Fantastic Service, Very Helpful and Great Product. Thank you for giving us our pool back to us! We bought our house not thinking about how much shade our pool would have, which means the water was always cold, our first summer we were able to use about 1.5 weeks, in Orlando FL! We knew we needed to heat it and after reviewing all our options, we realized solar was perfect compared to heat pump or heater. We also added the thermostat so the temp range maximum is about +/- 2 degrees from our set temp, typically less than +/- 1 degree. WOW! Whenever we go in, it is near perfect. If your pool is ever too cool for you, call them! We are interested to see how it does in the colder months.

The folks who did the install were awesome and responsive to questions throughout.

Superior Solar just completed a Solar Pool Heater installation for us to replace an older Fafco system. I was contacted by David (the sales consultant) within 15 minutes of sending an email to the company and he was on-site less than an hour later to review the requirement and provide an estimate. His product knowledge was superb, and the company delivered on everything they promised. One key result from the new Heliocol system was a 50% reduction in system pressure. The install team determined the existing control panel and solar valve could be reused and avoided additional cost to replace those items. They also completed the job four days earlier than planned. The new system works great and keeps the pool temperature very stable. Great customer service, exceptionally responsive, and highly professional company.

A few years ago we decided we needed a warmer pool and after contacting several companies we decided on Superior Solar. Dave was our sales guy and point of contact for the whole process and we were very happy with the result. We have since moved to a different home without pool solar and I knew just who to contact! Dave took care of us once again and we couldn't be happier in a warm pool. We've even referred Superior Solar to a few of our friends and they have been happy customers too.

David was a great salesman even though he is a Redskins fanð??? Go Cowboys! I did not feel pressure to buy from him. He showed me all my options and we we even climbed up on the roof to look at my old system. I had DIY panels you can buy online and had repaired them many times and replaced all the panels 3 times over the last 10 years. This system With the hc-50 panel is put together so much better than what I had and the way it mounts on the roof is outstanding. The installers did a great job and were really nice. It looks very professional. We have had the panels on the roof for about 2 weeks and I can already tell it heats up much more efficiently. Today it was about 85 out and the pool is 91 after only a couple of days warm weather. I would recommend David and Superior solar to any one.

Superior Solar installed a solar pool heating system several years ago. Happy with the service. Came on time and completed the work within the estimated window.

Recently, we discovered that there was an error in installation. Superior Solar sent out a technician and also sent out a general contractor to perform the remediation work without hassle.

Mistakes do happen and we were very pleased that Superior Solar corrected the problem.

I want to sing the praises of the customer service I have received from Superior Solar, specifically David S. David was my salesman, but our relationship didn't stop when the sale was closed. That was only the beginning. We've had some challenges to overcome, particular pesky squirrels that decided that the tubes were to their liking for teeth filing. And a siphon check valve or two that decided to give up the ghost. All I've had to do was text David and either a replacement part or suggested solution was made immediately available. It's comforting knowing that if a problem arises, the Superior Solar team will be there to solve the problem. In many instances, the fix was supplied at no charge, which is particularly refreshing in this day and age.

We had Superior Solar install a domestic hot water system consisting of a 4x10 foot solar collector panel and a PV solar powered 24 V. pump. The system produces more than enough hot water for our family of four and has proved to be very reliable. The installers were very professional and have stood by their work for the seven years it has been in operation.

Last fall I had a roof mounted 11.3 kV photovoltaic system installed also by Superior Solar and my entire home (3600 sq. feet under air) electric bill is now net ZERO since Duke installed the bi-directional meter in January 2018. I highly recommend Superior Solar for anyone who wishes to lower their energy bills AND make a positive impact on the environment.

We thought about getting solar over a year ago and finally decided to go with it and had it installed this summer. We should have done it when we originally were thinking of having it installed because I have already used the pool more this summer than last summer. We started swimming sooner than last year and I have been in it more as well (I like the water a little on the warm side). The pool heats up fast and even with all of the rain, the water temperature stays pretty warm.

Superior Solar did beautiful work when they replaced our other solar system that was damaged when we had a new roof installed. The last company we dealt with did shodding work and Superior Solar not only installed the new system, they fixed the damage to the new roof done by the other company. Their pricing was even better than the other company.

Superior Soar was the most friendly and competitive solar company we dealt with. Everything was delivered on schedule and done correctly. I have only been up and running for a month but the system generated enough power to totally cover my electric bill.

We are so happy with our Solar Panels for heating our pool. We had a great experience working with David S. who was true to his word that he would be available to us if we had any questions or issues after the install. Most sales people have said they would be available but in our experience it never works that way, David came out and assisted us with an issue that we had that turned out not to be related to the solar system. I never thought I would think the pool was too warm but the panels work so well we have had to turn the temp down.

Had three different companies, offering two different types of solar panels. After doing some online investigations concerning the different solar panel products, I selected Superior Solar for my installation company. They could not have been any better. Their Installation crew arrived at the promised day & time, but more importantly, their Crew Supervisor had installed thousands of these systems on three different continents!!!!
