Review: I ordered a 30 day trial of the Super Garcinia product. A few days later I was contacted asking if I wanted any other products. I never received an email or anything else in writing. I told them I only wanted the trial amount that I had already received and nothing more. Apparently, there was a 15 day period in which I had to "cancel" the trial. I was not made aware of this. When I called to research the $79.95 charge I got several days later, the customer service rep seemed almost rehearsed. He even went to far as to tell me that it was my fault because the terms were listed online when I paid for the shipping and that "9 times out of 10 the customer always loses." I understand that it is in part my fault for not reading the fine print, but the way they advertise is not clear at all. Furthermore, to expect and be conscious that your customers will "lose" is unacceptable. I will no longer be buying anything from this company and will warn anyone that may be thiking of doing so.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $79.95, however, I know that is most likely not an option. At this point I just want people to be made aware of this company and their shady business tactics.

Review: I ordered the Free sample that they were selling. You pay only for shipping ($4.95). Plus a free bottle of mango cleanse same thing....just pay free shipping. NO where during my ordering process does it say you have to cancel within 14 days other wise they will charge me $77.86 and $79.95. They took $157.81 from my account for the bottles I already paid for the free shipping! Their whole setup is deceiving. I called them and they were rude and not helpful at all. Not to mention the migraine headache their product gave me. I'm also out $35.00 co pay for Dr visit!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $157.81 the money they scammed me for.

Review: I found this product online, I usually don't order online due to scams. I paid $4.95 in shipping for a 14 day trial. The order was placed on 4/1/15, didn't receive it until 4/4/15. I was charged today for $87.xx and $84.00. I contacted the company about this asking why. They advised the 14 day trial was up, told them today was only the 13th day and also that I didn't even receive the product until 4/4/15 and that it's ridiculous the trial starts before the product is even received. told them I didn't authorize these two charges..only agreed to the shipping charges for the trial. asked to speak with a manager, was refused this request. called back a little later and spoke with another lady who also would not allow me to speak with a manager and advised that I should've called to extend the trial..how would I know to do that and why would I when I'm still technically within the trial period? They offered not refund even if I sent the product back, would not let me speak with a manager, and the website falsely advertises the terms. I went on their website and saw hundreds of comments regarding this same exact issue. I have filed a dispute with my bank, but feel this should be addressed.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the two charges on my card, not including the initial shipping charge I agreed to for the trial. This is horrible business on their part and from what I've recently learned on their website, they do this everyday.

Dear Mr. [redacted],We apologize for the inconvenience, however, we are able to locate any matching information that you have provided with our customer database. Review: It is a classic bait and switch scam. This company advertised a free sample, and I was to pay only S&H. The advertisement claimed that it was a free sample with no other conditions stated. After 13 days, they charged my credit card $80.00 and intended to continue to make a monthly charge claiming that I had agreed to this. I had not agreed, nor did I have any knowledge of these conditions. I read their offer very carefully, and clearly, it was deceptive. They did say they would refund twenty-seven dollars and stop any further charges, I should never have been charged any of this based on their actual claim. This is, in my opinion, fraud.Desired Settlement: Full refund and actions to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Review: Upon ordering the product named Super Garcina Cambogia advertised through the company website I was not to be charged any money for the "free sample". Much to my suprise I was billed 79.95 for the free sample. I called the company and asked for a refund and at first the operated said I could have a 30% refund and she also processed that I cancelled any further orders, which I did not know I was to receive anything further. when I told the operated that I wanted a 100% refund and that my intent was to complain to the Revdex.com she then proceeded to tell me that the best the company could offer me was a 50% refund. I told her to please give me the refund on my credit card. I believe I am entitled to a 100% refund at this point and want the Revdex.com to be aware of this company that I believe is false advertising, at least it is very misleading. Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a 100% refund on my credit card not the 50% the company offered.

Review: I'm not happy with the product and feel as if this business has charged me without me completely understanding what I was gonna be charged. I received no call back info or anything else in envelope with product nothing not even a web site url let alone a date or phone number to cancel membership. This I was billed some $70 or so after paying the $4.95 for the product received. How can businesses get away with this?Desired Settlement: I would like my banking account credited for the $79.95 immediately. I would never of commuted to this agreement if I knew it would be taking food off my table u expectantly and in this manner!

