I signed a years contract after it was over I tried to cancel and was told I can't because they re signed me without permission for another years

We are a customer of SuperSave Disposal for many yearsThere are some over-charges since several years agoBut we are bounded by a years contractRecently we tried to end the contractAfter review the contract, there are many tiny words in the back of the contractYou have to send a registered mail in a certain period of timeIf you miss the period, you have to wait for another yearThen they requested me to send them all the competitors' offers to themIt's my obligation which is in the tiny words of the contract too
It's a very bad experience as their customer

I have been a customer of Super Save Group for many years past and I rent a tank for my home and pay a yearly rate of around dollars - just this month their tank was out of date and needed to be replaced and at no time did the company inform me that they were going to charge me to swap out their out of date tank - I received a bill for dollars plus tax for the swapping of their tank - I am currently trying to get this *** charge off of my account plus during the swap there was property damage and their employees denied the obvious trail of scratches on my concrete patio blocks from my tanks location to a gate to leave the propertyThey are a difficult company to deal with as well because they use a receptionist to run interference when trying to contact someone

We live in a senior complex and use propane gas We rent our take for a yearly rate Recently we received a letter from Super Save stating the laws have changed about propane tanks and they wanted a photo of our tank Took one and emailed it to them Our tank looked nearly new and we never had issues with it and paid promptly Got a call asking if someone would be home as a technician would be coming to look at the tank We agreed to stay home from work to accommodate this The company came with a large truck, replaced our perfectly good tank and moved it to another side of our home (making homes in our skirting/siding which we did not request or permit) We have received an invoice for a "tank swap" We did not agree to pay for such a swap We rent for the year and we feel if the company wanted to upgrade their equipment, we should not be having to pay for the upgrade as we paid for the tank rental on a yearly basis Unless the company cancels this "surprise" charge to us,

They start off very friendly, cooperative and responsive
They do not disclose that the contract is auto-renewed after the initial agreements ends
They do not disclose that there is a very specific way to end the contract within a day window (a strange one at that- *120-days before the end of the contract) and any time sooner or later will result in your contract being renewed

They provide terrible service once you sign the contract and are almost impossible to reach via telephone or email
When you do reach someone, they are unable to assist you with anything to do with your account, they tell you that you need to email a specific address about changes you'd like to makeIt takes months to hear back from anyone and they will tell you they are happy to help and then not follow up or get back to you again for months
The charges continue to increase, and even though I have a bin I am currently leaving empty at ALL TIMES (I no longer use it at all) they continue to charge for "pickups" every month for each side of the bin, as well as extra fees for disposal of recycled goods, etcWhich is ludicrous as the bin has remained completely 100% empty for about a year nowThey said they would reduce the service, but it has only continued to increase with fees that no one can properly explain to me

A company that does good work, and that provides a service people want to continue using, does not need to bully/trick/sue people into continued contractsThat's a RED FLAG, and frankly, this company is operating in the very same non-consensual threatening manner that we have said ENOUGH to on the individual levelWhy should we have to put up with such atrocious service? Why are they able to continue operating when customers and employees have voiced the disgusting work environments and client relationships
Also do yourself a favour and read the reviews on this company, there are a lot of people who can speak to the true garbage customer service this company is providing

I have been a customer of super save for three years I rent a large propane tank that when full is plus litresThe tank was over half full when propane was delivered in early *** litresI contacted super save and informed them we where moving and that the tank would no longer be requiredThey agreed to pick it up and arrange a credit for what was my portion of the propane I have since been issued a bill for $removal fee for the tank as well as an admin fee $I have always paid my bills on time but, I find this one to be unreasonable They actually owe me money but are *** with a collection agency if I don't payApparently I will get a credit for the propane but not a cheque or cash in hand*** The removal fee is completely unreasonable especially if rental is being paid on the tank

Called company to get hydrovac serviceFemale employee did not fully disclose the billing practicesShe gave me the option of dumping the soil on site (no charge) or a charge to dump offsiteI chose onsite as it would only be a yard of soil, and my front yard has piles of soil as I am landscaping$deposit was taken on credit card, and lady said I would receive an email of bill after and a refund if the cost was below the deposit
Very friendly crew arrived and performed serviceAfter service the employee was writing up the bill, and asked me if I was told of 'travel time' chargeI explained no, he explained the two hour travel charge and then told me he would wave dump charges as we had the dump on my yard
Two weeks later I never received a bill or refundI contacted Willow to talk to herShe explained the charges and told me I was being charged for dump timeI argued the charge and she said she would ask her supervisor and get back to meShe never called back

I signed a yr Propane contract with Langley Super-SaveBEWARE before you sign any contract to read the fine print on the backYou have all the responsibility and LiabilityThey have none1/months after I signed with a rate stipulated on the contract I got propane and was charged a MUCH higher rate than the contract statedThe rate on your contract means absolutely nothing so why botherThey never get back to you either by phone or email

