Good Morning I spoke with a sales rep she came on site measured the site offered me a toilet and construction container and a VIP letter with CASH back ... I have know given her 5 sites ... She a knowledgable sales rep her name is Denise and if you have any project or need anything for your contruction site call Super Save Group and ask for her you will not be disappointed with the service as she make it run smooth...

I spoke with a Sale Rep Denise and she has years of experience she explained the agreement in full, I was please with the service and the cost I would recommend her to any friend and family ! she is a honest sale rep and will help you along with any type of service. We have a few location with Super Save Disposal and plan on staying with them as she did help me with the last garbage hauler and save me money. Thanks

We requseted to end their service in Aug Acc# [redacted] before due day in Oct 2017, the automated payment still take money in Oct of $and Nov of $2119.05, total of $that they collected which not suppose towe would like a refund

Called company to get hydrovac serviceFemale employee did not fully disclose the billing practicesShe gave me the option of dumping the soil on site (no charge) or a charge to dump offsiteI chose onsite as it would only be a yard of soil, and my front yard has piles of soil as I am landscaping$deposit was taken on credit card, and lady said I would receive an email of bill after and a refund if the cost was below the deposit Very friendly crew arrived and performed serviceAfter service the employee was writing up the bill, and asked me if I was told of 'travel time' chargeI explained no, he explained the two hour travel charge and then told me he would wave dump charges as we had the dump on my yard Two weeks later I never received a bill or refundI contacted Willow to talk to herShe explained the charges and told me I was being charged for dump timeI argued the charge and she said she would ask her supervisor and get back to meShe never called back A few

I find their customer service extremely lacking in an age where customer service is the key to a firm's success We have a contract with Super Save ShreddingWe had two consoles for the shredding, but over time we realized that we only needed oneI called Super Save to ask they take one console away and they did Afterwards, I was going through my invoices and I noticed that the charge for one console was still the same as two as they added a minimum charge for pick up, which I was not informed ofI called Super Save again to ask if I can have a calculation of the amount of shredding we were doing, either by weight or sheets, to see if I still need the serviceThey could not answer thatAfter doing a cost-benefit analysis, I later called to cancel the serviceI was met with an abrupt receptionist who will not identify herself and I asked to speak to someone about cancelling this serviceShe tersely replied, "customer service" and quickly transferred meI found this supremely unprofessional and not indicative of a company that cares about their customersAs I was transferred to Jennifer [redacted] voicemail, I left a message and it has been a week and she has not repliedI emailed my request through their Customer Service email, ( [redacted] ) and again, not have received a replyI called again today and received the same unprofessional customer service and asked to speak to someone other than Ms [redacted] to get this doneI was told that she is the only one that can do this and was given her direct email address This process is too cumbersome and I highly recommend using someone else

My company procured services from Super Save Group The contract expires in [redacted] and we have been attempting to notify them that we do not wish to renew since [redacted] Our clerk has sent emails, notarized letters and the like After all of this, we just received the following response: "We are unable to accept your cancellation requestThis agreement is subject to automatic renewal." The renewal would be for years Please note this is at a facility we no longer lease We have done everything in our power to work with them They certainly have the ability to be reasonable but have opted not to do so I have all the documentation necessary to back this up

They start off very friendly, cooperative and responsive They do not disclose that the contract is auto-renewed after the initial agreements ends They do not disclose that there is a very specific way to end the contract within a day window (a strange one at that- *120-days before the end of the contract) and any time sooner or later will result in your contract being renewed [redacted] They provide terrible service once you sign the contract and are almost impossible to reach via telephone or email When you do reach someone, they are unable to assist you with anything to do with your account, they tell you that you need to email a specific address about changes you'd like to makeIt takes months to hear back from anyone and they will tell you they are happy to help and then not follow up or get back to you again for months The charges continue to increase, and even though I have a bin I am currently leaving empty at ALL TIMES (I no longer use it at all) they continue to charge for "pickups" every month for each side of the bin, as well as extra fees for disposal of recycled goods, etcWhich is ludicrous as the bin has remained completely 100% empty for about a year nowThey said they would reduce the service, but it has only continued to increase with fees that no one can properly explain to me [redacted] A company that does good work, and that provides a service people want to continue using, does not need to bully/trick/sue people into continued contractsThat's a RED FLAG, and frankly, this company is operating in the very same non-consensual threatening manner that we have said ENOUGH to on the individual levelWhy should we have to put up with such atrocious service? Why are they able to continue operating when customers and employees have voiced the disgusting work environments and client relationships Also do yourself a favour and read the reviews on this company, there are a lot of people who can speak to the true garbage customer service this company is providing

I've been doing business for years and I've never encountered such bad customer serviceIn my year contract they increased my rates without warning, and failed to show me in the contract where it said they had the right to do thisWhen I called up to find out why I was basically told too bad and that if I wanted to terminate my contract I have to pay the remaining year out and was threatened to be charge $4,if I removed the bin from my propertyVery shady business practices

We have been tied into a contract with Supersave for the past yearsWe have had to make previous complaints about themThe current issue is that we are now done the years we signed on for and would like to end our services with themTheir policy is for clients to give them 90-days notice that they want to cancelI was in contact with them last year and made note (can send you a copy of the emails) that we will not continue our services with them and that we will not renew our contractThey are now saying we gave too much notice and that another contract has now started and we re locked into for another yearsWe currently have to pay Supersave and our landlord both for monthly garbage disposal and have been doing so for over years

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Worst billing practices I've seen in years of businessCannot understand the invoices and they are slow to respond

This company is not customer friendly and relies instead on an airtight contract to keep its customers and does not listen to its customers when an untenable situation occurs where you simply cannot go on with their serviceTheir immediate response is so which competition are you going withIn spite of trying to work with them for years we could see no option other than to stop receiving their service and find an alternative solution for the problem we were having In spite of all this they took us to court and lying about the fact that we knew the neighbourhood they won the court case based on their airtight contractWhat a way to do businessAbsolutely no understanding about individual cases or why we had to stop *** *** *** *** ** Never again

Recently I have requested to reduce the service (***, Super Save does not accept on this request by referring penalties based on the contract of "future date" according to one of your retention representative
I have reviewed the contract with my lawyer, but in the service agreement, there is nothing about penalty for service removalAnd I am still on the contract period that started from *** and ends *** not on the "future date"

Took in twenty lbpropane tanks for refillOne was empty and the and the other had a considerable amount of fuel in itMy guess at least half fullEach tank holds liters and I was charged for litersAfter numerous attempts I have been unable to contact by phone

Super Save Disposal is the worst company to deal with EVERI rented a garbage bin and signed a ONE YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT and requested to cancel before my agreement was done and they signed me up unknowingly for another yearI have called and continuously get transferred through all departments before finally getting a voice machineevery time!! The lady I am dealing with is extremely unhelpful and won't hear me outDO NOT USE SUPER SAVE!