Response:

Hi [redacted],

I ordered a FREE TRIAL of SUPER GARCINIA CAMBOGIA in September 2015. I only had to pay for the $4.95 S&H charge. I have been burned by other companies that will charge your account a full price charge without your consent but they say it says it when you place your order. NOT. I'm sure there are others out there that this has happend to as well. So when I decided to try this product I looked over the ad several times looking for something telling me that they will charge me full prices and continue to charge me full price with sending me more of the product if I didn't response by a certain time frame. I felt at the time this was clear of anything stating I had to respond back to them at all and that I wasn't going to be charged any additional money. I went ahead and ordered their product feeling confident that I was dealing with an up front company. As time had past I notice they charged me $87.95 (full price). I figured at the time it was a one time charge, but I was angry that it happened. On October 19th I was once again charged $87.95, but this time I didn't get anything in the mail. I called them immediately. They told me that it stated it on the web site that I had 14 days to cancel and after that if I didn't call I would be charged full price and they would continue to charge me and send me the product. I said I didn't receive anything to let me know this was their policy and that it didn't say it on the order form. Plus, when I received the order there was only the bottle in the box NO receipt or explanation that I had to call to cancel within 14 days if I didn't want the product any longer. Bottom line after 25 mins I was switch to a manager and she said the same thing the other person said to me. Kim, the manager, said I could sell it to one of my friends or on-line to get me money back. She offered me a $100 gift card to be used towards 5 different places. I said I don't trust you or this supposedly "free" gift card and that all I want is my money back and that I would send the product back "return to sender" asap (once I received it). She said it wasn't possible and that I should have a good day. This went on and on...I told her that I will be writing to the Revdex.com. She stood by her words and I guess I had no other recourse except to do what I told her I would do. I hope this helps anyone considering this product and/or company. I will never order from them again and I will continue to spread the word to people not to order through this company. You don't screw your customers out money and think they can just stand by and think nothing will happen!

Review: We ordered the product . Call and stated we were unhappy with the product and wanted everything refunded and they did. One month later they have recharged the credit card. Called a spoke to a superviser and she stated no previous phone calls had occurred and it was a legitament charge but I have the bank statements to prove all of the transaction. They are now refusing to credit my account.Desired Settlement: I want the current charge refunded as well as no future charges to occur

Review: I ordered Garcinia Cambogia and Advanced Pure Cleanse from website advertising a free trial/ sample of these products costing only shipping and handling. I ordered these products on 03/22/15 and did not receive them for a week. the next thing I see are 2 charges on my debit card on 04/06/15 for $176 and change. I called the company the next business day because they are closed on the weekends and after business hours. The business states that I ordered a free trial and I had 14 days to cancel or I would be charged the full price of the product. I told them that I agreed to no such conditions. They say it is in the ordering process. I did not see any such conditions otherwise I would not have agreed. The website/ business also advertises 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I am not even remotely satisfied. I called to complain and dispute the charges on 04/08/15 which is by the way within 14 business days. This business is promising a free trial / sample then charging people for it. This is false advertisement and a bait and switch as far as I am concerned.Desired Settlement: Refund of all moneys except the shipping and handling that I agreed upon.

Review: I had ordered the Garcinia Free trial, unbeknownst to me they continued to charge me 79.95 each month adding to 479.70. The only payment I authorized was the shipping cost of 4.60. The only bottle I received was the trial. Now when I checked my bank statement I saw that this has been happening since May, never did I receive confirmation for any of these payment they were withdrawing from my bank account. Also I never had any other contact with this company after I ordered the FREE trial. When I attempted to contact the company it was incredibly difficult to get an actual person on the phone to explain what is going. I waited for over twenty minutes before I gave up and requested a call back. When I received a call back the representative was incredibly rude, and refused to get me a supervisor how can someone call me back then advise me that the supervisor cannot make a call back. This is not OK nor is it a way to run business. When I requested a refund they declined stating they do not offer refunds. Also on the website I ordered the FREE trial from was stating Dr OZ recommended this item, this is incorrect and is FALSE advertising. After doing some research I discovered that Dr. Oz does not have any affiliation with this company. I also discovered that there is no scientific evidence to support the companies claims that this product will make an individual lose weight. I feel that it is highly unethical to charge me for a product that is misrepresented, and then never deliver it or send any type of payment confirmation or notice that I was being charged.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full amount which adds up to 479.70 which this company has taken out of my account for product that was never received.

