Review: I purchased my first car in November 2013 from Superstition Springs. (second car was purchased this month) At the time of purchase, I complained about the grinding of the brakes, so much so they had me bring it back to the service center, telling them it grinds. They said they checked and they are fine. I told them I was going on a trip and they assured me they were fine. The brake light kept coming on and yet again, I took it back and reported that they scream when wet and in reverse. nothing. Everytime that I have the oil changed, I ask about the brake light on the dash and the grinding, nothing. This last visit in September, I sent my car in for 2 days, paid for their "free" rental car and they relay that it now needs new rotors. I ask why rotors in 8 months when they assured me the brakes were fine. I want to see the inspection report and have left several messages for the service manager. They refuse to replace or even show me the inspection and measurements that were originally taken on the car when they sold it to me. No ONE answers the call. I would like my brakes and rotors replaced before there is serious damage.Desired Settlement: replace the brakes and rotors at no charge and refund the rental car charges.

I discussed the situation with Mrs. [redacted] on 10/22/2014 in my office and agreed to replace the brake rotors for free as long as she was willing to pay for the brake job in the amount of $149.95 plus tax. She stated that it was a reasonable offer and that she would get back with me that same afternoon while her vehicle was being serviced. She never called nor came by my office when she picked up her vehicle. I will extend this offer through November 30, 2014. **

I went in on Saturday 1/9/2016 to get a car and everything was ok until the finance manager called me back 2 days later to tell me I needed to come back in because the deal changed. He was pretty positive the deal on Saturday was going to go through. So I go in to see that different payment now and different interest rate. I have a voice mail from him that offers are better and could even lower my payment-False as they want me to put money down when I said I would not put money down. The rates and payments were higher and all he can say was this is what you agreed on. They bully you into signing the new deal because they make it sound like its your fault they could not get the deal. Then come to find out they never called on my trade in to see what the pay off was and they used my principal balance as the payoff. This now means I have to fork out 240 dollars-difference in tradeoff. They did not do their job and they want to push things on you. I now had to remove gap and the extended maintenance plan to get my payment low. On top of it the cars tint is ruined and there is a discolored spot on the door and I will now have to take the car back and going to feel really uncomfortable going to this location as I see they like to rip people off. The sales guy when he told me the first price and deal told me my car would be paid off. Not true they sunk 7400 into the new car. This place is horrible and from reviews on other sites they are always doing this to people but they turn around and say no its the banks fault as they want this. Well maybe you should get the deal right the first time and get the correct approval from the banks. They told me it would take 4 or 5 days for the bank to call me and now they are going to be late to pay my trade off and it will cause me to have a negative mark due to this. I would never recommend anyone to this place. Worst experience I have ever had car shopping. If I could give this car back and get my car back I would do it ASAP.
