Fraudulent charges
My son's ex-gf used his card to purchase what she apparently thought was one wash. He's being charged nearly $40 a month ever since. We called corporate and were on hold over 30 minutes just to be told they won't refund the payments, even though it wasn't him who created the account. They say the only way to get refund is to make a fraud report with the bank! I asked why they didn't check ID, especially when a woman used a man's bank card without him being present and they say they don't check ID, they just run the card... They refused to elevate this issue or offer anything other than a gift card. My son has no car, just a motorcycle, and never authorized payment in the first place!

Dishonest business
Don't come here for any detailing work. Was told that they would do a paint correction before they apply the ceramic coating and if I brought them the touch up paint they would fix the chips for $499.00. Well they LIED! And not only that, when I paid for the package, they don't tell you that it's nonrefundable. They didn't fix any of the chips, and they didn't do a paint correction and on top of all that they applied the ceramic coating over water spots, and all the swirl marks in the clear coat. Then the manager tells me that his employee who sold me the package shouldn't have told me they would fix the chips or that they would remove all of the swirl marks, and said to get all the swirl out would need repainting of my car. Which is a lie! I've brought my car to a real detailer and said he's fixed a lot worse…regardless, the manage said I'm not getting your money back. NOW THAT'S S[censored] BUSINESS! Now I'm out $499.00 and had to take it to a real detailer. DON'T BE TAKEN BY SUPERSTAR CAR WASH!
Dishonest business

Impossible to cancel a recurring charge for unlimited washes.
We have been calling and only getting voicemail. We are following voicemail instructions to email a stop order and we cannot seems to get a response from this company regarding canceling our car wash auto charge. Not very good customer service once they have your money. We signed up at the Dysart location. We have called all times of the day and cannot get anyone on the phone. Very maddening. If our charge is not cancelled on our next billing cycle we will take this up with "Let Joe know" on the news for buyer beware. #32584+215916

The wheel cover was not loose as a matter of fact it takes some strength to pull it off. There is an employee that watches the car going through the wash and he should have seen it right away. At the very least the business should cover 3/of the cost of the replacement, i.e., $

The conveyors in all of our Car Wash Tunnels are approximately feet longThe conveyor is on the Driver's side of the vehicle onlyEach side of the conveyor track consists of a plastic covered steel guiderail that does not moveOnce a car is positioned onto the conveyor, all four wheels of the vehicle are lined up with the same direction of the guiderailsIf not, we could not have loaded the vehicle onto the conveyorOur attendant points to an instructional sign that advises the customer to: Place car in neutral, Do not Brake, Do no Steer, and to lower antennasOut attendant pushes a button to activate a trap door that allows a roller to come up behind the rear wheel of the vehicle and push the vehicle forward through the wash tunnelAgain, the guiderails DO NOT MOVEIf the customer does not touch the steering wheel or step on the brakes, the vehicle will move through the wash tunnel without a problemHowever, if the customer turns the steering wheel or steps on the brake, it could cause the front tire of the vehicle to roll over the guiderailKeep in mind, the customer is in the vehicle and his or her actions are the only ones that can changeAgain, the guiderails DO NOT MOVEFor this reason, our attendant told the customer he must have done something to cause his vehicle to jump the conveyorWe wash several hundred cars per day through this wash tunnel, and unless the customer interferes with the process of moving the vehicle through the tunnel, all cars travel through the wash tunnel without incidentFor all of these reasons, Super Star Car Wash denies any liability for the damage to this vehicle[redacted] , Operations Manager

I called Mr [redacted] regarding his mirror He sent me pictures of the mirrorYou can see the rust and weakened area on one of the bolts that attaches the mirror to the carOur Manager Patrick showed this to Mr [redacted] and explained that the mirror was already damaged and weakened before it went through our car wash Patrick explained that this mirror would not have fallen off if all of the bolts were solidly attachedSuper Star Car Wash is not accepting responsibility for this mirrorHowever, in the spirit of Customer Service, we will offer Mr [redacted] a $credit towards the replacement of the mirrorMirrors such as his can be purchaed at [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] for close to that amountJ.RRuelas, Operations Manager

I am sorry to disagree with Mr [redacted] 's assessment of the condition of his mirror Two different managers looked at the mirror and came to the same conclusion The mounting bracket of the mirror was defectiveHowever, in the interest of Customer courtesy, we are still prepared to offer Mr [redacted] a $cash credit towards the repair of his mirror.J.RR***

