terrible company to get service from! *** ***! they put bait on the hook (known as appealing offers and savings on the agreement) and they get you to sign an agreement with them and then you realize you are stuck forever and by the time you see the hidden charges that always fluctuate and go up such as carbon recovery fees and admin fees and fuel surcharge fees and landfill charge increases and extra weight disposals you see that they charge you nothing near what the quoted you on the agreement and you are stuck for years and they wont let you go even after years even if you have given them termination notice year before the end of the term and they say according to the contract they have the right of first refusal and they have the right to get a copy of the competitors offer and they try to match it so they can keep pulling you like a fish on the hook and they dont care if you are happy with their service or nottheir staff and sales team and territory managers keep changing every year and you keep having to explain your headaches and stories with them over and over againABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS COMPANY! DONT GO NEAR THEM!

I have signed a year contract with Super Save Disposal company on January 23, which ends on January 23, I have already sent a mail regarding cancelling any binding services at the end of the termAll payments have been made in full and on schedule
I've signed a new contract with a different company on February 4, which has a commencing date of February 1, This provides sufficient time for Super Save Disposal to remove their bin from the property of ***
They would not accept the new agreement made between me and the new supplierTherefore, they automatically renewed my contract for three more years

We signed a contract with super for garbage disposal for years, and during year we have contacted super save we do not use the service anymore and would like to terminated the contract, the staff in super save did not help us terminate the contract, and we wait till the contract end in year 5, and we notice super save two month before the contract expiration date and was told we have to renew the contract for another years! In order to terminate, we will have to send super save register mail days before and no earlier than days, other wise is another year renewal automatically, this is printed in fine print and not highlighted, the sales person has never pointed out and was misleading, the sales person told us the contract was only for years and never mention about the automatic renewalAlso, we have given the notice to staff saying we need to terminate, and the staff has never mentioned anything about the before days and no earlier than days***

Not a well managed company***

Super Save Group offered us waste disposal services in APRIL They had a sign a cancellation form to cancel current services and a contract dated APRIL 1, A few days later they reached out to us and stated they could not provide us with services because we had a contract with PROGRESS WASTE MANAGEMENT at the time
years later we get an invoice from SUPER SAVE GROUP for the first month of service, December and they dropped a GARBAGE BIN on PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY at 9:30pm DEC All available on surveillance video We called, complained and they stated we had a contract with them Of course this was all news to us seeing we hadn't heard from them since APRIL When we asked for proof they send us paperwork we had signed back in APRIL but they had clearly altered the dates to show DEC 9, They are now trying to bully us into a contract we do not want nor asked for and if we want to cancel they are seeking almost 25,000$ in cancella

Be VERY careful about ever trying to terminate an agreement with Super Save !!Upon expiry of our contract Super Save refused to accept termination of the agreement,stating that it was still in force, even though it had expired
There is very small fine print that outlines how the agreement can be terminated-even when it has expired, you MUST send them notice by registered mail,within a specific time period
So, we had to pay about 30% more than another provider for another year
This year, I sent them registered letters, plus had our lawyer send them another letter
We won't ever deal with the Super Save Group again

How does a company over a term over triple their prices and we get stuck paying it I have a recycle dumpster and I am now paying three times the amount and I am stuck in their contract I have a lawyer working on this now because they are insane.!!! DO NOT GET MIXED UP WITH THIS COMPANY I am disgusted and appalled and will spend the money to get rid of them and go with a local company that doesn't require a year contract with in small print automatically goes to another year I would love to hear from other businesses and who was able to get rid of this company

I have been doing with super save in Calgary ab for approxyrsWe started with toilet and garbage serviceThe toilet service was so bad we had to cancel the contractNow over years into the garbage contract they just stopped coming to pick up garbage and recyclingNo calls just stoppedMy wife and I called and asked why they said lack of payment, They gave us inv # we faxed over cashed chq, So they change the inv # we fax over that cashed chqNow our phone calls go unreturnedThis started dec After weeks a lady from acct dept sends me last 12-months of chqs and invoicesIn feb they posted the garbage chk to the toilet acct that had been closed for nearly yearsBetween my wife and I we have over phones calls and lots of unanswered e mailsNow Calgary manager tells me on jan he refuses to adjust or cancel my contract

Failure to remove bins onsite
The service is no longer required and super save was instructed to remove their binsThey rejected the cancellation request and claimed to still be servicing the site even though the bin is not used
The bin has been sitting onsite for almost a month after it was supposed to be removed

I find their customer service extremely lacking in an age where customer service is the key to a firm's success.

We have a contract with Super Save Shredding. We had two consoles for the shredding, but over time we realized that we only needed one. I called Super Save to ask they take one console away and they did.

Afterwards, I was going through my invoices and I noticed that the charge for one console was still the same as two as they added a minimum charge for pick up, which I was not informed of. I called Super Save again to ask if I can have a calculation of the amount of shredding we were doing, either by weight or sheets, to see if I still need the service. They could not answer that. After doing a cost-benefit analysis, I later called to cancel the service. I was met with an abrupt receptionist who will not identify herself and I asked to speak to someone about cancelling this service. She tersely replied, "customer service" and quickly transferred me. I found this supremely unprofessional and not indicative of a company that cares about their customers. As I was transferred to Jennifer [redacted] voicemail, I left a message and it has been a week and she has not replied. I emailed my request through their Customer Service email, ([redacted]) and again, not have received a reply. I called again today and received the same unprofessional customer service and asked to speak to someone other than Ms. [redacted] to get this done. I was told that she is the only one that can do this and was given her direct email address.

This process is too cumbersome and I highly recommend using someone else.

By far the worst experience ever!! they will take advantage of every situation.
This company can actually lie and cheat, and waist your time
