Joined League of Women Voters' Seminole County solar coop. Coop selected Superior Solar as the installer. A really good choice. I worked with Nick A in sales for several months, gathering information, before making decision to purchase. Nick supplied loads of data about my choices, was always available to answer "one more question". The process was amazing professional, informative, and truthful. Installation was done expertly and efficiently. One criteria was that the system be sized to cover all electric needs, with some excess capacity for expansion. This was a big concern for me. If not sized correctly, I would have limited options after installation. Nick nailed it. My electric bill since installation has been $10.59 a month - ***'s monthly minimum. And the system has generated enough power to send some back to the grid.

I had my solar panels installed in April 2018 from David S after a referral who had his done more than 10 years ago. David came out and gave us a price hat I was fair and then he had them installed on the day they he said he would. They look great and do exactly what they should, keep my pool at the perfect temperature for swimming. I'm very pleased that I went with superior solar and have already recommended them to my next door neighbor.

Superior Solar provided an accurate estimate and installation date. Installation went very smoothly as estimated. The system works superbly. They are very quick to answer any questions that I may have. Very happy with the company and the installed solar system for my pool.

Superior Solar did a great job with both our solar water heater (years ago) and more recently with our solar electric panels. And, our latest electric bill for our 4,000 square foot home was only $9.41 (w/o any *** rebates since we received that months ago). So, we are super happy with our new solar electric panels.

Our experience with Superior Solar has been superb. From the initial consultation, through installation and permitting, to system operation, Superior always met or exceeded expectations. The Superior rep (Nick) helped us select the perfect PV system, which so far (8 months) has performed greater than expected. Highly recommended...go solar!

I highly recommend Superior Solar if you are looking for solar panels for a pool. They were very easy to work with. The quote was accurate and they even worked to get our panels installed earlier than we had hoped. We love how well the panels work and love using our heated pool. I only wish I would have called them sooner.

We love our solar heating system, it's a complete game changer for the pool. And I was relieved to see it come through Hurricane Irma completely unscathed (David showed me photos of hurricane surviving panels, but you can't help but be skeptical about that as one is bearing down on your house... but it really is that strong!), and was pleasantly surprised we had some swim-able temps in February. Our water temps are well in the 80's and I'm looking forward to the 90+ degree water that's just around the corner!

We have a 25 year old Heliocol Solar System that continues to provide us with pool heat. Has been an amazing unit and would highly recommend it for anyone considering solar power for their pool.

David S and Superior Solar did an amazing job for my Winter Garden residential pool solar needs. Their price was competitive, the workmanship was "on-point", and my pool temperature is perfect! David worked great with my pool builder and with following up to ensure that everything is going well! They certainly do business the right way and I highly recommend them!

Thank you Superior Solar for my electric solar system! The interface portal is such eye candy! I am truly enjoying watching my system save us money and use less electricity from the power company! A nice perk is to see the equilivant of how many trees I planted and CO2 Emmissions saved by my solar electric system. Solar Edge is a highly efficient and reliable product. Special thanks to the sales team of David and Nick for holding my hand and being there for me through this whole installation process and the service technicians: Frank, Jacob and Jason. Finally, Brooke and her team at*** contractors who repaired my stucco did a fabulous job. I just want to say that we are very pleased with our new solar electric system. We wanted a unique set up as far as where the panels were installed. Our salesperson Bill went out if his way to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. It was considerably more work for him and we really appreciate his ability to get it done. We also want to say that Jason, the electrician, and his helper were very helpful and informative. I would recommend this company based on our experience. PS - right now we are generating lots more power than we are using.

Superior Solar was eager to get me to sign the contract but failed to communicate at all after words. They are no understanding either.
We signed up for Superior Solar to install panels on our house. We were skeptical that solar could be installed due to our location but Superior was promising 80% plus coverage. After we signed up towards the end of November with them I could not find one other solar place to say our house could produce this much. The next closest place was saying 53% production. After signing up with them Superior Solar would not respond to my messages or calls with questions. It would sometimes take weeks to even get a call back from someone to inquire what was going on. We were left completely in the dark on what was going on with the installation. Delays were repeatedly blamed on the Holidays. Finally after call the main office at the beginning of February we were told that we could go ahead an schedule and installation date. 3 months with no communication and we had to call to schedule a date!!! I then went online and found out that the permits were not even filed until the very end of January. The holiday delays were not accurate. I then found out that I was going to be transferring for work and was going to need to sell my house and purchase a new one. I immediately called and cancelled install and wanted to have the panels installed on a new house. I was told that the work was already paid for (another non truth) and that I had to have them installed. I told them I didn't want them on the current house and I requested to have someone higher up call me back. I was given a name and number and called twice. Three weeks go by with no call back. I then get a harassing phone call from the sales rep demanding I let them install the panels immediately. I told him no and I no longer want to do business with them. I was then told I owe them tons of money.

After this experience I have no desire to work with this company. Their customer service is beyond unprofessional and lacking.

We went with Superior solar for our pool heater several years ago because we believed that it was the best product and then they would be there to service it down the road if we ever needed anything. When we got a new roof they came immediately to remove it and then reinstall it once the new roof was put up. When we needed service, they come out immediately. I have referred them confidently several times over the past several years.

After talking with other Solar Energy companies about getting solar for my pool, I met with David S from Superior Solar and knew I had found the right company. He was knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and absolutely unwavering in his confidence in Superior Solar. Both their products and their service. The entire process went very smoothly. The installers were pleasant and obviously very competent. Communicating with David was a pleasure. He always responded to texts or e-mails very quickly and was happy to answer any questions I had about my solar and how to use it. Now my pool is wonderful, and I couldn't be more pleased. I would absolutely recommend this company- Superior Solar.

We had seven HELIOCOL solar panels to heat our pool installed by Superior Solar 16 years ago in 2001. What an amazing product. We have not needed service in all that time. Recently, we had a new roof installed. David S was a joy to work with. He explained what needed to be done and never once tried to upsell us. We were contemplating just replacing all the panels since we were doing work up there anyway but David said he really didn't think it was necessary. He replaced all of the mounting hardware and pipes and brought everything up to code and explained that if we ever did need to replace a panel that it would be easy to just swap it out.

Fair price, great, honest communication and a great product that has stood the test of time. I highly recommend HELIOCOL solar panels and Superior Solar.

The time you took in answering our questions and addressing our concerns was exceptional. The crew who removed our old system and installed the new system did a superb job as well. Everyone was so very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone took the time to answer any questions we had throughout the process. I am incredibly impressed with Superior Solar!!! In addition, I find it incredibly impressive that you followed up with us after the project was completed to ensure we were satisfied with the job and again, to ask if we had any questions or concerns. We recently had our pool renovated, and the salesman we worked with was wonderful, however one thing he did not do, that you did...is follow up with us after the project, to ask if we were satisfied, etc. So, I want you to know that your follow up, goes a long long long way with us!!! It assured us that we were not just "a sale" but that customer satisfaction is your number one priority. I will HIGHLY recommend Superior Solar!

We live in Altamonte Springs and heard about Superior Solar from *** when we had our pool resurfaced. We contacted David S of Superior Solar and he showed up the same day. You talk about professional and full of information. Even though we contacted other Solar companies we were sold on Superior Solar as soon as we met David. Our pool temperature (screen enclosure) averaged about 79 to 82 degrees. The Superior Solar crew had our system installed in one day, professional job! Our pool is now averaging 92 degrees. I went swimming at 1am and it was awesome. We can't wait until colder days during the winter, we will be swimming! Highly recommend this system and our electric bill hasn't changed one penny!