I was able to speak with the Manager, Jose, who is the Manager who assisted the customer The facts that she is reporting are different from what really happened Jose tried very hard to please her However, we will refund her the $she is requesting She will have to return to that location and ask for Patrick or Jose and present her receipt

I find it odd that even the customer admits it takes considerable strength to take this will cover offAre we to imagine that the car wash equipment has fingers and knows exactly how to pull this off? Of course the wheel cover was looseMy offer is still $ and that is still a goodwill gesture, not an admission of guilt

Yes, he explained to me this same excuseA body shop will not agree with him because my vehicle hasn't been in AZ that longSo, this excuse is invalidAlso if I can buff it out or wipe it off myself then how is it my clear coat? For this Manage to say my issue where resolved is obviously incorrect due to the st quality of work I received the second time and the burn marks on my vehicleI have taken pictures of my vehicle and I'm prepared to take this as far as I need toIve stated before I don't trust this company to handle my vehicle with careAll of these "explanations" are no more then some cover your as excuseIn my opinion this it very unprofessional to make mistakes with someone's vehicle and offer them a gift card like they will come back to take company also very unprofessional to treat a medically retired Army Cpl this wayIf they won't give me all my money back I want at least half for the half of work they didn't do or messed up on

I am very sorry this customer had such a terrible experienceUnfortunately SuperStarCarWash no longer owns this facility on 51st Aveand RooseveltSince we do not have any of the credit card information used to establish the account, we are not able to do anything to cancel or credit any revenues back to the customer The customer will have to visit that location directly and have their office cancel the account and issue a creditOnce again, if we owned that location we would be able to take care of it at our corporate office for SuperStarCarWash

Jason has tried to explain to this customer that the damages on his vehicle are below what our insurance deductible is Our insurance company will not be involvedWe have asked the customer to get an estimate from our body shop not because they give us any discounts, but because they are fair and guarantee their work Whenever we get multiple estimates for the same damage, our body shop is usually a little higher in cost But again, we trust them to only estimate what was really damaged, not other previous damage We will pay to have the customer's car repaired at another body shop as long as the estimates are close Even if the other body shop is a few dollars higher, we will still pay to have it repaired their, we just need a comparison estimate

Regarding the complaint by Mr [redacted] , It is true that there was an accident to his car while we had possession of it for a Detail ServiceSuper Star Car Wash accepted liability for the accident but when we sent Mr [redacted] for an estimate of repairs, it was discovered that the repairs would cost more that the value of the carWe tried to make a settlement directly with Mr [redacted] but he wanted far more that the vehicle was worthAt this point we submitted the claim to our insurance companyI apologize if there was a time delay in getting to this point as well as a delay in the adjuster for our Insurance Company to make contact with our GMMy understanding is that our Insurance Adjuster has communicated with Mr [redacted] and is in the process of arriving at a settlement for the damage[redacted] , Operations

Although we disagree with this customer's assessment of the finished detail work, one of our General Managers, Chris, did agree to refund the customer the original $he paid for the serviceIf he has not received the refund of $200, please have him call the Corporate Office at [redacted] and ask for the Office Manager, Yesenia She will know whether a refund has already been issued or not

I do not believe that fault is with my vehicle I have attached pictures of the vehicle door and mirror As you can see there is no rust on the vehicle door and only under the mirror around ONE of THREE screws which were secured You can see where the screws were snapped off on door and mirror side I could not wait for the car wash to resolve the issue at a later time I did have to purchase the mirror on the same day due to dangerous hazard of driving without my mirror To add, I also had to pay [redacted] Chevrolet labor to install the mirror I want for Super Star Car wash to reimburse me me the cost of the mirror and labor that I had to pay to [redacted] Chevrolet

Please have Ms [redacted] call our Main Office again at ###-###-#### and ask for either [redacted] or [redacted] I have instructed them to issue a refund for the months Ms [redacted] was charged less the three months she was already refunded by her bankI apologize for the inconvenienceOur staff cannot help our customers once the customer has initiated a stop payment at the bankHowever, once the customer can produce statements showing all of the charges and the credits issued by the bank, we can refund any months where the plan was not used [redacted] , Operations
