Review: In February 2014, I order a "free" bottle of this product. Just paid shipping and handling. In March and again in April, I received other bottles of this product that I did not order and was charged 79.95 for each order. I let my credit card company know about the one in March and again in April. The March order was not paid and taken off my account. I now have a complaint in about the April charge. I did not order any of this and I am not willing to pay for any of it. The product is a "scam" as far as I am concerned and I never should have ordered the "free" bottle in the first place. Each consequent bottle did not have an order number or a packing slip enclosed, just a shipping label on the outside. I think you should further investigate this business. I do not think that they are a reliable company and do not need to be in business.Desired Settlement: I don not wish to receive any more of this product and I called the company today and let them know that I did not wish to deal with them anymore. I was told I would have to send the product back at my expense and them pay a "restocking" fee of 9.95. I find this ridiculous. Review: I signed up for what was supposed to be a 14 day free trial for ONE product. I was charged the shipping and handling and thought that was the end of it unless I liked the product. I received 2 products. Was charged shipping and handling for 2 products. When the product arrived it was devoid of any paperwork. No invoice. No instructions to call and cancel. No phone numbers. Nothing. My credit card has now been charged a total of $159.48. On top of everything else, I had to call and cancel some sort of Super Savers offer as well. The whole scam is rediculous. Review: I got a ad online about the Super Garcinia Cambogia Pills regarding helping with weight loss. So I call the number and ordered the product. They have 14 day trail period. I was 4.95 for this and when I talked the customer rep. I asked how long it would take to get here,hey had no idea, and does the trial start once I receive it, and was told yes. This was November 1, 2014. I received it on November 4, 2014. I received about ten calls from them trying to get me to join a coach like program to help with weight lost and I said no every time. I set a alert on my phone for Monday the 17th which would have been the 13th day to call and cancel. But when I look at my bank statement they had charged my card saturday or sunday. So I did cancel, but told them my time was not up and the offered to give me half back. I told them this is a misleading ad and a trap. There was no phone number or any contact information provided with the product or any details that stated there would be any additional charges once the 14 day period expired. Once the 14 day period expired, I was billed $78.85 for Coffee Cleanse and $79.95 for Super Garcinia Cambogia. Unaware that this was going to be billed monthly, I have now been billed for the second time for each of these products. I have contacted the customer service number and explained the situation only to be told that they would immediately issue a 35% credit for the second charge only and nothing could be done for the first charge. I was given an RMA# for the return of the second shipment that is in process and told that this would be refunded once they received the product back. The representative explained that the terms and conditions explained this but, I do not recall seeing anything regarding these terms. Review: I saw an ad online for “Super garcinia diet” on January 14, 2014. It said I could try a free sample for only postage and handling fee of $4.95. This is how the merchant obtained my debit card info, which I cancelled in June at the advice of customer service representative at Citibank to prevent company from further charging me. The number of that Master card was xxxxxx, the expiration date was Feb 2016. I have been traveling a lot this year, and didn’t realize that I have been receiving monthly shipments of Super Garcinia items for five month and that I was charged (A LOT more than their actual market value) for them. I still have all the packages unopened and have been contacting company asking them to refund me in return for the unopened packages. The company said that they ask the customers to sign terms and conditions which specify that you will be charged unless you cancel the order. I NEVER went to their site http://www.supergarcinia.com where they have this indicated. It was a pop up ad for the pills that led me to order them and it did not say anything about monthly charges or terms and conditions, only about FREE trial. I thought free trial was free. As a consumer I was apparently mislead, so this might be a case of misleading advertisement as well.

I NEVER agreed to have them charge me each month for a bottle of pills just for a free sample. This is obviously a scam.

I told them NO at the time and that it should just be cancelled. I have since been charged two more times at $79.95. Ummm I did a week later when they called me to confirm my shipment. Review: I contacted this company and ordered (1) bottle of Garcinia Cambogia Dietary Supplement and one bottle of Green Coffee at $4.95 for each bottle. I called this order in and told the woman I only wanted to order one bottle of each to try, do not send me additional bottles. I just received my (3rd) additional bottle of the Garcinia Cambogia in the mail and my debit card was charged $79.95 for each of the bottles. I did not receive additional bottles of the Green Coffee. The bottles come in an envelope with no shipping invoice enclosed or contact information in the package. The writing on the bottle is a 1 or 2 point font and unreadable without a magnifying glass... the woman I spoke with on the phone today told me no one else had a problem reading the information on the bottle, that was my fault and that I could return the bottle they just sent out to me for a restocking fee of $9.95 but I could not return the other bottles, even though I had not ordered them and in fact told them I DID NOT want to receive additional products from them, only the first bottle of each I ordered. The girl I spoke with today told me the $79.95 monthly fee was agreed to when I ordered the products online..... I did not order the products online. I called and spoke with a representative. I am on disability and would have never agreed to a charge of $79.95 a month unless the product was an essential prescription medication. Review: Responded to an ad placed on Facebook adverstising 2 products. The first a diet/supplement named Garcinia Cambogia and another called Absolute Coffee Cleanse, both promising great diet and health benefits. The advertisement stated a free 14 day trial with cost of shipping only. It did not have any fine print, policy language, nor mention of a recurring charge, in this instance, two separate charges unless customer called to cancel product.

The online website does go into greater detail but the facebook page advertisement does not. It simply states free two week trial with cost of shipping only.

