he did send two of his guys over to my house that same day to help me move furniture that would have been damaged if they stayed where they were.

Not only did Ira send his guys to help me out of the jam with the flooded Bedroom. He also sent his guys (Derrick, and Braiden) to my house and did a leak test on my home to see if there was anyway to improve my energy efficiency more than he already had. I didnt even realize how bad a shape the weather stripping was around my doors and windows. Derrick and Braiden fixed it all up for me and even sealed up some leaks in my AC system that I was unaware were present! With all the work they did they were able to reduce the air infiltration into my home 405 CFM! Which is huge! I cant wait to see what that will do to our heating and cooling costs! Just having the spray foam insulation done saved us 30-40% monthly!

Sunlight Contractors insulated our attic and sub-flooring in January 2016. There was an immediate difference in how comfortable our home feels, particularly downstairs, when it gets cold outside. Before our downstairs floors were unbearably cold. Now they are completely comfortable. Ira and Corey went out of there way to answer all my questions. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent! I bought a home that had open cell foam under my house. Ira had his crew quickly get on the tough job of removal to replace with closed cell foam on subfloor. Very educational and helpful. I truly get the impression that they put the best interest of the customer above all else. I'd highly recommend them.

Sunlight was quick to respond to my request for information and spent a good amount of time at the house answering my questions about various insulation options. I decided to go with the applied cellulose for my exterior walls and a number of interior walls due to its sound reduction properties. They showed up on time for the installation, carried out the work quickly but not rushed. I was happy to see they made sure the areas were secure before they started. This included covering all electrical outlets, windows and entrances to areas that were not being insulated. Afterwards they made sure the rooms were cleaned up before leaving. I plan on bringing them back to insulate the attic as soon as the kitchen and bathroom ceilings are back in place and would recommend their service.