BEWARE of this company, the customer serice is non existent and there business practices are down right deplorable
The previous office manger signed a year contract with them for garbage and recycling servicesAfter the year commitment was over we wanted to cancel the service only to be told we were automatically renewed into another year contract and if we didn't want the bins we would need to pay out the remainder of the new year contractI find it disgusting that they can lock you down and hold you hostage for another additional year term without informing you or receiving consent for that (which I understand was in the fine print in the contract but in my opinion shouldn't be legal, and isn't with most customers)
I never leave reviews about companies however this situation has risen to the levels of warning other potential customers to run not walk away from this companyZero customer service/Zero ethical business practices

This is the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing withMy tenant ordered propane from another company without my knowledgeInstead of calling me to try and resolve the issue, they sue me!
Even after I resumed service with them, they couldn't drop the case in time (we're talking weeks +)So this dragged its way to court only to be dropped - because there is obviously no breach of contract if the service has been resumed
Unfortunately I'm stuck for more years with these guys, but you can do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Super Save

Super Save in Regina offered us some great rates and to cancel the leases we had with another company Then they dumped bins in our yard before the leases were cancelled and put one of them right in front of our door, with NO WAY TO MOVE IT I'm not sure what the point of ruining business with a potential customer is, but now we're getting sued So treat lightly, and use anyone ELSE

My company has used Super Save for a few years for our garbage disposal

I recently contracted Super Save Group to do some shredding of over cartons of business material We had been doing business with them for over years for garbage disposal To begin with - the whole job was a complete disaster; customer service did not register the scheduled pick up and I was left with several pallets of boxes stacked in my warehouse in the way of regular business activities waiting for a pickup that did not happen leaving me to have my warehouse relocate them causing loss of money for me in wages for relocating the pallets No phone call from Super Save When I called I was met rudely with Customer Service Representatives who did not know anything about the order and yet my credit card had been charged already Subsequently the order was rescheduled but when the driver left he made the receipts out to the wrong business When I called Accounts Receivable to have the receipts changed they rudely told me no that was not possible None of this was by any means my mistake They were given all of the correct information with the original orderAs a business person of over years I would like to know if my customer would have accepted that response? As a business; I require a receipt to claim the ITC for the GSTare they not aware of that? Definitely not Indifferent, unhelpful, argumentative and misinformed staff Do not recommend at all I guess that is why as of this date they are not Revdex.com Accredited

*** We were quoted one price from a representative and immediately on the first invoice they applied additional charges not mentioned in original quote, Administration fee and fuel surchargeIn the past couple months our bill has almost doubled from the original quote due to "overweight charges", which I will get into in the next paragraph
They missed garbage pitimes in the past month and yet they check it off on their list and charged us overweight fees even though they hadn't picked it up?! If they are missing a piof course the garbage bin is going to be overweight the next timeWhen I've spoken with different staff members they both asked if they could be picking up someone else's garbage in our lotum they place the garbage bin and have been picking it up fine for the first half of our contract?!***

The worst waste removal company I have ever dealt withThey do year contracts! Constantly hiding costs in billsHave caused 5k in property damages in first yearThey take no responsibility for anythingSTAY AWAY

WORST COMPANY Have a cardboard and garbage bin from them in our rental and their driver hit our property on multiple occasions When we talk with them to pay for damages they acknowledge their fault, then yell and complain that it costs too much to fixapparently that`s somehow my fault!!! Just spoke with the manager actually and he is using the fact that he had to pay to fix prior damage (due to their trucks) to refuse to pay the full amount to fix new damage caused!!! He actually insulted and hung up on me because he says he didn't want to deal with this, despite the fact he admits fault! Never been more shocked at how unprofessional a manager has been

There acct dept just guesses about inv you owe themThey just stop service without callingYou have to call so many times, you might get a returned call if you annoy them enough by sending e mails thru there websiteThjey stopped my service for nearly half a monthAfter all that they never said sorryThey posted a chq in feb/march to a acct that was closed for yearsThe reason that acct was closed was because the toilet service was so badWe had garbage getting emptied times a week what can you do without service and calls going unanswered and question un resolvedNow they tell me I cannot change or cancel my service my worst experience in years of doing businesscheck google and homestars so many bad reviews

This company is not customer friendly and relies instead on an airtight contract to keep its customers and does not listen to its customers when an untenable situation occurs where you simply cannot go on with their serviceTheir immediate response is so which competition are you going withIn spite of trying to work with them for years we could see no option other than to stop receiving their service and find an alternative solution for the problem we were having In spite of all this they took us to court and lying about the fact that we knew the neighbourhood they won the court case based on their airtight contractWhat a way to do businessAbsolutely no understanding about individual cases or why we had to stop *** *** *** *** ** Never again

In August I began business with Super-Save propane after purchasing a rural property that had their tank in placeSomeone came and checked the property and equipment in place which had not been modified and at that time I unknowingly signed up for a year contract, with a $per year tank rentalThe rental price was set initially at $but when I advised that the previous home owner had stated it was $per year the cost was reducedAfter a couple of years of poor service and high prices (which I complained about) I sought out a different provider for fuelI communicated with Super-Save that I no longer wanted to do business with them and at that time I was advised about the contract termI checked my paperwork and sure enough it stated I was stuck with them for yearsI continued to utilize Super-Save for my propane fills through to when the tank was empty in June As previously discussed with customer service, I contacted them on June 18, to remove the