There are thousands of facebook reviews and comments characterizing the "scam". I have also filed a complaint with my credit card company who are fighting the "bait" and "switch" charges!Desired Settlement: I just want a refund for charges of $180.00. I have not checked my credit card bill statement to see if any additional recurring charges have been applied but I made sure to cancel the subscription which I never authorized in the first place.

I never signed any contract period. I will proceed with small claims action as well and ask for general damages for lost wages, pain and suffering if this continues.

Review: I purchased a trial of Garcina Cambogia for a free trial period. When I made my purchase, there was no option on the screen to check for fine details, or any terms & conditions, but I ordered anyway.

I received my product, and there was no indication of return policy, or that any additional product would be shipped. I later found out that I was charged 79.95 for the first shipment, and I was also sent a second shipment, which I refused, but was still charged 79.95

When I called to question the charges, I was pointed to a set of terms and conditions that were not available at the time I placed the order. Review: I wanted to try the new wait lost supplements and I saw an add online for super garcinia on my Mobil internet. So I ordered a free trail with a 30 day money back guarantee. But they company says in small print a checked box(which was not visible) said it was not 30 days and they would charge me $79 in two weeks. Further,there is some kind of rider that pop up about green coffee supplement that I hit cancel on or no thanks and they sent any way. And I being told that that's a different company and they charged me another $79 dollars after two weeks. I contacted both companies and the super garcinia said they to refund $60 and the green coffee said they wouldn't refund any. The whole thing is a scam. I never opeened the green coffee on and I don't even know how to send back the bottle it has a Hong Kong return address. I found your e-mail address on the Revdex.com site online. I would like to file a complaint against Super Green Coffee and Super Garcinia, both at 3760 W. Mcfadden Avenue, Ste B 602, Santa Ana, CA 92704-1392, phone number 877-2847855.

The company had a web advertisement for Super Garcinia and Super Green Coffee bean extract, that stated you could get one bottle of each as a trial for $4.95, just the shipping. No where on the ad was it mentioned that if you did not call and cancel after 14 days, you would be charged $79.53 for the Green Coffee bean extract, or $79.95 for the Garcinia extract.. There was no indication of additional charges if you did not call at all, as far as we could tell. The order was made on 11/1/14 and on 11/3/14 the charge for the $4.95 for each product was charged to both my checking account and my daughter, [redacted]'s account. We used a debit card for the purchase. My assumption is that they were mailed on the 3rd. We had not had the product for 14 days before we were charged. I got an alert from my bank that the charges of $79.53 and 79.95 from the company went through my account yesterday. We have not even opened the packages as yet. I called the number listed by my bank and complained to a customer service representative, who said the notice that we will be charged is where you enter your credit card number and it says that we accept the "terms and conditions" and the "terms and conditions" mean that you pay that amount, and that few people notice that small box that says we accept the "terms and conditions." My daughter said she saw the "terms and conditions" but that no where on that page did it say we would be charged more, and I went back to check on it and did not see any mention of being charged listed. The customer service representative said the best she could do was give us a 50% refund and we could keep the product. She said she gave both my daughter and I a 50% refund, and it would take a few business days for it to show in our checking accounts. I then asked if we could just send back the product for a full refund since we had not even opened the envelopes in which they were sent, and she said no, because she had already given us a 50% refund so she could not give us a full refund for returning the product. I called back to complain that we should be able to get a full refund for returning the product in the same condition in which it was sent, even in the unopened envelopes in which they were sent. That customer service associate said she could only offer us two options. One was a partial refund--minus the restocking fee and shipping fees both ways if we returned the product, or for approximately the same amount, an additional 25% refund, for a total of 75% refund and we keep the product. She said either way, we would get the same amount of refund, but if we returned the product it would take about 20 business days, as opposed to the approximately 5 day turnaround time, and we would keep the product instead of returning it. I agreed to the 75% refund and keep the product. The product was received on 11/5/14. Our accounts were charged on the 18th. That was not even 14 days after we received it. The company needs to be up front in its advertising about the true costs and how soon they will be made. Neither my daughter or I would have ordered the products had we known the truth. We are both living on social security, as I am now disabled, as is my daughter, and even with the 75% refund, I will need to sell some belongings so we can make ends meet this month. What I would like is a full and complete refund for my daughter and myself, as well as accurate advertising by this company.

Review: I ordered a month's trial of the Garcinia and Colon Cleanse as advertised for shipping charges only. No mention was made of enrollment in an automatic enrollment/shipping program. The ONLY reason I ordered was because one of the statements was made that there was no automatic shipments. Today, 8-4-14, I noticed an charge of $89.95 on my bank account. I did not authorize this. I called the company at 1-888-774-1430. The recording stated that I could cancel my "membership" by pressing "1" but would have to pay for the product that I initially received. After listening 2 severals messages about how I could keep the product for a savings of 55%, I finally talked to a representative. I explained my issue and was told that this was listed under Terms and Conditions, none of which was on the original site that I ordered from. I explained that I did not authorize this and would not pay to return the item to the company. I offered to mail it back at the company's expense but this was rejected. He said that my "membership" was canceled as of 8-4-14 but that I would have to pay to ship the product back to them or pay for it. I have no problem with returning the product if they will send me mailing labels.Desired Settlement: a refund of the charge that occurred on 8-4-14