Review: I did not know that I was enrolling in an automatic monthly billing. I did not ask for more than one shipment of the product. I had no idea I had to cancel an enrollment I did not sign up for.Desired Settlement: I want exactly what was taken from me.

Response:

Dear [redacted],

Review: I saw their ad on facebook about getting a months supply of Garcinia Cambogia for just the cost of shipping and handling of 4.95 so I figured I'd give them a try. I filled out all my info and reluctantly gave my credit card info to their website to get my free trial. I figured if I liked it I'd get another bottle and buy from them regularly. However they never showed a price, they only kept stating just pay for shipping and handling. Well after I signed up, I kept getting a bunch of phone calls that I didn't answer for a day or two. Finally when I answered it I got some guy calling to confirm my order and asking for my credit card info again. That raised my suspicions, I should have cancelled my order then. Instead I refused to give out my credit card info and told them there better not be any extra charges, cause I only agreed to pay for shipping and handling of 4.95. Well a few days later, I checked my account linked to the card number I gave them and there was an additional charge of 79.95, followed by an overdraft charge for 34.00. I was outraged. I called them up immediately to complain and demand my money back and to return their product that I only had 1-2 days to try before seeing the charge. I don't care if the product does work or not I was never informed of any 80 dollar charge, otherwise I would have never got it, I would have signed up for the gym and still saved money. This is outrageous that a business can still be operating when they never state a products cost anywhere on their website. They refused to give me my money back and stated I should have read the fine print. I rebut that and state that they shouldn't hide their true costs, maybe some people wouldn't mind getting robbed of 80 dollars twice a month, but not me. I cancelled my name with them since apparently they will keep sending you pills every 14 days for 80 dollars each time unless you cancel. I'm now overdrawn 145 dollars now because I only leave 2 dollars in my account till I need to make a payment on something. I put in the right amount of money to make sure I don't have any random money taken out. Now because they STOLE (I consider it stealing) my 80 dollars and I haven't been able to put that money in my account I'm now receiving overdraft charges each week till it's in the positive. I need my money back. I didn't have any 80 dollars to spare, let alone 145. I want my money back... All of it.Desired Settlement: I want my 79.95 and my 2 overdraft charges of 34 dollars each that they caused. And I want them to advertise their real pricing on their website so they don't steal from everyone else, so that people getting this product know that they will be paying 79.95 reoccurring till they cancel. They need to stop false advertising their products price.

Review: After reading an online article from a women's health magazine, I ordered the product "garcinia cambogia" for a low price of $4.95. At checkout, I was asked if I wanted to add the complimentary product, "green coffee", to my order (in which it was unclear I was to pay an additional low price for the green coffee). Once the products arrived in the mail, in the same packaging, I saw that it was a trial offer, and if you did not cancel the subscription in 14 days, then you would be charged a re-occurring monthly fee of $79.53. I immediately called the ONLY number that was provided for me and followed the prompts of the automated system to cancel my account. I cancelled agreeing to pay the reduced rate of $38.71 and was notified I would never be charged again. Although on 11/17/2014, my account was debited $79.53. I immediately called the ONLY number I had in which the automated system told me my account had been cancelled. Confused, I pressed 0 and was directed to a person that gave me a number for the green coffee supplement, which was no help to me. My complaint is that the "fine print" was very misleading given the products were shipped together and only one number was provided - leading me as the customer to believe both products were from the same company and when I called to cancel that I had cancelled BOTH products. After today, I learn this is NOT the case and neither company can answer for the other. After calling the garcinia cambogia company again, I feel the last person I spoke with indeed cancelled my account, again reassuring me I would not be charged.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $79.53 that was debited from my account for the green coffee product. I am asking for this refund because I followed the instructions to cancel my account within the 14-day period, agreeing to pay the reduced price of $38.71. However, I was NEVER informed I was dealing with two companies, nor given another number to call to cancel the 2nd product. I feel that the advertising for these two products was misleading and uninformative.

Review: They state in ad you get 14 day trial then you will be charged. They also state you will receive product the next business day. I ordered on 4/9/2014 and received on 4/17/2014. I called on 4/29 to cancell and receive payment back. They states no that the 14 day trial started the day after you order. How can a trial period begin 7 days prior to you receiving the product. They did not honor their agreement of me getting product timely and then want to charge me for their mistake this is totally wrong. They will not let you speak to any of their peers to try to handle the situation. This is a complete scam and I want my $70 plus returned to my account. Plus, the product does not work.Desired Settlement: $78
