As previously stated the ticket was approved and user has received her 213 points on our platform
 
The problem lies on the side of app the user is using - covet fashion and hence the user should contact their support to resolve this matter.

They answered each ticket with an automated reply with no explanation. Either supersonic or their advertisers are cheating consumers. I have emails from the company regarding this complaint that are dated [redacted], which is before the 30 day deadline. The emails dated the [redacted] were in response to the company. The fact that the advertiser did not Mark it as complete is not my fault. Company has been shown evidence of this completion and is currently now making excuses as to why they refuse to follow through. As the offer is being offered by other offer wall providers, it is possible that you have completed the offer via a different provider and hence have received emails.

The user clicked on the offer on [redacted]. The offer was not marked as completed by the advertiser and hence it was denied.
The first time the user has contacted us about the ticket was on [redacted] - at this point the ticket was over 30 days old and...
